Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a transverse flux machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a transverse flux machine is known from DE 195 32 614 A1 forth. The well-known multi-phase includes Transversal flow machine a primary part and a secondary part, the primary part in the longitudinal direction of the trans vertical flow machine spaced-apart sheet metal packages having. Each sheet pack has in the transverse direction Transversalflußmaschine arranged and apart stood thigh parts that in the longitudinal direction to each other are aligned in rows. The rows from each other directed thigh parts are each by a pathogen development excited. The excitation windings are so excited that the leg parts in time in the transverse direction otherwise reach a maximum flow.
The secondary part has and extends in the longitudinal direction transverse rows of permas Magnetic elements on the front extension the leg parts are arranged on a carrier plate.
-pakete erforderlich.Problems exist with such a transverse flux measure seems that a river concentration is very difficult is possible. In addition, occur between the primary part and the Secondary part strong attraction, mostly unimportant are desired. To reduce the stray fields, expend the scattering vanes or packages required.
The object of the present invention is a such one-sided, multi-phase transverse flux machine so improve that by reducing harmful Stray fields and a river concentration a comparatively high thrust per effective area can be achieved.
This task is performed using a transverse flux machine solved the features of claim 1.
A major advantage is that with the invent inventive transverse flux machine a high thrust per effective area due to better material utilization can be achieved. This is due to the compared to ge called DE 195 32 614 A1 modified design with collector packages due to which a river concentration and reducing the scattering effects to a tolerable one Measure is reached. The attraction between secondary and primary part are compared because of the different design wise low.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention go from the subclaims.
Es zeigen:The invention and its embodiments are described below explained in connection with the figures. Show it:

The following considerations led to the invention. To at the open construction of the prior art mentioned (DE 195 32 614 A1) To avoid high wastage would have to be avoided specific scatter packages or baffles are provided, the take up a lot of space and also the manufacturing cost would increase considerably.
The relatively high wastage can be divided into one the simple and inexpensive way it compensates ren that the individual permanent magnet rows of the secondary some are not directly opposite the thigh parts, but rather comparatively in the space between two Immerse the extended leg parts, the Perma Magnets in a row at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the transver Salflussmaschine are aligned and being between the individual permanent magnets of a row of magnets laminated Collector packages are staggered that the magnetic circuit close over the thigh parts.
In the case of the three-phase embodiment of the transverse flux machine shown, the primary part 1 consists of individual laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 etc. which are each composed of an individual E-shaped electrical sheet 11 ', 12 ', 13 'etc. by congruent stacking. The individual laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 each have a predetermined height h p in the longitudinal direction of the transverse flux machine. The sheet packs are in the longitudinal direction of the Translate versalflußmaschine arranged congruently to each other, wherein two adjacent sheet packs each having a Mittenab stand 2 τ p have mutually (see Fig. 1).
Die einzelnen Blechpakete 11, 12, 13 etc. besitzen jeweils drei Schenkelteile 11a, 11b, 11c bzw. 12a, 12b, 12c etc. The individual laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 etc. each have three leg parts 11 a, 11 b, 11 c or 12 a, 12 b, 12 c etc. The leg parts 11 a, 12 a, which are congruently arranged in the longitudinal direction with one another, are are excited by a common acid first excitation winding 15 . Correspondingly, the congruently arranged second limb parts 11 b, 12 b, etc. are excited by a common second excitation winding 16 and the congruently arranged third leg parts 11 c, 12 c, 13 c etc. by a common third field winding 17 . At long pri marts 1 , the series of said leg parts can also be excited by a plurality of excitation windings, each of which excite only a certain number of leg parts arranged one behind the other.
The secondary part 2 essentially has the shape of a plate-shaped part 25 which is opposite the ends of the leg parts of the laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 , the plane of the plate-shaped part 25 being different from the plane in which the end faces of the leg parts of the laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 are spaced apart by a gap 26 . On the plate-shaped part 25 , seen in the transverse direction of the transverse flux machine, two rows 21 , 22 are arranged side by side, each comprising successive magnetic elements 21 a and 22 a and laminated collector packages 21 b and 22 b, respectively. The said rows are hen 21 , 22 so attached to the surface of the plate-shaped part 25 that they in the spaces between the end regions of the leg parts 11 a, 11 b, 11 c and 12 a, 12 b, 12 c etc. of Immerse laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 etc. up to a given height. For example, the punched packet collector packages 21 b, 22 b with the help of fastening devices, not shown, for. B. screws attached to the plate-shaped part 25 . For this purpose, they have the vertically extending bores 24 shown in FIG. 2 for two collector packages Darge, through which said fastening devices, for. B. screws are passed. Preferably, the permanent magnets 21 a, 22 a are glued in the intervals between the collector packs 21 b, 22 b, the surfaces of the permanent magnets and the collector packs facing one another abutting each other.
