Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a propeller shaft for driving a roller of a rolling mill with a coupling sleeve, which is used for connection is determined with a coupling pin associated with the roller and for this purpose has a receiving bore with a universal joint which a first joint fork to which the coupling sleeve is assigned, a second joint fork, which is connected to a displacement unit that is, a cone cross in a plane perpendicular to each other standing pegs, two of which are attached to a peg axis arranged pins in the bearing bores of the two using bearing bays Fork arms of an articulated fork are included, and holding means to hold the two joint forks aligned with each other for has the coupling of the coupling sleeve and coupling pin, wherein the holding means assign one of the second joint fork th, relocatable holding pin and one of the first joint fork associated holding hole, which when connecting the Coupling sleeve with the coupling pin outside and when loosening the both by a spring, which act on the holding pin, come into engagement with each other.
Dies bedeutet, daß eine solche Anord nung nur da angewandt werden kann, wo auch im Betrieb äußerst kleine Beugewinkel auftreten.GB 1 054 552 describes a propeller shaft in which the coupling sleeve is made in one piece with the joint fork is. The second coupling element of the universal joint, which is not is designed as an articulated fork, a guide pin is assigned net, on which the holding pin slidably sits. The stop is tapped by a spring in a bore of the guide pin sits in the direction of the mounting hole for the dome adjustment pin of the roller adjusted. The only minor game between the recess in the first joint fork and the outer surface che of the retaining pin also allows only slight angles. Two the recess and the mounting hole for the clutch a through hole is arranged. This ver binds the location hole with the recess. At in the up receiving bore of the coupling sleeve inserted coupling pin, penetrates an approach connected to this in the holding hole and move the retaining pin to the left towards the second joint fork too, so that the first joint fork and second Execute articulated fork slightly angular movements to each other can until the retaining pin with its outer surface on the tub the recess in the first joint fork comes to rest. There follows a loosening of the coupling sleeve from the coupling pin art that both move apart. The approach occurs of the coupling pin out of the holding hole, can at correct position from the first joint fork to the second joint fork Immerse the spring-loaded retaining pin in the retaining hole, see above that the two joint forks are rigidly connected to each other, that is, they cannot make any angular movement to each other. The An order of the retaining pin in the direction of the mounting hole of the Coupling sleeve too has the disadvantage that the bend angles that the two joint forks can perform to each other are extremely small. The holding pin leads namely ge the entire flexion angle between the two joint forks. This means that such an arrangement can only be used wherever extremely small flexion angles occur.
In DE-AS 29 02 226 an articulated coupling is described in which is also provided a limitation of the flexion angle. For this a retaining bolt is provided which adjusts an articulated fork bar is assigned and a central bore of the cross as well a conical hole in the bottom of the other joint fork happens and into a recess behind the bottom of the other joint fork enough. He is at his free, across the bottom of the front Put a plate on the end of the joint fork that extends has a conical outer surface. Since he has a tension spring is acted upon, it can with the position of the two joints inserted fork into each other in the tapered bore, towards the Zap Immerse the cross. Here, the plate and the holding hole lead the full flexion angle to each other in the operating state, so that in order to achieve sufficient strength, only ge rings are possible.
The invention is based on the problem of a propeller shaft create the means that a joint of the propshaft for keep the coupling process in the extended position, in operation, d. H. then when the PTO shaft with the coupling pin one Roller is connected, allow the largest possible flexion angle.
This object is achieved in connection with the features in the preamble of claim 1 in that the Hal Hole is arranged in a bridge, which the two fork arms of the first joint fork connects that the Hal tenon has an extension, which through the holding hole the bridge protrudes towards the coupling sleeve and whose cross-section is reduced compared to that of the holding pin, that the cross member has a central hole for the passage of the Extension with radial play that the end face the extension facing the coupling sleeve is crowned is carried out that the coupling sleeve and the first articulated Ga Bel is assigned an adjusting bolt, which one of the end face has a spherical support surface opposite the extension, which are in contact with each other, and that the adjusting bolt too at least when the coupling pin and coupling are disengaged axially protrudes into the receiving bore.
The advantage here is that the division into a retaining pin and in an adjusting bolt each the angular movement of one of the two articulated forks, making their abutment level close to the center of flexion of the joint, which is at the intersection between the plane that lies the two journal axes with the longitudinal axis, is close. He will only make small radial movements which means that even with small radial clearances relative large flexion angle between the two joint forks of the joint can be approved.
