A cable arrangement is known from EP 0 321 278-A1, in which an optical cable helically around a wire or high chip cable is wrapped around.
From the German patent DE 32 28 239-C2 a Ver drive to attach fiber optic cables to high chipboard Ropes known, in which the fiber optic cable at for example with wire wrapping, clips or the like Fasteners lashed at regular intervals becomes.
The present invention is based on the object To create a process by which an optical fiber cable retrofitted to a wire or high voltage cable in sim lashed way without using rotating devices can be. This task is accomplished with a procedure of the type explained in that a spring tape pulled from a supply spool and a form device tion is fed with appropriate feed that the Fe derband bent into a circular shape in the molding device the diameter of the circular shape is slightly smaller is, as the sum of the diameters of the wire or high chip cable and the cable to be attached to it that the in Circular curved and thus preloaded spring band under an angle of incidence obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the support or High-voltage cable on the outer surface of a spiral shaped sleeve with slightly larger outer diameter and due to the feed to a helical attachment element is formed that after reaching the required Length of the fastener the spring band on the feed cutting point is cut with a cutting device, and that the fastener by means of a scraper the combination that is continuously guided inside the spiral sleeve nation Carrying or high voltage cable / cable to be attached is applied, which in the meantime on the helix spring sleeve widened to the originally shaped Diameter jumps back and that thereby the cable on the Carrying high voltage rope is fixed.
Furthermore, the invention has for its object a Direction for attaching a cable to a support or high to create tension cable according to the aforementioned method. This task is performed by a device with the Features solved according to claim 10.
When using the method according to the invention, in advantageously uses no elements such. B. by Bird bite or due to embrittlement of adhesive strips as a result of UV rays can be damaged. Even environmental influences, the z. B. changes a plastic winding tape in the properties could play in the method according to the invention hardly a role anymore, since corrosion-resistant materials such. B. Find stainless steel. It also differs State-of-the-art methods particularly in that none about the combination of carrying or high voltage rope / cable to be connected to rotating parts. In the method according to the invention, a Fe is fed derband directly at the intended assembly point on a Spiral sleeve to a helical fastener formed by appropriate advance of the spring band and after its manufacture immediately on the combination carrier or High-voltage cable / cable to be stripped off. That anzula shear cables, e.g. B. an optical fiber cable fixed because the helical fastening element produced due to the previously impressed spring action its diameter decreased. The manufacturing process is namely: next the fed spring band is bent into a circular shape, whose diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter The combination of support or high to be enclosed later tension cable / cable to be attached. After this imprint the spring characteristic is the spring band by further pre push the spring band onto a spiral sleeve with minimal gig larger diameter expanded and a helical shaped fastener. After reaching the required Lichen length of the fastener is this of the Cutting device separated and on by a scraper the combination mentioned with a corresponding reduction in diameter decoration set off. This production runs in parallel for locomotion of the whole device, which is continuous traveled along on the suspension or high-voltage cable or is pulled along. Heel of fasteners follows at intervals that are set as required can. The helix shape or the slope of the helix of the Befe Stigungselementes is achieved in that the spring band at an angle inclined to the longitudinal axis of the support or high voltage rope for forming on the surface of the Helix sleeve is supplied. By setting the on angle, the pitch of the helix can be changed. The spring band is preferably rounded along its edges det, so that the elements to be encased not by sharp Edges can be injured. The Vorrich invention device for attaching a cable to a supporting or high voltage The tension rope is mounted on a trolley, as in the case of bis her laying machines is already used. Doing so on this entire device the Ka to be attached transported on a cable drum. The spring band for the production of the band-shaped fasteners conveniently carried on a supply spool, from the peeled it off and in the required length a cutting device is separated. The paragraph of the Be fastening elements follows at appropriate intervals, e.g. B. in Intervals of one to two meters, the sales order is expediently adjustable. The spiral shape used Sleeve is expediently divided longitudinally so that it is on a already installed suspension or high-voltage cable can be, whereby the cable to be lashed is added.
The spring band can also be used as a spring wire with one for it required diameter corresponding spring forces det be.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to three figures tert.

Fig. 3 shows a sketch of the complete device for Anla rule a cable to a support or high voltage rope with the device according to the invention.
In Fig. 1, the device for attaching a cable K, z. B. an optical fiber cable, to a support or high voltage cable S. z. B. consisting of several individual ropes, shown in side view. For the production of fastening elements according to the invention is in the device, the z. B. is mounted on a commercial trolley for cable laying on high-voltage lines, a supply spool VS carried, on which a spring band FB is wound. By means of transport rollers TR, the spring band FB is withdrawn from the supply reel VS and fed to a band guide BF and a form device FV. The shaping device BW contains a shaped surface FF, with which the spring band FB is embossed a circular shape, the diameter of this circular shape being slightly smaller than the sum of the diameters of the combination of a carrying or high-voltage cable S and a cable to be strapped, which is later to be covered K. After leaving the molding device FV, the circular preformed spring band FB arrives on a helical shaped sleeve WH, which preferably consists of two half-shells, in order to be able to easily apply them via the combination to be connected. This spiral-shaped sleeve WH has a diameter which is slightly larger than the diameter of the combination already mentioned, this combination running inside the spiral-shaped sleeve WH; because the trolley of the entire device runs on the support or high-voltage cable S. The preformed spring band FB is guided obliquely at an angle of inclination to the axis of the combination, which is not visible here, however, on the surface of the helical sleeve WH and by the feed on the spring band FB acts, it is pushed further helically on the spiral form sleeve WH. This creates a helical fastening element WBE. After this BEFE stigungselement WBE has reached the required length, the spring band FB is separated at the entrance of the forming device FV by means of a cutting device SV and finally with the help of a continuous stripper A from the helical form sleeve WH to the combination of carrying or high-voltage cable S / cable K stripped and stripped. The diameter of the previously widened fastening element WBE is reduced and thus firmly encloses the combination and fixes the cable K to the support or high-voltage cable S.
Fig. 2 shows the course of the process in a plan view of the device according to the invention. Again, it can be seen before the supply reel VS, on which the spring band FB is pulled in the direction AR by the transport rollers TR and the form device FV is fed via a band guide BF. It is outlined that the spring band FB coming from the band guide BF is pushed onto the helical form sleeve WH at an insertion angle EW, the previously described expansion of the spring band FB, which has already been formed with a smaller diameter, taking place. A scraper A runs in the direction of the arrow and finally strips the helical fastening element WBE to the combination of the carrying or high-voltage cable S / cable K (not visible here) according to the required length. The process is repeated at adjustable intervals, with the overall device continuing to move or being pulled in the specified direction of movement BR. As a precaution, the ends E of the fastening element WBE can be bent outwards so that no injuries occur on the combination mentioned.
Fig. 3 shows the overall device, consisting of a trolley LK carried on a carrying or high-voltage cable S, a cable drum KT with the cable K to be lashed and a drive motor from which all the necessary drives are controlled. In addition, the device according to the invention for producing helical fastening elements WBE for attaching the cable K to the supporting or high-voltage cable S is now attached. The direction of movement WR of the trolley LK is indicated and indicates that at the end of the entire device, the helical fastening elements WBE are placed at adjustable intervals, as was clarified in the previous descriptions of FIGS . 1 and 2. It can also be seen that the cable K to be lashed is carried on the cable drum KT and is brought to the carrying or high-voltage cable S for lashing via a take-off bend AB via corresponding feeds known per se. The interaction of the individual devices is known per se and is not shown in particular.
