Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a pipe assembly with at least three plastic pipes arranged parallel to each other, especially cable ducts, and one the plastic tubes forming a multi-tube surrounding envelope.
A plastic cable management unit is known a plurality of cable routing tubes, which under intermediate switching of flexible spacers to a mat agreed, especially for the introduction into a cable channel. Cable duct denotes the z. B. in telecommunications usual cable channels for telephone cables, light waveguide cables, broadband cables and other modern cables systems, these cable channels at least in turn as Plastic pipes are formed, but also made of concrete, Ceramic or the like. Can exist. Otherwise, a such cable routing unit easily in the ground be richly relocated. Not just the cable channels, but the cable management tubes also take cables that go into the Cable ducts or cable guide tubes, as it were, threaded become.
- Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. It is a cable routing unit or pipe assembly of the one known embodiment known in which the Cover glued to the plastic pipes or ver is welded, regardless of whether only two plastic tubes next to each other or three plastic tubes in a triangle form are arranged. The adhesive bond between the Wrapping and the plastic pipes is made of different Disadvantageous reasons. First of all, that between the individual plastic pipes within the casing none Relative movement can take place. Such a relative move supply in z. B. pipe longitudinal direction must, however, because of occurring and often considerable temperature differences and the resulting elongations are absolutely possible be because the wrapping tears otherwise and therefore as Packaging the plastic pipes considerable damage and / or experience dimensional changes. That is already with mere Sun exposure and the resulting stretch behavior of the plastic pipes the case. Cracking and serious damage to the casing can also be found then instead if the pipe assembly in the embodiment a triangular multi-tube - so for example have three plastic tubes arranged in a triangle a cable drum should be wound up because then that the upper one resting on the two lower plastic pipes Plastic tube or the top two on the bottom Plastic pipes on top of plastic pipes always one have to cover a longer winding distance and so far if the possibility of a relative movement between the Plastic pipes must be possible, however, as a result of Adhesive bond between the wrapper and the art fabric tubes is prevented. This results in extreme Tensions that also lead to cracking and serious Damage to the casing. Is problematic in In this context, the fact that the Cable drum unwound pipe bundle very considerable Ver experiences twists because of a movement compensation not between the individual cable ducts and the casing is possible. Such a twisted pipe assembly can be after unwinding from a cable drum hardly anymore embarrassed sensibly, at least not without significant Difficulties and elaborate guidelines. Throughout must be eliminated significantly disruptive pipe deformation become. The same problems arise when you such a composite pipe in relatively small Wants to lay bend radii because then also the wrapping tears because of the adhesive connection with the plastic pipes or is significantly damaged. - Here is the invention Remedy.
The invention has for its object a tube assembly to create the embodiment described above, the flawless even with significantly fluctuating temperatures store freely, transport beyond and on cables drums can be wound up and unwound, which is also easy can be laid straight as well as with tight bending radii, without that the wrapping of the plastic pipes damage it drives and / or deformations of the plastic pipes occur.
To achieve this object, the invention teaches a tube connected with at least three parallel to each other neten plastic pipes, especially cable ducts, and one the plastic pipes to form a more sheathing surrounding the tube, the plastic tubes forming a flat layer in rows close to each other arranged side by side and from the wrapping below in front given fixation without an adhesive connection between the casing and the plastic pipes are held together. - These measures of the invention have the consequence that the plastic pipes in a flat position are held tightly in the covering spanning them and consequently transported as a kind of pipe mat as well as wound on a cable drum and can be handled without twisting or other deformations are to be feared. Nevertheless, the Enveloping a relative movement of the plastic pipes other, in particular in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, so that results even from extremely fluctuating temperatures pipe expansion not to crack or damage lead of the wrapping, because without an adhesive bond between the casing and the Plastic pipes not only a relative movement between the plastic pipes themselves, but also between the Plastic pipes and wrapping is possible. You want to on the other hand the tube assembly according to the invention in bending radii and especially small or narrow bending radii embarrassed, then you can do that or the middle art fabric tubes forming a triangular or much corner-shaped tube bundle with the plastic tubes loosely around giving sheathing between the outer plastic tubes push out. In this context the invention goes from the knowledge that the scope of the wrapping then is significantly larger than that of the three plastic pipes formed scope when these three plastic tubes in three are arranged in a corner shape, while their arrangement as a flat web leads to a tube circumference, which the envelope as it were, so that a tight seat in the row plastic pipes arranged side by side in the casing arises. This also applies if the flat track consists of four or more plastic pipes is formed and this art fabric tubes are converted into a polygonal shape. Hence there is also the possibility after laying the pipe composite in a bending radius following this Bending radius to restore the in the wrapper clamped flat track and consequently restoration a tube mat the middle plastic tube between the push back the two outer plastic pipes. So far becomes a composite pipe or multiple pipe with a switch effect for mat, triangle or polygon arrangement of the plastic pipes reached. The wrapper practically only forms a packaging aid that does not crack itself is annoying, although such damage is not at all are to be feared. It remains to be noted that the Pipe assembly according to the invention easily in the ground can plow, either as a pipe mat or in triangular or polygonal arrangement.