A particularly favorable design results if the level, in which the holding pin and the adjusting bolt with their end face or support surface to each other and when the coupling sleeve and Coupling pins are in the coupled state with the plane coincides, which ent the axes of the pins of the cross holds. It is preferably provided that the adjusting bolt in a Sleeve is guided, which in a bore of the coupling sleeve and the first joint fork is received and this by a Stop ring is held, which the movement of the adjusting bolt limited to the coupling sleeve along the longitudinal axis. Hereby a favorable support length is achieved. It is also an advantage that the adjusting bolt is protected in the mounting hole, so that damage when unused that leads to leg damage could lead to malfunctioning of the function be changed. The sleeve is preferably guided so far that it through a hole in the first joint fork on the Pin cross protrudes so as to maximize the guide length for to achieve the adjusting bolt.
To limit movement, it is advisable to remove the adjusting bolt sets to train, with the shoulder towards the stepped section serves as a stop surface and when released, d. H. when the joint is prevented from angular movement, to Stop ring is in the system.
In an embodiment of the invention it is provided that the retaining pin fen with radial play in the uncoupled state of the clutch sleeve in a guide assigned to the second joint fork sleeve sits. This has the advantage that in the bloc kiert condition still small angular movements are possible to so he coupling the coupling pin and coupling sleeve easier.
A preferred embodiment is shown in the drawing represented table.

The drive shaft shown in Fig. 1 comprises a first universal joint 1 at the left end of a displacement unit 2 and a connected to the right end of the displacement unit 2 two-th universal joint 3 , which is connected to a coupling sleeve 4, which is intended for connection to a coupling pin 5 . The components are shown in the stretched state, ie the universal joints 1 , 3 are not flexed and aligned on the longitudinal axis 6 .
The coupling pin 5 belongs, for example, to a roller of a roller stand. To change the roller, the drive, ie the connection between the coupling sleeve 4 and the coupling pin 5 of the roller, must be able to be released. The universal joint 1 is connected, for example, to a transmission and, via this, to a motor which serves to drive the rollers.
FIG. 2 shows a detail from FIG. 1 with respect to the second universal joint 3 and the coupling sleeve 4 . The coupling sleeve 4 , which is used for connection to the coupling 5 shown in FIG. 1, has a receiving bore 7 , which is drawn centered on the longitudinal axis 6 and in which the coupling pin 5 , drawn in dashed lines, partially sits. In the bottom of the coupling sleeve 4 , that is, at the end of the receiving bore 7 , a bore 12 is provided, into which a sleeve 8 is inserted. The sleeve 8 is supported with its end face 9 in the direction of the receiving bore 7 against a stop ring 14 which is fixed to the coupling sleeve 4 by means of screws 15 . The sleeve 8 also has a stepped region, which starts from the end face 9 of the sleeve 8 that is remote from the end face 9 and ends in a shoulder 10 . With this offset area, the sleeve 8 is received in the bore 12 of a first Ge steering fork 13 which is connected via a flange 24 to the coupling sleeve 4 . The shoulder 10 rests against a corresponding shoulder of the first joint fork 13 , so that the sleeve 8 between the latter and the stop ring 14 is held immovably. The sleeve 8 has a guide bore 16 in which an adjusting bolt 17 is movably seated along the longitudinal axis 6 . The adjusting bolt 17 is seated with a first section 20 in the guide bore 16 and projects out of the sleeve 8 on the left with this section. It has a second section 21 , which is reduced in diameter to the first section 20 . The arranged in the joint area between the two stop surface 18 serves to start against a corresponding stop surface 19 of the impact ring 14th As a result, the movement of the adjusting bolt 17 to the right into the receiving bore 7 of the coupling sleeve 4 is limited. A good support is achieved by the double mounting of the sleeve 8 , both in the first joint fork 13 and in the coupling sleeve 4 . The first section 20 of the adjusting bolt 17 ends in a spherical support surface 23 . The second section 21 ends in a likewise spherical or spherical end 22 . The end 22 comes into contact with a corresponding centering recess of the coupling pin 5 when the coupling pin 5 , which is removed from the stop ring 14 according to FIG. 2 by the dimension