Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for alignment and fixing individual assemblies, such as lenses, diaphragms, Prisms or the like, when installing an optical system, where for the modules one after the other parallel to the optical System axis aligned brackets plugged onto the Brackets brought into their functional target position and be fixed in the target position.
When manufacturing lenses, the associated optical lenses often such that initially each lens firmly attached to a frame and then the Assemblies consisting of lens and frame one after the other inserted into a tube, there position functional niert and finally by so-called "Richtkitten" or with the help of prefabricated mechanical holding elements in ih location.
Die Position einer jeden Linse ist demnach erstens durch ihre Anordnung auf der Fassung und zweitens durch die zwischen den Fassun gen angeordneten Kugeln bestimmt.DE patent 274 086 A1 describes an "arrangement op table components in a guide tube ", on which this way multiple lenses in single mechanical fiber fixed in position and then the lens and socket standing assemblies within a guide tube in are arranged adjustable in the axial direction. For the purpose of The end faces are adjustable in the axial direction of the lens frames ver with concentric to the frame axis running grooves, in each of at least three Balls are offset by 120 ° to each other. Of the The diameter of the balls determines the distance between two neighboring ones beard frames in the axial direction. The fixation of the individual assemblies result from the backlash-free anein rows of frames and balls, be at both ends bounded by end faces, the axial Po sitions via fine thread are changeable. The position First of all, each lens is characterized by its arrangement on the frame and secondly because of the between the frames determined arranged balls.
With the exchange of balls of different diameters against each other, a change in position in the axial direction device and, for example, an image correction be made. Such a position is disadvantageous tion change only possible in the axial direction. The location change of a lens in the radial direction, d. H. the ver shift perpendicular to the optical system axis for the purpose ei correction, is not possible because the versions and so that the lenses are in the tube or in the guide tube kept free of play perpendicular to the optical system axis. The optical quality of the lens is already essential by fixing the lens in or on the frame Right. Even if the connection between lens and frame no matter how precise it is, when installing the Assembly of lens and frame can have manufacturing tolerances the outer diameter of the socket and the inner diameter the guide tube deviations from the ideal position of a individual lenses and thus the quality of the object adversely affect tivs. In addition, the Mon days due to the large number of work to be carried out steps quite complex.
Another method and an arrangement for mounting and fixation of individual optical lenses within an egg Nes optical system is in Japanese Patent 57-105707 A. Here are the modules on theirs Periphery with openings for rod-shaped brackets provided that are parallel to the optical axis of the system are directed. The lenses or lens assemblies are in functionally correct sequence on the brackets slipped on, then axially onto the brackets in the position NEN shifted, which their determination within the opti system and fixed there.
The fixation of the lenses in the axial target position is in an embodiment variant by friction fit of the fit between the inner wall of the openings and the outer surface che the brackets provided. This fit is difficult common enough, the lenses keep their position when the forces acting in the axial direction do not affect the friction forces can overcome.
A further design variant reveals the possibility speed, each lens assembly in the axial direction against one provided on the circular bracket for Bring attachment. This makes a higher functional safety achieved when greater forces act, however is already the with the prefabrication of the collar surface axial position of the associated lens assembly sets. However, the problem of Manufacturing tolerances on, and the more, the more Lin assemblies lined up on the brackets and against The collar surfaces are fixed in position.
As a further possibility of setting the distance between The individual lens assemblies are described in the above Publication proposed to be axial spacing position between the individual lens assemblies sockets to be provided over the circular brackets are pushed. But here too there is the disadvantage that the accuracy of the axial position of the lens assemblies and thus the quality of the optical system from with Ferti prefabricated parts affected by tolerances, the Ab stand bushings, is determined. Also after plugging in on the brackets a position correction in radial Direction no longer possible. The position in radial direction device or the accuracy of the coverage of the optical Axis of the lens assembly with the optical axis of the Sy stems with the insertion of the recesses in the Peri pherie of the lens assembly and with the fit tolerance determined between recess and bracket and is after No longer attach the lens assembly to the holder correctable.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is a method for assembling, aligning and fixing to create optical assemblies with which the quality opti systems can be further improved.
The object is inventively for a method of mentioned type in that at least one of the construction groups are first connected to the brackets that after plugging in their displacement in the axial direction, their displacement in the radial direction and also the changes tion guaranteed their inclination relative to the brackets is that after attaching to the brackets the mind least an assembly by radial and / or by axial Move and / or by changing the inclination relative to the Brackets brought into their target position and then the at least one assembly is fixed to the brackets.
