Abstract
Description
The present invention relates generally to the field the heat exchanger for heat exchange between a Pri märfluid and a secondary fluid, and refers in particular the structure of a tubular battery for such heat exchanger, for both horizontal and vertical out direction.
Heat exchangers often use one in some applications finned tubular battery in which the co-current or countercurrent circulation of two fluids a temperature increase of the one fluid with a corresponding one Lowering the temperature of the other fluid. At special applications is the lowering of the temperature nes fluid in liquid phase required at for example water, at the expense of an increase in temperature gaseous fluids, such as air, being primary fluid the liquid fluid and the secondary fluid the gaseous Fluid can be used.
In some special applications and for the purpose of a knockout Most economical operation, the tubular battery can be arranged in the external environment for the purpose of a Heat exchange between the circulating in the battery Primary fluid and atmospheric air using fans is fed to the battery.
Now has a preventive review of the current len market situation reveals that none for circulation of a fluid provided pipe battery exists and demented speaking such a tubular battery is also not available stands, together with the characteristics of a thermi high performance yield the possibility stands, a complete emptying of the circulating in it To be able to make primary fluids. This aspect is however significant when the fluid circulating in the battery freezes Ren and the battery is placed in the ambient air is. As a result of a drop in the ambient temperature the primary fluid undergoes a change in state, wherein it changes in Connection with an increase in volume from the liquid phase goes into the solid phase. With water, which in the case of such The most commonly used fluid is the applications Volume increase, which is of the order of 14% moved, the irreparable damage to the battery with it resulting downtime costs of the assigned system and the need to replace the battery. At present, users are avoided under these conditions that use water as the primary fluid, the formation such freezing problems by giving the water a pro percentage of a suitable antifreeze that triggers completely and the freezing point of the water lowers.
The present invention aims to set out the above overcoming problems and is the result of a sub search aimed at a tubular battery for heat rope obtain shear that is suitable for working with fluids, which may be subject to a freezing process, especially what without necessarily adding Antige to have to resort to freezing substances, which is a disadvantage ben to incur high costs, the investments of the concerned Systems must be doped accordingly with the substance and sometimes to be harmful if they get into the environment gene.
The aim of the invention is with a heat exchange tube battery that is built in a unique way and who is prepared for it, the Pri circulating in it to be able to completely empty or drain märfluid in Associated with stopping or not using the heat exchangers as a result of deliberate switching off of the Zir the fluid-producing pump and / or under emergency Fall conditions due to the failure of the electrical energy Energy supply to the heat exchange system. When the system is restarted can an automatic refill of the tubular battery with Pri Märfluid be provided. In this way it closes fully constant emptying of the battery-like pipe arrangement jedli problems related to freezing of the primary fluid and any resulting damage out. All of this is guaranteed in particular by a Pipe battery for heat exchangers according to the characteristics of Pa Tent claims 1. In the dependent claims are appropriate Further training specified.
The invention is explained in more detail in the following description tert, reference being made to the accompanying drawings is only an illustrative and exemplary ten, but in no way have a restrictive character and which show:

FIGS. 4a and 4b, the proposed battery shown in Fig. 2a and 2b provided for horizontal and vertical installation is switched on in a state in which they empty into a plant for filling and unloading of the primary fluid.
In FIGS. 1a and 1b, a conventional heat exchange battery provided with ribs or vanes is shown for explanation, which reflects the prior art. It is composed of tubes T, which mostly consist of copper, inside which the primary fluid circulates, and between which V is supplied by the operation of fans. The tubes T are arranged in rows or strands and connected to one another to form a certain number "n" of circuits, each of which is assigned an inlet opening or an inlet I and an outlet opening or an outlet U, so that " n "Entry points and" n "exit points result. The "n" feed points are located on an input collector 1 , while the "n" exit points are located on an output collector 2 . Each circuit is thus composed of several tubes which are connected to one another by bend sections or bends C.
This version of a finned battery can be installed horizontally - Fig. 1a - or vertically - Fig. 1b - but in any case it does not allow light to completely flow out of the primary fluid in both cases, since this accumulates at least in the arches and remains.
