Claims (1)

Horizontalregler zur Aufrechterhaltung einer waagrechten Lage der Tragrahmen von Transportfahrzeugen bei Fahrten über unebenen Untergrund und in Schräglagen dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Pendelschalter 14 mit elektrischer Umschaltung und Hydraulikzylinder 3 die Last auf dem Tragrahmen 4 stets in waagrechter Lage gehalten wird. Hydraulikzylinder 3 ist am Tragrahmen 4 mit Bolzen 13 und an der Achse 8 mit Bolzen 12 befestigt. Zum Bremsen des Hydraulikzylinders 3 dienen Bremsstück 20, Paßrohr 22, Verstärkung 23, Einstellschraube 24 und Feststellmutter 21. Der Lagerbolzen 9 erlaubt ein Verschwenken der Achse 8 gegen den Tragrahmen 4. Am Tragrahmen 4 ist eine Halteplatte 19 angebracht, an der an einem Kreuzgelenk 15 der Pendelschalter 14 hängt. Das Kreuzgelenk 15 hat zwei Aufgaben. Bei Anstieg oder Gefälle in Fahrtrichtung des Gefährts folgt zwar der mit der Halteplatte 19 feststehende Haltebogen 16 der Kippbewegung, erzeugt aber keinen Schaltkontakt mit dem Pendelschalter 14. Hebt oder senkt sich der Tragrahmen 4 jedoch quer zur Fahrtrichtung, wird der Pendelschalter 14 mit seinen beiden Stromaufnehmern 17 und 18, der Schwerkraft folgend, eine senkrecht hängende Lage beizubehalten versuchen und gegen den stromführenden, feststehenden Haltebogen 16 treffen. Einer der beiden getrennten Stromaufnehmer 17 oder 18 wird damit stromführend und steuert am Hydraulikzylinder 3 ein Nachstellen des Tragrahmens bis in eine waagrechte Position, d. h. bis der Pendelschalter 14 wieder kontaktlos geworden ist. Haltebogen 16 und Stromaufnehmer 17 und 18 steuern einen elektrischen Umschalter, bestehend aus zwei getrennten Schaltungen. Das Gehäuse 5 mit Zugspule 10, Feder 11 mit Kolben 6 oder 6a zeigt die gesperrte elektrische Schaltung. Wird beispielsweise Rad 2 angehoben, wird der Tragrahmen 4 auf dieser Seite mit angehoben und am Pendelschalter 14 wird dann zwischen Haltebogen 16 und Stromaufnehmer 17 bei Kontakt Strom fließen. Die Zugspule 10 zieht den Kolben 6 an, der damit den Weg tOr das Drucköl freigibt.
Der Hydraulikzylinder 3 drückt den Tragrahmen in Richtung waagrechte Lage. Zwischen den beiden Kolben 6 und 6a befindet sich ein Stromunterbrecher, wodurch jetzt der Strom wieder unterbrochen wird. Die Feder 11 drückt den Kolben 6 mit leichter Verzögerung, gebremst durch eine als Ölbremse fungierende Kolbenbohrung mit Federklappe, in die Sperrstellung zurück. Das Heben des Tragrahmens bis zur Unterbrechung des Hydraulikzylinders 3 wird solange wiederholt bis eine waagrechte Position erreicht ist und der Strom durch den Pendelschalter 14 abgestellt wird. Dieser Vorgang läuft schneller ab als das Heben des Rades.
Der analoge Regelungsvorgang spielt sich beim Heben von Rad 1 ab. Beim Fahren auf der Straße oder im ebenen Gelände kann der Regelmechanismus durch Abschalten des Stromes stillgelegt werden.
