Description
Erfassungs- und Vergleichsverfahren für biometrische Merkmale sind hinreichend bekannt. Hierzu zählen z. B. die Stimme, die Schrift, der Fingerabdruck, die Gesichts erkennung, die Pausenzeiten zwischen den Tastenanschlägen bei Nutzung einer Tastatur, etc. Die immer schneller fortschreitende Zunahme von Transaktionen in öffentlichen und privaten Datennetzen erfordern zur Sicherheit der Teilnehmer eine biometrische Identifikation der Nutzer. Die bisher eingesetzten Personenidentifikation mit Nummern oder Codes unterliegen einem zunehmenden Angriff durch Unberech tigte. Diese Angriffe werden durch immer höhere Rechnerleistung bei PC erleichtert; aber auch die Ausspähung der Codes im sozialen Umfeld (social engeneering) ist zu einem Problem geworden.Registration and comparison procedures for biometric features are sufficient known.
