Enhancer zusetzt. In the dermal or topical application of one of these ge called acid addition salts of morphine alkaloids, the disadvantage occurs that the permeability of the salts mentioned through the skin is very low. This disadvantage is tried out with the known compositions compensated by giving the dosage forms so-called enhancers adds.
Even if this partly leads to the desired success, it is under pharmaceutical, therapeutic and regulatory law viewpoints preferred if morphine alkaloid salts were available, which by se have a higher permeability through the skin, so that no further or little of another substance is required. This in particular this is because the enhancers mentioned also when used on the Skin disadvantages such as skin irritation or unwanted phar macodynamic side effects as a result of great toxicity nen.
The object of the invention is therefore, acid addition salts of Mor To provide phin alkaloids of the above formula I, the ge have improved properties compared to the known salts. Ins In particular, their permeability through the skin is said to be increased.

Due to the salt formation there is a Influencing the electron distribution in the piperidine part. A downfield shift of the proton resonance signals in the area of the base function shows that the protons there are shielded by salt formation. This is on the one hand by binding the acidic trimethyl-benzoic acid proton to trace the lone pair of electrons back to the basic nitrogen; on the other hand by the influence of the trimethylbenzoic acid residue.

The penetration rate of the salt is approximately 1.8 times higher than that of the Base.