L, continues to dip into the receiving bore 7 . For the second Kreuzge steering 3 also includes a tenon cross 25 with four perpendicular to each other and lying in one plane. Two pegs are centered on the first peg axis 26 and the other two pegs perpendicular to it are centered on the second peg axis 27 . The two journals per journal axis 26 , 27 are associated with bearings, of which only the bearing bushes 28 , 29 are visible, the bearing bush 28 being received in the bearing bore 30 of the fork arm 46 of the first joint fork 13 . The bearing bush 29 is received in a bearing bore 31 of a fork arm of the second Ge steering fork 33 . The two journal axes 26 , 27 lie in one plane. Furthermore, the journal cross 25 has a central bore 32 . The second fork arm 47 of the first joint fork 13 is only partially visible. The two fork arms 46, 47 are at their arranged toward the second yoke 33 end by a bridge 48 connected to each other in an axially centered on the longitudinal retaining hole 6 is arranged 49th The second joint fork 33 also comprises two fork arms, one of which is visible in section and the other in solid lines. The second joint fork 33 is connected to a tube 34 which belongs to the sliding unit 2 Ver. The second joint fork 33 has a bore 39 centered on the longitudinal axis 6 , in which a guide sleeve 35 is held with a collar 37 . The Füh approximately sleeve 35 is by means of the federal government 37 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 7 and in the radial direction by a support sleeve 36 and also by a safety ring 38 which is seated in the bore 39 . In addition, the guide sleeve 35 is centered in the radial direction by the support sleeve 36 . In the Füh approximately sleeve 35 , a holding pin 40 is arranged adjustable in the direction of the longitudinal axis 6 . It also has an extension 41 , the diameter of which is reduced compared to the section of the holding pin 40 seated in the guide sleeve 35 and at least partially passes the central bore 32 of the pin cross 25 with radial play. The modification 41 has a bal end face 42 , which is in contact with the spherical support surface 23 of the adjusting bolt 17 . The holding pin 40 is pressed by one or more springs 43 with the end face 42 in contact with the support face 23 . The spring 43 is arranged on a guide pin and this is festge on a support plate 44 which is held in a rotation of the guide sleeve 35 by means of a retaining ring 45 to the guide sleeve 35 in the axial direction un displaceably.
The holding pin 40 protrudes with its outer surface in the Halteboh tion 49 of the bridge and since their cross sections are coordinated with one another, the two joint forks 13 , 33 can not perform any angular movement about the joint flexion center, which is shown by the intersection between the two journal axes 26 , 27 , To run. If now in Fig. 2 by the dimension L in front of the impact ring lying on coupling pin 5 moves deeper into the receiving bore 7 so that its end face approaches the impact ring 14 to the dimension LA, a shift of the adjusting bolt 17 takes place at the same time left, which is shown in Fig. 3. This also acts on the extension 41 of the holding pin 40 , so that it is shifted deeper against the force of the spring 43 to the left into the guide sleeve 35 in the direction of the support plate 44 and thereby leaves the holding hole 49 in the bridge 48 so that the Extension 41 in the area of the holding bore 49 lies. Since representing significant radial clearance is provided between the outer surface of the extension 41 and the wall of the retaining hole 49, for example, the second yoke 33 can be further centered on the longitudinal axis 6 of the first yoke 13 and the coupling sleeve 4 an angular movement around the bending center 4, which by the intersection of the Zapfenach sen 26 , 27 is shown, at least up to the position visible in FIG. 4, but at most up to the stop of the outer surface of the extension 41 on the wall of the holding bore 49 of the bridge 48 .
In the uncoupled state of coupling sleeve 4 and coupling pin 5 , the contact point between the support surface 23 and the end face 42 is in the plane which is spanned between the Zapfenach sen 26 , 27 .
When uncoupling, ie the removal of the coupling sleeve 4 to the coupling pin 5 along the longitudinal axis 6, the Fe 43 acts on the holding pin 40 and this can then, when a position aligned between the two joint forks 13 , 33 approximately on the longitudinal axis 6 , insert into the holding bore 49 . The adjusting bolt 17 is also shifted to the right into a position which is advanced further into the receiving bore 7 until it comes to bear against the stop ring 14 .
