Claims (4)

1. Gerät zur schnellen Temperaturmessung von Flüssigkeiten in geschlossenen Flaschen mit Zusatzfunktion, insbesondere Wein dadurch gekennzeichnet (Fig. 1, Elektronik Fig. 4),
daß die Weintemperatur bei ungeöffneter Flasche gemessen werden kann,
daß aus der gemessenen Oberflächentemperatur der (Wein) Flasche mit Wärmeleitungsalgorithmen die Temperatur des Flascheninhaltes berechnet wird, daß aufgrund der Messung und nach Auswahl der Weinsorte (z. B. mit Taster Rot- oder Weißwein) eine Empfehlung hinsichtlich der Trinktemperatur gegeben wird (zu warm - richtig - zu kalt),
daß die Flüssigkeitstemperatur in der verschlossenen Flasche in Sekunden ermittelt wird,
daß die Flüssigkeitstemperatur in Grad Celsius als Zahl angezeigt wird,
daß die Temperatur berührungslos (Infrarot-Messung) gemessen wird,
daß die Temperaturmessung für einen Bereich von ca. +5°C bis +35°C optimiert ist,
daß die Elektronik in einem Korkenzieher untergebracht ist.

daß die Elektronik im Oberteil eines Korkens zum Verschließen nach Öffnung der Flasche untergebracht ist,
daß die Temperatur des Flüssigkeit direkt an dessen Oberfläche (Verschlußstopfen auf Weinflasche, Messung in die Flasche hinein) gemessen werden kann.

daß die Taster der Schutzansprüche 1 und 2 durch berührungslose arbeitende Sensoren ersetzt werden,
daß die Temperaturanzeige und die Trinktemperaturempfehlung durch ein Display (z. B. alphanumerisch) mit erweitertem Informationsgehalt realisiert wird.

daß auch die Ausführungen nach den Schutzansprüchen 1, 2 und 3 verwendet werden können,
daß das Gerät für Babyfläschchen optimiert ist.