This ensures that the mobility of the individual Assemblies even after they are lined up on the brackets still has the degrees of freedom that are required it in the necessary for an exact function of the system position. After being lined up, the assemblies are independently adjustable. Only after each construction group individually into their functional target position has been directed, it is fixed to the holder stanchions.
Because the guiding accuracy of the brackets in the recess in the sense of a free or low-play fit in contrast to the prior art, is no longer required Lich. First of all, the manufacturing tolerances at Hal openings and recesses are no longer relevant to the extent and second arises due to the quite large game the advantage that the assemblies manually on the faster Brackets can be plugged in and therefore good Prerequisites for mechanically attaching the building groups on the brackets or an inexpensive assembly ge of the optical system are created.
This procedure can be used for both a single construction group within the optical system as well as for everyone associated assemblies are provided. It has been shows that an advantageous sequence of steps to stop Direction or adjustment of the individual modules in this respect exists as first the parallelism of the optical axis the assembly and optical axis of the system, in the following System axis called, checked and, if necessary, the Assembly is initially tilted around the intersection that forms its optical axis with the system axis. Doing so change the inclination until the optical axis and the axis of symmetry are aligned parallel to one another or, which may well be the case after the tipping, already overlap. Is the coincidence not yet there? after the tipping, the construction is postponed group in the radial direction until the optical Cover the axis and the system axis. Then the Module moved in the axial direction until its axial position of their target position in the optical system ent speaks.
Do these steps for each of the construction in question groups, made, it depends on the orientation and fi xation of all assemblies a high quality optical system before, which in turn handled as an assembly and in opti cal device functions can be integrated.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention is before seen that the fixation according to the invention Process-oriented assembly to the holding through adhesive bonding or material fusion is done. The choice of adhesive can depend on this the adhesive behavior of the material from which the bracket on the one hand and the lens frame or the Lens periphery on the other hand exist.
The connection through material fusion is an example wise particularly advantageous when brackets and Lin Socket frames or lens periphery from a light melt zenden thermoplastic are made.
The invention further relates to an optical system stem with assemblies such as lenses, diaphragms, prisms or the like Lich, in which the modules parallel to the optical Sy stem axis aligned, through recesses on the construction Group passed through brackets and attached to the sen holders are fixed in their target position. Erfin according to the invention it is provided that the through the Ausspa stanchions passed through a circular Have cross section, while the recesses with ellip are designed cross-section or, conversely, the Mounts with elliptical and the recesses in the Assemblies with a circular cross section are executed. There is always the larger of the ellipse axes radial to the op system axis.
This ensures that the optical assemblies, after being attached to the brackets, in the degrees of freedom required for final adjustment are mobile. Their positions are in radial and axia direction can be changed and there is also a tilt in the Possible with respect to the optical axis of the system.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention is before seen that the recesses in the assembly with ellipti schematic cross section are formed and in each recess the large ellipse axis a to the small ellipse axis b Aspect ratio of 1.4: 1.
It is also provided that in the elliptical cross section the length of the small ellipse axis is b = d + Δ, with d the diameter of the associated holder and Δ one Amount of the maximum expected decentration of the corresponds to the relevant assembly relative to the system axis.
So that these proportions between the outside knife of the brackets and the inner surfaces of the recess is the play of movement between the assembly and the bracket on the one hand dimensioned so that the assembly exactly in the suitable position for the intended purpose can, on the other hand, the freedom of movement of the construction group after attaching to the brackets as far as is limited that they do not rela tiv can take to the mounts, but already is in a position close to its target position, which ensures that unnecessary movements or Handling of the individual assemblies in the final Alignment is kept to a minimum.
Furthermore, in an advantageous embodiment, the Er be provided that in the adjusted state of each the assembly between the circular spaces and the elliptical cross sections at least partially Glue are filled. This is a sufficient sta bile fixation of the optical assemblies in their function given on the brackets.
It can also be advantageously provided that three ellipses table recesses radially symmetrical, that is in one Arc distance of 120 ° to each other, on the periphery an optical lens and three corresponding ones Brackets are provided.
In den zugehörigen Zeichnung zeigenThe invention will be based on an embodiment are explained in more detail. Show in the accompanying drawing

Fig. 5 einen Schnitt durch ein optisches System. Fig. 5 shows a section through an optical system.
In Fig. 1, a lens 1 is shown, which is connected to a lens holder 2 to form an optical assembly 3 . The position of the lens 1 with respect to the lens frame 2 is determined by elevations 4 which are applied to the surface of the lens frame 2 .
For the firm connection between the lens 1 and the Lin sen frame 2 ensure glue points 5 , which may be present at the start of the lens as often as required, of which only one is shown in the drawing for reasons of clarity.