FIGS. 2a and 2b show a preferably likewise ge rippte heat exchange battery, the present invention includes a particular its hydraulic circuit, which ensures its complete removal and emptying. With this construction version, the tubular battery or pipe arrangement can be installed horizontally or vertically. The tubes T, in which the primary fluid flows, are arranged in rows, preferably in mutually parallel, spaced-apart rows of tubes, and are connected to one another to form a certain number of circuits, with an inlet I and an Outlet U for each circle. This is done in such a way that there are a number of “n” feed points on an input collector 1 and a number of “n” exit points for the fluid on an output collector 4 . The Kollekto ren, which could also be called collectors, are expediently tubular. An essential difference to the batteries of the conventional type is that the connection between the individual tube rows or strands is no longer made by means of bends, but by means of additional tubular collectors which connect the tubes T in pairs or in pairs.
If one looks at a finned battery that has four rows or strings of tubes, a structure can result, as can be seen in FIG. 3, which includes the following:
- - einen Eingangskollektor 1;- an input collector 1 ;
- - Zwischen- oder Zusatzkollektoren 2, 3, 5;- Intermediate or additional collectors 2 , 3 , 5 ;
Fig. 4a und 4b dargestellten Rohrbatterie beträgt die Anzahl
If you extend the concept to a different number of strings, be it more or fewer strands, there will always be an input collector and an output collector, while the number of intermediate collectors will vary accordingly. In the case of the tubular battery shown in the general diagram of FIGS . 4a and 4b, the number of strands is six, so that the following is provided:
- - ein Eingangskollektor 1;- an input collector 1 ;
- - Zwischenkollektoren 2, 3, 5, 6, 7;- intermediate collectors 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 7 ;
This peculiarity, appropriately equipped with automatic systems, causes the primary fluid to flow out completely, solely because of its own weight or due to gravity and, in the case of a horizontal installation, preferably also thanks to a correct falling or inclined installation the battery. The referenced arrangement diagram results from FIGS . 4a and 4b.
In order to ensure and accelerate the functioning, the system is also seen with connecting means 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , which have the function of expelling the air at a higher point during the re-filling and, in contrast, a suction of To allow air in the ideal location when the primary fluid flows out so that the released volume is replaced by air.
The tube or tube battery is generally set up or installed outdoors, that is, in an ambient atmosphere. It is connected to a primary fluid reservoir 15 , which is formed by a tank or another suitable container and is protected in the interior of a room. The input and intermediate collectors 1 , 2 , 3 are each connected via pipes 1 , 12 , 13 and at least one pump 14 to the store 15 ; the output collector 4 can be connected directly to the store 15 via a pipe connection 4 '.
In the pipe connections 12 ', 13 ', which lead to the intermediate collectors 2 , 3 , valves 12 , 13 , preferably plate valves, are switched on, which have the function of preventing a flow of primary fluid during the normal functioning of the battery. This happens thanks to the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream areas of the valve, which occurs at the moment when the pump 14 is started. This situation causes the valve to close and maintain it. When Unterschrei th the above-mentioned pressure difference due to the shutdown of the pump 14 , the poppet valves 12 , 13 open due to their typical characteristics and allow the primary fluid to flow through, so that it can accumulate in its entirety in the memory 15 so that it can then be returned to the circuit during the subsequent commissioning of the pump 14 .
The device therefore always allows the same to be used ben fluids without loss, and above all enables a loading drove essentially without substances or additives that one Freeze or counteract ice formation.
It should be emphasized that the principle of action works equally well for operation under atmospheric pressure or under pressure conditions suitable without the operation of the Whole is affected.
In an expedient structure of the tubular battery, as can also be seen from Fig. 3, a variety of tubes T is easily seen, which run essentially parallel to each other, and which can be summarized together to form individual units or strands or rows. That oriented in the same direction one end of the tubes is assigned to the input collector 1 and the output collector 4 , respectively. At least one intermediate collector is assigned to the oppositely oriented ends. In the simplest case, the fluid thus flows from the input collector 1 via a first pipe T to the intermediate collector 3 located opposite and from there, via a second pipe T, back to the output collector 4 . If the number of tubes T is increased, the number of intermediate collectors also increases, a corresponding number of intermediate collectors then also being added on the input and output collector 1 , 4 side. The preferably rohrför shaped collectors expediently extend at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the tubes T. The structure described here is not mandatory, but is very advantageous.