Further measures essential to the invention are as follows listed. So the plastic pipes preferably have have the same outer diameter, with example also five, seven, nine, etc. plastic pipes one on the one hand, have it clamped as a flat sheet in an envelope in order to on the other hand, in a triangular or polygonal arrangement a loose wrapping with appropriate movement between the cladding and the plastic pipes to he possible. The invention further provides that the order cover made of a transparent plastic film or clear Visible film, so that there are markings or the like. Markings on the individual plastic pipes are not difficult can be recognized, and also after their branches as ID are available. According to a suggestion from Invention, which has independent meaning, is featured see that the wrapping or plastic film as trans Parent shrink film made of, for example, PE-LD (polyethylene Low Density). The shrink film can be for example, forming the wrapping around the flat web wrap plastic tubes next to each other and generating a predetermined clamping on the in Row of plastic pipes arranged side by side shrink by this pipe assembly through a heat tunnel is led. The wrapping expediently has or shrink film a perforation so that bil Discharge of condensate from the casing to the outside can and no channel effect between the plastic pipes for such condensed water. Otherwise there is also the possibility of a triangular arrangement of art fabric tubes and this loose surrounding sheathing Insert spacers between the tubes.
Es zeigen:In the following, the invention is based on only one Embodiment showing drawing he closer purifies. Show it:
Fig. 1 einen Rohrverbund mit drei in Flachlage umhüllten Kunststoffrohren, Fig. 1 shows a composite tube with three sheathed in flatness plastic pipes,
Fig. 2 den Gegenstand nach Fig. 1 bei dreieckförmiger Anordnung der Kunststoffrohre mit Bewegungsspiel zwischen den Kunststoffrohren, und Fig. 2 shows the object of FIG. 1 with a triangular arrangement of the plastic tubes with play between the plastic tubes, and
Fig. 3 shows the object of Fig. 2 with close to each other in a triangular shape plastic tubes and play between the envelope and these plastic tubes.
In the figures, a composite pipe with at least three plastic pipes 1 arranged in parallel to one another, in particular special cable guide pipes, and a sheath 2 surrounding the plastic pipes 1 to form a multiple pipe is shown. The plastic tubes 1 are shown in FIG. 1 to form a flat layer in a row close to each other and are held together by the wrapping 2 with pre-given clamping without dispensing with an adhesive connection between the wrapping 2 and the plastic pipes 1 . The plastic tubes 1 have the same outer diameter. The envelope 2 consists of a transparent plastic film. According to the embodiment, the plastic film 2 is designed as a shrink film made of PE-LD and has an indicated perforation 3 .
To lay the multiple pipe clamped in flat sheet with sheathing 2 from precisely these three plastic pipes 1 in predetermined bending radii, the middle plastic pipe 1 b is formed with a triangular tube bundle with the plastic pipes 1 a, 1 b, 1 c loosely surrounding sheathing between the two outer plastic pipes 1 a, 1 c pushed out. This is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, with FIG. 3 making it clear that an adhesive connection between the plastic pipes 1 and the casing 2 is missing, that is to say the casing 2 is neither glued nor welded to the plastic pipes 1 . To restore the flat web clamped in the casing 2 and consequently a tube mat made of the three plastic tubes 1 , the middle plastic tube 1 b can be pressed back between the two outer plastic tubes 1 a, 1 c, so that the embodiment according to FIG results.
According to the embodiment, the plastic tubes 1 are made of polyethylene.
