Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein kippbares Munitionsfahrzeug, das mit einem Schutzschilde ausgerüstet ist. Der Schutzschild ist an der Tür des Wagenkastens derartig schwenkbar gelagert, daß er bei geschlossener Tür die Rückenlehne des Mannschaftssitzes zu bilden und bei geöffneter Tür und gekipptem Wagen den durch diesen gedeckten Raum zu verbreitern vermag.

A ist der zur Aufnahme der Munition bestimmte Wagenkasten, durch den die Radachse B hindurchgeführt ist. Der Tragebaum C ist an der Bodenwand des Wagenkastens angelenkt und kann mit diesem mittels eines Schlüsselbolzens D (Fig. 1) fest verbunden werden. E ist ein Fuß, mittels dessen sich der Wagenkasten A in der Kippstellung des Wagens auf den Erdboden zu stützen vermag. Der Wagenkasten besitzt eine Tür, deren Flügel F und F¹ durch Scharniere G mit den Seitenwänden des Wagenkastens verbunden sind. Am unteren Rande des Schutz-Schildes H sind zwei Anschlagstücke h² (vgl. bes. Fig. 4.und 5) vorgesehen. Entsprechende Anschlagstücke f³ (vgl. bes. Fig. 4, 5 und 7) sind an den Türflügeln F, F¹ angeordnet. Die Anschlagstücke f³ besitzen eine Rast f⁹ für das zugehörige Anschlagstück ft'². Bei derjenigen Stellung des Schutzschildes, in der dieser die Rückenlehne des Mannschaftssitzes bildet (Fig. 1 und 2), stehen die Anschlagstücke h² in Eingriff mit der Rast f⁹ der Anschlagstücke f^a. Eine Abschrägung /⁵, die an dem den Riegel h* tragenden Anschlagstück /³ angeordnet ist, ist dazu bestimmt, mit dem Riegel /j⁴ in einer weiter unten erläuterten Weise zusammenzuarbeiten. Auf dem Türflügel F ist eine Verschlußstange J derart gelagert, daß sie sich in der Längsrichtung des Türflügels verschieben kann. Zur Führung der Verschlußstange J dienen zwei auf dem Türflügel F befestigte Führungsstücke /^e, die, wenn die Tür geschlossen ist, über den anderen Türflügel greifen (s. auch Fig. 6). An der Vorder- und Hinterwand des Wagenkastens A ist je ein Verriegelungsstück a¹ und d² befestigt. Das Ende z⁴ der Verschlußstange J ist keilförmig gestaltet und zum Eingriff in eine Ausnehmung α³ des Verriegelungsstückes a¹ bestimmt. Das andere Ende der Verschlußstange trägt zwei seitliche keilförmige Ansätze z⁵ (s. auch Fig. 8). Diese Ansätze können in Eingriff mit Unterschneidungen a⁵ (Fig. 8) eines im Verriegelungsstück d² vorgesehenen Ausschnittes a⁴ für die Stange J treten. Der Schlitz z³ verläuft quer zur Längsrichtung der Stange J, so daß bei einer Drehung des Schutzschildes um den Zapfen /^a eine Verschiebung der Verschlußstange erfolgt. Vermöge der gegenseitigen Anordnung des Zapfens h^e und des Schlitzes i³ nimmt die Verschlußstange / bei der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Lage des Schutzschildes die Verriegelungsstellung ein; wird aber der Schutzschild aus der erwähnten Lage um 90⁰ in der dem Sinne des Pfeiles χ entgegengesetzten Richtung gedreht, so verschiebt sich die Verschlußstange J um ein solches Maß im Sinne des Pfeilesy, daß die Verriegelung der Tür F, F¹ mit dem Wagenkasten A gelöst wird.. the locking piece a ² .