In the rows 21 and 22 described, the magnetic north and south poles are caused according to FIG. 2 at exactly the right places of the collector packs 21 b, 22 b at the end faces of the collector packs seen in the transverse direction of the transverse flux machine, that is to say opposite the Be tenflächen the leg parts 11 a, 11 b, 11 c and 12 a, 12 b, 12 c etc. are formed, the end and Be tenflächen run parallel to each other. In this way it is achieved that, with suitable excitation of the leg portions of the laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 due to the inclined position of the permanent magnet elements 21 a, 22 a and the collector packages 21 b, 22 b of the rows 21 and 22, a relative movement between the primary part 1 and the secondary part 2 takes place in the longitudinal direction of the transverse flux machine.
For this, it is important that, according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the rows of magnets are arranged offset according to FIG. 3 by ΔX ≈ 2τp / 3 for optimum material utilization. If there are more than three leg parts in the laminated core, that is to say in other words with a more than three-phase trans-flux machine, the formula generally applies to the offset ΔX between m-1 magnet series:
ΔX ≈ 2τp / m. Here m means the number of strands (number of excited leg parts) of the machine.
According to FIG. 4, the permanent magnet rows 21, 22 in loading train to the longitudinal direction of the transverse flux are approximately skewed .tau..sub.p. This means that the distance between the rear (or front) of a leg part and the rear (or front) opposite end of the collector package exactly opposite this leg part is approximately τp, as shown in FIG. 4. It is possible according to FIG. 4, the rows 21 , 22 arranged side by side to be inclined in the same direction (continuous lines of the permanent magnet elements) or to be inclined in mirror image (broken line in the row 22 ).
Referring to FIG. 1, the plate-like part 25, with the Hil fe of unillustrated attachment means such. B. screws, which are used in areas opposite to each other from legs 11 a, 11 b, 11 c arranged holes 20 are attached to any fixed or movable objects. So that the heads of the screws mentioned do not protrude beyond the surface of the part 25 facing the laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 , the holes 20 preferably have corresponding counterbores 19 .
In the corresponding manner, the upper surfaces of the laminated cores 11 , 12 , 13 etc. facing away from the plate-like part 25 are fastened to a corresponding movable or stationary object.
From Fig. 5 shows how the magnetic field extends, in the present invention. Here, a ge closed magnetic field line F is shown, which runs with egg nem area F1 in a leg part 11 a in the longitudinal direction thereof, at the end of the leg part 11 a with an area F2 perpendicular to the area F1 in the direction of the opposite leg part 11 b runs to the collector package 21 b and there occurs perpendicular to the front of the same ben. With the area F3, the field line F then initially runs in the longitudinal direction of the collector packet 21 b, in order to then run with the area F4 perpendicular to the permanent magnet element 21 a, which bears with a pole on the surface of the collector packet 21 b facing it. Correspondingly, the permanent magnet element 21 a with the surface of its opposite pole rests on the surface of the opposite collector packet 21 b, in which the field line area F4 merges into a field line area F5 running in the longitudinal direction of the collector packet 21 b and perpendicularly from the front side of the collectors packet exits 21 b, which is the leg portion 11 facing a part opposite leg 11 b. There, the field lines goes with his range F6 laterally in the leg portion 11 b and extends over there perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof. With its area F7 it is perpendicular to the field F6 in the longitudinal direction b of the leg member. 11 The areas F1 and F7 are closed over the area 11 d of the sheet metal pack which runs in the transverse direction between the leg parts 11 a and 11 b (area F8). In the corresponding manner, the magnetic field lines between the ken's parts 11 b and 11 c run through the collector packs 22 b and the permanent magnet elements 22 a.
Referring to FIG. 6 for purposes of weight and Materi can aleinsparung the outer sides of the laminated cores 11, 12, 13, etc. instead of the illustrated in Fig. 1 basic shape in various ways, eg. B. straight (reference number 8 ) or rounded (reference number 9 ), beveled. A Ge weight saving is important because the material saved by the bevels mentioned does not have to be moved during the movement of the primary part 1 . Since the material savings mentioned are provided on the outer sides of the laminated cores, this has no influence on the magnetic fields that run in an arc-shaped manner in this area anyway. It is also advantageous that space is saved in the said beveled areas.
