Abstract
Description
Were parts of a cleaning, galvanic treatment or subjected to another surface treatment, these are in usually with the last rinsing liquid, mostly water, wetted. This liquid must be removed without stains to leave on the surface. This is classic Circulating air dryers are very difficult. Therefore be Vacuum dryers, blow-off stations and especially so-called Pulse blow dryer used with pulsating Air jets work. The principle and a possible one Device is in the patent specification (EP 0 486 711 B1) detailed. Disadvantages of such facilities are the high investment for the pulse-blow valves and their Control, the double-walled version with air circulation fan and especially the high cost of the necessary compressed air. That is why there has been no shortage of attempts through this principle to replace other stain-free drying processes. Last was the generation of migratory and low frequency pulsating air jets described (DE 196 54 788 A1). Dry air, which is generated with a refrigeration unit, is also a solution for large parts. The pre-dried air is blown in through a chamber which the goods carrier is hung with the parts (Company lettering Hard Surface Technology), drops and water in bores, undercuts etc. are extreme slowly removed.
The technical problem is now solved according to the invention in that air is conveyed through an air drying device ( 2 ) according to Figure 1 by means of a blower or another suitable air conveying device ( 1 ). The blower can be arranged before or after the air drying unit or can be an integral part of the air drying unit. The dry air is with a suitable compressor ( 3 ) such. For example: a radial compressor, rotary piston blower, or side channel compressor is brought to a pressure with which commercially available nozzles, in particular flat jet nozzles ( 9 ), can be supplied. The heat of compression, which can also be supplied separately to the air flow externally via the heat exchanger of the chiller, leads to a further heating of the dry air and thus an even lower moisture content. If necessary, an additional heating register ( 5 ) is inserted into the air discharge ( 6 ) after the compressor and before the nozzles, which further enhances the effect. This extremely dry air is now guided in a drying chamber ( 7 ) by means of a movable nozzle arrangement ( 8 ) over the parts to be dried in such a way that the extremely dry air sweeps them at least once, if possible several times. Drops are pressed out of holes, gaps or depressions by the dynamic pressure, or sucked out by the air flowing past by a suction effect. The extremely dry air absorbs this water very quickly, so that no stains remain and very short drying times result. Trapped water drops or blown water can reach the floor without evaporating immediately. The floor is therefore conical ( 9 ) and has a drainage connection. The water or liquid collected in the nozzle, e.g. B. a seal is removed by means of a dewatering device ( 10 ) against the negative pressure from the drying room or the suction line ( 11 ) for the fan and optionally reused.
Another embodiment is shown in Figure 2: The movable nozzle blocks 8 are arranged opposite one another and are fitted with a suitable device, e.g. B. a pneumatic linear drive very quickly, preferably at 10 to 100 m / min, in the upper position. The downward movement takes place at a significantly slower speed in the range of preferably 0.1 to 10 m / min. Through the parallel air jets directed from both sides at the parts to be removed from the liquid, the blown off liquid droplets are transported downwards to the conical container bottom. This results in a faster removal of the liquid from the area of the parts to be dried. Another embodiment, as shown schematically in Figure 3, works with at least one or more nozzle pipes ( 8 ) fixedly arranged on the container walls. However, the nozzle tube or tubes or the individual nozzles are pivotally arranged in their holder and can be pivoted vertically or horizontally. This ensures that the parts are covered with the air jets. The swivel speed can be fixed or variable.
It is understood that all three embodiments with one Movable lid are equipped, the extensive Completion from the humid outside air guaranteed.
