Abstract

The tricycle does not need any force transmission chain. The axes of rear wheels are held against tetrahedrons supported by a carrier. The carriers are slidably and lockably fitted on two parallel bars, transverse to the tricycle long axis and are releasably secured. Thus the width of the vehicle can be also adjusted. The bars are resiliently coupled to the longitudinal frame via another carrier. The front wheel, complete with pedal drive, is separable from the longitudinal frame. A roof with solar cells may provide current for optional accumulator.

Claims (9)

1. Dreirad mit einem Tretkurbelantrieb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser ohne Verdre­ hung der Kette auf das Vorderrad wirkt. Die Achsen der Hinterräder sind in gegen einen Träger abgestützten Tetraeder gehaltert. Die Träger sind auf zwei parallelen, quer zur Fahrzeuglängsachse verlaufenden, lösbar befestigten Stangen verschieblich und fixierbar angeordnet. Hiermit kann auch die Breite des Fahrzeugs verstellt werden. Die Stangen sind über einen weiteren Träger federnd mit dem Längsrahmen verbunden.
