Description
The The invention relates to a composite pipe consisting of at least two Plastic layers that have an inner layer and an outer layer form, through the composite pipe, a liquid, in particular water is conductive, wherein one layer is a polyvinylidene chloride layer (PVDC layer) and another layer is another plastic layer.

Of the The invention has for its object to provide a composite pipe, in which the water vapor permeability and the oxygen permeability across from minimized in the prior art.
These Task is solved by that the inner layer of the composite pipe of polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) and the outer layer made of another plastic. The special property the inner layer of polyvinylidene chloride is the only minimal Water vapor and oxygen permeability, which is practically against Zero goes. Polyvinylidene chloride is sold under different brand names (IXAN, SARAN or others). The selection of the plastic for the outer layer takes place according to special requirements of the composite pipe. So that's it composite pipe produced in this way especially for use in the Installation technology and heating technology can be produced. The inner one Layer of polyvinylidene chloride can be thin, for example 10 μ to 1.5 mm, be. The inner layer and the outer layer are inserted with a extrudable adhesive layer produced in an extrusion process. This adhesive layer is, for example, a layer of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), that under different trade names, such as Aomer, Yparex, Plexar, Escorene, Bynel Cxa, Lotader, Kraton D, Polyeth, etc. is offered. In doing so, the outer layer becomes out the other plastic and with the insertion of another adhesive layer encased by a metal layer. Here, in principle, come again the same ones listed above Adhesive layers in question, wherein the metal layer in particular of a flat tape roll is rolled around the outer adhesive layer bent around and then along the abutting edge welded becomes. The metal used is in particular aluminum, stainless steel, Steel, copper or brass in question. Furthermore, the outer adhesive layer is also in an extrusion process together with the inner layer Polyvinylidene chloride of the following adhesive layer and the outer layer made of another plastic. Finally, the metal layer under insertion another adhesive layer again from another plastic layer includes. For the further plastic layer come the same materials as for the before mentioned other plastic layer in question. Also in this version can the adhesive layer and the plastic layer in a (further) extrusion process be generated.
For the outer layer From other plastic, in principle, all common plastics offer which are suitable for the production of composite pipes. these are especially PE-HD, PE-MD, PE-LD, PE-LLD, PP, PVC, PB, PSU, PPSU, PA, PC, PES, PPS, PS, ABS, POM, PMMA, PBT, PET, PS-I and suitable combinations thereof.
In Development of the invention can be applied to the inner layer of polyvinylidene chloride again under insertion an adhesive layer applied a further plastic layer inside become. This plastic layer is applied in particular when be passed through the composite pipe media, for example aggressive towards Polyvinylidene chloride are. These media are thus of the polyvinylidene chloride layer kept away. Overall, this composite pipe according to the invention offers through the polyvinylidene chloride layer an effective oxygen and water vapor barrier. There is thus no oxygen or water vapor to the metal layer, so that corrosion is impossible.
