Such solar panels are increasingly found on Hausdä chern for hot water use. From the Offenle The publication DE 33 13 956 A is, for example, a sun Collector known according to the preamble of claim 1, the for insulation against the side facing away from the sun has thick insulating mats on top of each other, of numerous chen tubular supports are interspersed. Latter should distribute the atmospheric pressure from outside len when the interior is pressurized.
The object of the invention is a solar collector to propose the insulation mentioned requires much less depth, so that without Loss of insulation a lighter weight and one results in a smaller overall depth. The solar collector shown in the figures contains, in a known manner, seen from the sun, a solar glass pane 1 , which covers the entire effective area of the collector and protects an underlying plate 2 against weather influences. This sheet carries an absorption layer on the side facing the glass pane or has a self-absorbing effect. The radiation energy is converted into heat there. The distance between the glass sheet 1 and the sheet 2 is only between 0.3 and 4 mm and forms a first narrow space 3 , which is ensured by local support elements in the form of transparent plates 4 . These platelets are in particular sintered airgel platelets with a size of, for example, 1 cm 2 and with a mutual spacing of 10 cm. The plates can be attached to the glass pane and / or the first sheet with an elastic and transparent adhesive. A plan view of this sheet is shown in FIG. 2. The uniform grid spacing of the platelets 4 can be seen . They could also be staggered in the row or column direction.
At the back of this radiation absorption sheet 2 , a cooling system of heat transfer fluid piping is introduced. In the present example, it is a serpentine tube 5 that extends from an inlet 6 to an outlet 7 . This queue can also be divided, whereby the parts are then connected in parallel via collectors. It is advantageous if the geometry of the tubes and the arrangement of the plates 4 are coordinated with one another in such a way that energy losses are minimized.
The tubes here have a circular cross section and are glued to the sheet 2 with a heat-conducting adhesive 8 (see FIG. 4). For reasons of better heat transfer, it would also be conceivable for the cross-section of the tubes 5 to be at least in the region of contact with the sheet 2 , or to integrate the lines entirely into the sheet.
Behind the system of tubes 5 , a second and a third sheet 9 and 10 are located at a certain distance, each parallel to the first sheet 2 . This distance is essentially constructive due to the space required for Krüm mung radii of the tubes 5 at the inlet 6 and at the outlet 7 , if, as shown in Fig. 1, these inlets and outlets should run perpendicular to the plane of the solar collector. The space 11 between the two sheets 9 and 10 is, like the space 3, only 0.3 to 4 mm wide and is secured by support elements 12 , which of course need not be transparent and can be made of silica gel or ceramic, for example. Their shape and distribution can be the same as that of the transparent plates 4 .
The space between the first sheet 2 , the tubes 5 and the second sheet 9 is positively filled with a one- or multi-part filler made of open-cell foam. In Fig. 3 or 4, a filling body consisting principally of two parts 13 and 14 is shown. The part 13 fills the spaces between the tubes 5 and the plattenför shaped part 14 fills the space between the tubes 5 and the second plate 9th If the part 13 cannot be shaped exactly according to the external shape of the tubes 5 , the remaining area 19 can be filled with open-pore foam glass beads or broken glass etc.
In the edge connection of all elements of the solar collector, particular attention is paid to a tight connection between the two outermost elements, namely the solar glass pane 1 and the third sheet 10 . For this purpose, the entire arrangement is surrounded by a stiffening frame 15 made of plastic and the edges of the first and third sheets 2 and 10 are flanged over this frame, whereupon the glass plate is glued onto the unit via a spacer 16 to maintain the gap 3 (see FIG . 3).
As mentioned, only the tight closure of the two outermost elements of the stack of elements is important. In contrast, passages should be provided within the collector to enable pressure equalization. For this purpose, for example, at least one hole 17 , 18 can be provided in the first or second sheet 2 , 9 . For this purpose, it is also possible to consciously prevent these sheets from ending flush with the frame 15 , as can be seen for the sheet 9 in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3.
In the entire interior between the solar glass 1 and the third sheet, a negative pressure is created during assembly, which is chosen so that 3 and 11 molecular flow conditions prevail in the narrow spaces. As is known, these conditions arise in an inter mediate space with a width of only 0.3 to 4 mm, as stated above, even at a considerably higher pressure (size order 0.1 mbar) than if this intermediate space was affected by the structural requirements of the tubes 5 conditionally larger width. The two spaces 3 and 11 thus form a good vacuum super solation even at a pressure of 0.1 mbar.
In order to ensure the small distances between the spaces 3 and 11 also in operation in view of the temperature fluctuations that occur, the thermal expansion of the sheets in the area between the plates 4 must not lead to mutual contact of the walls. This can be achieved by using a composite sheet for sheet 2 and / or 9 , in which the outer layer has a slightly smaller coefficient of thermal expansion than the inner layer, so that this composite sheet does not bulge outwards when heated, but inwards. For example, the inner layer is made of brass and the outer layer of copper.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a layer of a metal hydride is applied to the underside of the sheet 2 , ie on its side facing away from the intermediate space 3 , which releases hydrogen at a certain limit temperature. This limit temperature may be 150 ° C for example. If this temperature at the absorption layer of the solar collector is exceeded, then a hydrogen pressure defined by the amount of hydride introduced arises in the entire solar collector, including the interstices 3 and 11 , so that the heat insulation properties, particularly in the interstices 3 and 11, are significantly deteriorated. The amount of hydride is metered in such a way that a total permissible pressure of, for example, 300 mbar is not exceeded. At this pressure, however, the insulation effect of the intermediate spaces is greatly reduced, and the solar collector then dissipates its absorbed heat not only via the pipes 5 , but also via its front and rear. Overheating is avoided.
The solar collector according to the invention is suitable for series production and is not very space-consuming and light in weight. Its height is 40 mm or less and the size of a plate can be up to several square meters. Probably the most complex element is the first sheet 2 acting as a radiation absorber with the aero gel platelets 4 on one side and the glued-on tubes 5 on the other side. When assembling and evacuating at the same time, care must be taken that the airgel platelets absorb the final load pressure evenly and steadily slowly, since they are very sensitive to shock loads.
The invention is not restricted in every detail to the solar collector described and illustrated. So you can design the edge seal differently. In particular, the frame 15 can be glued directly to the solar glass plate 1 , while the first sheet 2, similar to the sheet 9, ends just before the frame. In this case, the third sheet outside the frame can be pulled up in the form of a trough into the region of the glass pane and glued to the pane, so that a "cold" mounting bracket 20 results for fastening to a roof bracket. This Varian te can be seen in Fig. 1.
The first sheet can also conduct heat well from one the ceramic material, such as aluminum Ni trid AlN, the outside of this plate is an Absorp tion layer.