The assembly 3 of lens 1 and lens holder 2 is attached to rod-shaped holders 6 .
In Fig. 2 it can be seen in a view A from Fig. 1 that the rod-shaped brackets 6 have a circular cross-section. The recesses 7 in the lens frame 2 , through which the brackets 6 are inserted, on the other hand, have an elliptical cross section. All ellip diagrammatic cross-sections at the periphery of the assembly 3 are oriented such that each of the longer ellipse axis a in the radial direction (see. Fig. 1 and Fig. 3) is oriented, ie, each of the major elliptic axes a intersecting with its extension the optical axis 8 . The small ellipse axis b, however, lies tangentially against a pitch circle 9 , on the circumference of which the recesses 7 are grouped around the lens 1 . Three radially symmetrically distributed recesses 7 and three brackets 6 corresponding thereto are provided by way of example.
In Fig. 3 the cross section of a bracket 6 and a recess 7 are shown in their geometric relationship to each other. The ratio of the lengths of the large ellipse axis a to the small ellipse axis b is 1.4, for example. The length of the small ellipse axis b is also selected so that it is larger than the diameter d of the holder 6 in question according to the relationship b = d + Δ by an amount Δ.
The amount Δ corresponds to the measure of the maximum expected decentration of the assembly of lens 1 and lens frame 2 relative to the system axis 11 , which is to be understood as the optical axis of the optical system. For example, if the diameter of a bracket is 6 d = 6 mm and the maximum expected amount of decentration A = 1 mm, the length of the small ellipse axis is b = d + Δ = 6 mm + 1 mm = 7 mm.
Unter Berücksichtigung des vorgenannten Längenverhältnisses von 1,4 zwischen großer Ellipsenachse a und kleiner Ellip senachse b ergibt sich daraus die große Ellipsenachse a mit a = 1,4 . 7 mm = 9,8 mm.Taking into account the aforementioned aspect ratio of 1.4 between large ellipse axis a and small ellip the major ellipse axis a results from this a = 1.4. 7 mm = 9.8 mm.
Because of these proportions and the resulting he free spaces between the outer surfaces of the holding tion 6 and the inner surfaces of the recesses 7 is for the plugged onto the brackets 6 assembly 3 initially egg ne freedom of movement in the axial direction and in the radial direction and also the possibility of a Change in inclination given relative to the brackets 6 . The assembly 3 thus assumes a random position after being attached to the brackets 6 within the scope of its freedom of movement relative to the brackets 6 .
Fig. 1). In order to align the assembly 3 in its desired position within the optical system, it is first tilted around the intersection 10 , which the optical axis 8 forms with the system axis 11 (cf. FIG. 1). The tilting around the intersection 10 takes place in the direction N until the optical axis 8 is either aligned parallel to the system axis 11 or, what is already possible after the tilting has been carried out, the optical axis 8 and the system axis 11 are in coincidence.
Is after the tilt a parallel alignment of both axes 8 and 11 , but not yet the desired congruence is registered, so now continues egg e displacement of the assembly 3 in the radial direction, ie a displacement of both axes 8 , 11 towards each other until they overlap. The constellation shown in FIG. 4 is thus achieved.
Now it may still be necessary to move the assembly 3 axially in the direction R (see FIG. 4) until its position also corresponds in the axial direction to its target position within the optical system to be assembled. For example, the distance to one of the closest assemblies or the distance to a housing component can serve as a reference variable for the displacement in direction R.
In Fig. 5 a lens system is shown as an example, which comprises two assemblies 3 and 12 , which he arranged according to the inventive method on brackets 6 and have been aligned with respect to their desired position within the lens system. It can be seen here that the rod-shaped holders 6 are arranged running parallel to the system axis 11 .
Subsequent to the process steps for aligning the assemblies 3 and 12 , the difference areas between the circular cross sections of the holder 6 and the Innenflä surfaces of the elliptical recess 7 have been filled with adhesive 13 , which after curing of the adhesive 13, the construction groups 3 and 12 in their desired position are fixed. This has resulted in an assembly assembly which consists of the three extensions 6 and the optical assemblies 3 and 12 and which in turn is now inserted into a housing 14 and is connected to the housing 14 via adhesive points 15 . Be if necessary, finally, the housing 14 can be hen after the assembly assembly with a cover 16 verses hen, so that the lens system is easy to use when used further.
Moving and tilting the assembly 3 relative to the brackets 6 during the adjustment can be done manually, as well as the introduction of the adhesive 13 into the dif ferential areas between the brackets 6 and the recesses 7 can be done manually. However, it is also conceivable to automate these operations using appropriately programmed manipulators.
