Abstract

A method for accurate alignment of double sided prints uses three high resolution cameras. One camera (2) scans the underside of the sheet, one camera (3) scans the top side of the sheet while a third camera (4) the alignment markings and the edge of the sheet. Nach Auswertung aller ermittelten Werte kann dadurch die Ermittlung der Ursachen der Passermeßwertabweichen in einem breiteren Umfang erfolgen. Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Passermeßwerten auf Bedruckstoffen mit der Schön- und Widerdruckseite des Bedruckstoffes jeweils zugeordneten und das Bildfeld erfassenden Meßeinrichtungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Meßeinrichtungen optisch hochauflösende Aufnahmeeinrichtungen zur Anwendung kommen, mit denen innerhalb der festgelegten Bildbereiche (5, 6, 7) mittels von an den Meßort anstellbaren Bildmasken die Lagewerte der mitgedruckten Meßmarken zueinander sowie deren Abstände zu den Bedruckstoffkanten erfaßt und durch eine nachfolgende Auswerteeinrichtung auf Abweichungen der Abstände der Marken zueinander und zu den Bedruckstoffkanten ausgewertet werden.1.
