Description
The invention relates to a method for winding a continuously fed material web, in particular a plastic film web, on a winding shaft to form a of the winding picked up by the winding shaft, being during winding a contact roller is pressed onto the roll of material and the winding shaft with increasing Winding diameter is subject to increasing deflection f, whereby the contact roller when winding with its contact roller axis a distance Δy below a horizontal plane running through the winding shaft axis is arranged. - The inventive method relates to the so-called contact winding of material webs, in particular of plastic film webs. It is during the winding process material web wound on the winding shaft in contact with the Contact roller, which is pressed onto the winding with a pre-definable pressure. It becomes, as it were, a surface pressure realized between contact roller and winding.
In the known method of the aforementioned Type (WO 94/26641 A1) from which the invention is based is also a continuously fed Material web wound up, namely a paper web. Contact winding is carried out with the contact roller and here, too, the contact roller should have a defined pressure on the the resulting wrap.
In a known from practice The contact roller axis moves with the winding shaft axis at the same vertical height arranged. In other words, the contact roller axis and the winding shaft axis in a horizontal plane. The contact roller will during of the winding process with a certain force against the winding pressed. To that extent, on a pressure surface of the winding, which with the Contact roller is in contact with a certain pressure of the contact roller be maintained. However, this known method has the considerable disadvantage that as the winding process progresses the uniformity of the Proof about the length the contact roller or the length the winding shaft deteriorates and also the pressure surface in the course of the winding process is reduced. This is a reliable function Contact winding is no longer guaranteed. These disadvantages result from the fact that the winding shaft with increasing Winding diameter is subject to increasing deflection. With getting bigger Winding diameter, the contact roller is more and more uneven Wind up and can even lose contact with the winding in the middle. Leading ultimately about you over the length the winding shaft or the winding disadvantageously a different winding quality the material web receives. - In the Practice has tried to overcome these disadvantages by supporting the To overcome the winding shaft in the area of the winding shaft ends. However, this is only partially successful and this measure is otherwise only then possible when on a wide device (i.e. long winding shaft and long contact roller) a narrow web of material or plastic film is wound up.
In contrast, the invention underlying technical problem, a method of the aforementioned Specify the type with which a even pressure the contact roller over a largely constant pressure surface realized on the winding and with one over the Length of Winding shaft or the winding if possible uniform winding quality of the material web achieved becomes.
To solve this technical problem, the invention first teaches a method of the type described at the outset, which is characterized in that the distance Δy is set up in accordance with the deflection f of the winding shaft, and that with a maximum winding diameter D max , a contact roller diameter d K and a Deflection f Q of the winding shaft with the finished wound winding according to the formula calculated distance Δy is established. - To solve the above technical problem, the invention also teaches a method of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that the distance Δy is set up in accordance with the deflection f of the winding shaft, and that with a winding tube diameter d H , a contact roller diameter d K and a deflection f E of the winding shaft under its own load according to the formula calculated distance Δy is established. - The horizontal plane running through the winding shaft axis preferably means the horizontal plane in which the winding shaft ends of the winding shaft axis lie. It is therefore preferably the horizontal plane in which the winding shaft axis lies or would lie in the non-deflected state of the winding shaft.
According to one embodiment of the invention the contact roller is driven in rotation. But it is also in the frame the invention to drive the winding shaft rotating. Expedient way the material web is over the contact roller of the winding tube or fed to the wrap.
Mit anderen Worten nimmt mit zunehmender Durchbiegung f auch der Abstand Δy zu.According to the distance Δy is the Contact roller axis set to the horizontal plane depending on the deflection f of the winding shaft. It is within the scope of the invention that the greater the deflection f of the winding shaft, the greater the distance Δy. In other words, the distance Δy also increases with increasing deflection f.
According to the first embodiment of the invention, at a maximum winding diameter D max , a contact roller diameter d K and a deflection f Q of the winding shaft with the finished wound winding according to the formula calculated distance Δy set up. F Q is the deflection of the winding shaft under full load, ie under the load of the wound coil or coil.
The deflection f means in the frame the invention regularly the greatest distance of a winding shaft section from that through that of the winding shaft ends trending horizontal plane. As a rule, this winding shaft section with the greatest distance to the horizontal plane mentioned in the area of the center of the winding shaft arranged.
According to the second embodiment of the invention, with a winding tube diameter d H , a contact roller diameter dK and a deflection f E of the winding shaft under self-loading, the formula is one calculated distance Δy set up. The deflection f E means the deflection to which the pure winding shaft without the wound material web is already subject.
The invention is based on the knowledge on the basis that when the teaching according to the invention is implemented a surprising even pressure the contact roller is also implemented as the winding process progresses can be. This creates an optimal pressure surface between the contact roller and Winding reached. As a result, you can surprisingly with the method according to the invention Wraps that are made over the length the winding shaft have a uniform winding quality. The method according to the invention is on the rest relatively simple, inexpensive to carry out. With the known devices for contact winding, this method can be implemented without for this complex or costly retrofitting work or retrofitting measures required are.
