- - der einen in den Durchbruch (110) im Pol-Bereich der Beckenpfanne (40) setzbaren Führungszapfen (100) aufweist, auf dessen Umfang ein Radialkräfte erzeugendes Element (130) sitzt, welches sich nach Einsatz des Führungszapfens (100) in den Durchbruch (110) an die Innenwandung des Durchbruchs (110) unter Ausübung radial nach außen wirkender Kräfte anlegt,
- - der wenigstens einen elastischen Abstandshalter (80) aufweist, der seine Außenkonturen (50) von den Innenkonturen (30) der Beckenpfanne (40) auch während des Einsetzvorganges fernhält.
