Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for disposing of toxic and / or materials containing explosive substances, in particular weapons, according to claim 1 and a mobile modular disposal system for Implementation of the method according to claim 9.
The disposal of dangerous and toxic substances has played a role recently increasingly important role. One reason for this is that, for example toxic waste and by-products of the chemical industry are disposed of have to. On the other hand, however, there are also enormous amounts of military ones Contaminated sites, largely from the First World War from those days chemical weapons used. There are also plenty of layers Arsenic with toxic substances in the Russian Federation, the to be disposed of soon.
An toxischen Substanzen fallen beispielsweise die folgenden Stoffe an:
The following substances occur, for example, in toxic substances:
However, other substances such as organic are also Thiophosphoric acid esters, especially O-ethyl-S-diisopropylaminoethyl Discard methylthiophosphonate (VX) or phenarsazine, all of which are toxic are.
To date, attempts have been made in the prior art to use the substances mentioned above to be disposed of by high temperature incineration. The combustion of such However, materials in central high-temperature plants usually have one corresponding hazard potential and is for the disposal of small quantities not very suitable.
A first promising approach to the disposal of toxic materials is in DE 44 28 418 by the applicant of the present invention described. There is a method and a device for inerting toxic gases or toxic gasifiable substances disclosed. With this procedure a gas to be disposed of is led into a low-pressure plasma section, which is arranged on a vehicle, and less energetically cheaper there toxic products degraded.
This method has proven itself in practice, but the turnover is toxic substances in the unit of time quantitatively too low.
Based on this state of the art, it was therefore the task of Present invention, a method and a mobile device for To make available, which make it possible to contain toxic substances Materials that also contain explosives are safe and environmentally friendly to dispose.
This task is solved procedurally by characterizing features of claim 1, this is device technology Object achieved by the features of claim 9.
The subclaims represent advantageous embodiments of the present Invention.
The creation of the mobile modular system for chemical disposal Weapons assumes that the chemical weapons to be disposed of regarding the chemical structure of the toxic compounds and the condition of the Resources, equipment and equipment can be extremely different; of the Prohibit transport, condition of the equipment, devices and equipment and on-site disposal is an imperative; the too disposal quantities of chemical weapons at the individual warehouse or Locations the chosen disposal methods and thus the composition determine the module system in use; the disposal processes through a complete and automatic monitoring can be checked and monitored.
The legal provisions in force in the respective country of use Protect people and the environment, the modular System in different compositions, depending on the Disposing chemical weapons, mobile to the place in definable periods storage for the destruction of weapons containing toxic substances and the system for the disposal of other highly toxic Substances can be used, including in emergency and catastrophe situations.

A distinction is made between gas pressure and low-pressure and high-pressure plasmas. At High pressure plasmas contain ions, electrons and the gas molecules in the thermodynamic equilibrium so that high powers are needed to to achieve the temperatures required for plasma chemical reactions.
B. Hydrolyse, Oxidation, spezifisches katalytisches Verfahren) hängt von der Art der zu entsorgenden chemischen Verbindungen und deren physikochemischen Eigenschaften ab.According to the present invention there is also a module for wet chemical Disposal of toxic substances available. The installed system allows a chemical conversion of the toxic substances into relatively non-toxic Connections that are subject to further disposal. The chosen response (e.g. hydrolysis, oxidation, specific catalytic process) depends on the Type of chemical compounds to be disposed of and their physicochemical properties.
The module can be used for the solution of water-insoluble toxic Substances for preparation for disposal by thermal processes, especially plasma burning.

The washing solution is evaporated from the scrubber in the spray dryer with their alkaline proportions with the acidic or ammonium-containing ones Connections of the flue gas. The granularly separating solids become discharged in large part via a rotary valve.
After the spray dryer, fine particles of the dusts formed remain in the flue gas. These are separated in the dust filter up to a range significantly below 5 mg / m 3 and also discharged via a rotary valve.
After interim heating, the bag filter is equipped with a Denox system catalytic denitrification of the flue gas downstream.
