Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for windsifting separation of particulate contaminated fibers, in particular Wood fibers, and an apparatus for performing this method.
Fiber classifiers are known per se and an example of a device for dedusting and / or classifying visible material in an air stream described in DE 40 40 561 C2. The well-known fiber classifier of this Kind to be desired with regard to the achievable degree of separation left and reach their performance limits when they are too removing contaminants adhere at least in part to the fibers and / or the differences in specific weights of each other separating particles are not very pronounced.
This is the case, for example, with the production of MDF boards at Verwen The use of wood from rubber trees as a raw material is difficult latex particles of different sizes to be found in the fiber material remove. Such latex particles are undesirable in the product because they the surface properties of MDF deteriorate.
From DE-A-27 54 931 is a multi-stage chip separator with side Fine material suction via suction lines known to lead to a material lead separator. The chip breaker is used to view reduced parts Chen, preferably for sifting the components of annual plants after breaking them, especially in hammer mills and / or open loosen the components by means of needle rollers or the like, where between between the penultimate and the last part of the funnel hen and the outlet cross-section is on both sides of the airflow ordered sifter parts is less than the cross section of the assigned Sifter-fall areas. Each suction line assigned to a classifier part is included connected to an air intake outside of the classifier part, whose air inlet cross section is adjustable by an adjustment flap. The Longitudinal axes of all suction lines close with the longitudinal axis of the Chip breaker at an acute angle. The mouths of the under Most sifter stages ending in suction lines lie within the ver narrowing cross section of the respective sifter stage.
Furthermore, a method for screening bulk goods is already known (DD-A-24 076), in which the visible material is generated by a centrifugal force hurled at high speed in a certain direction and by compressed air, which is transverse or oblique to the direction of flight of the material to be viewed blows, is influenced, which makes the specifically lighter additions are more distracted from their trajectory than the specifically heavy one ren.
From US-A-4 657 667 there is a device for wind-screening Sepa described particles of different sizes, masses or shapes ben, in which the sifting material vertically perpendicular to a hori zonal viewing airflow is conducted.
From WO 92/05882 A1 discloses a method for separating heavier part surfaces of particulate material, in which the material is introduced into a Sichtungskammer which a carrier air flow is supplied to the material to take, wherein included therein heavy particles to the bottom of Sichtungskammer fall. The material is fed into the viewing chamber as a downward flow of material through an inlet and discharged from the viewing chamber in an upward flow of material and air through an outlet located adjacent to the inlet. Compressed air jets directed obliquely to the downward flow of material are blown into the sighting chamber in order to slow down the flow of material and to spread it to the outlet. The carrier air stream is blown into the viewing chamber to take the slowed and spread material stream from below.
A similar process is described in US-A-5,409,118. Here who the raw wood chips also placed directly into a feed hopper, whereby an air flow essentially blows the material flow transversely, resulting in As a result, the lighter components are entrained by the air flow while the heavier contaminants are inclined to a Fall ramp and be eliminated from there. The heavy one Particle-free air-chip mixture is placed on a curved wall along to separate the chips from the airflow.
The object of the present invention is a method and a pre Direction for windsifting separation of particulate contaminants conditions containing fibers, especially wood fibers, to create it enable unwanted foreign particles such as latex particles, glue back stands, metal parts, sand and the like from the fiber material al, for example made of wood fibers, bar alley and the like with high Si certainty to avoid disruptions in the further course of processing processing of these fiber materials and loss of quality of the manufactured To avoid products.
This object is achieved by a method according to the patent claim 1 and a device according to claim 9.
It is essential for the invention that the dissolved fibers and particulate contaminants with leading downflow a swirl-free carrier gas stream flows at an angle and is practical table is fully deflected by preferably at least 90 °, because of this Way the light fibers following the air flow together sub-streams are carried, while the heavier Particles that represent contaminants to be removed due to the Centrifugal force does not take part in the sudden fiber deflection can and continue their way down with only partial distraction place and get into a discharge area.
The separation of fibers from the heavier contaminant particles is further improved by the fact that in the area of the meeting of the two flows and the following flow deflection one as Cutting-edge separating and guiding surface is provided, which it is possible, the fiber entrainment area from the separation area for the Separate impurities and also at least a follow-up ter to create an area in which there is again a separation between Fibers and impurities are possible. For the latter purpose is still in the discharge channel for the contaminants ascending auxiliary airflow created, which near the fiber guaranteed me from the forbearance area and then yourself combined with the carrier gas stream.
Besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungsvarianten des Verfahrens nach der Erfindung und von möglichen Vorrichtungen zur Reali sierung dieses Verfahrens sind in den Unteransprüchen angege ben und werden anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezug nahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert; in der Zeichnung zeigt:Particularly advantageous embodiment variants of the method according to the invention and possible devices for reali This method is specified in the subclaims ben and are based on embodiments with reference take explained in more detail on the drawing; in the drawing shows:
Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung zur Erläuterung des Funktionsprinzips des Verfahrens nach der Erfin dung, und Fig. 1 is a schematic representation for explaining the principle of operation of the method according to the inven tion, and
Fig. 2 is also a schematic representation of a possi ble embodiment for performing the procedure.
Fig. 1 shows a vertically extending feed channel 3 for an auxiliary gas flow 13 , which carries dissolved fibers and particulate impurities with it.
At an obtuse angle to this channel 3 , a preferably larger flow cross-section leads to guide line 4 for a carrier gas stream 18 , which is thus guided obliquely from below against the falling stream 1 coming from above. The carrier gas stream 18 passes together with the diverted falling stream into a discharge line 11 which extends in the direction of the carrier gas stream feed line 4 , but can also be guided somewhat steeper upwards. Below the area where the carrier gas flow and the falling air flow join, there is a channel-like discharge area into which the particulate contaminants separated from the falling flow get, which - since they are heavier than the fibers - cannot take part in the falling flow deflection, but because of their weight they pass through the carrier gas flow and ge in this lower catchment area.
The typical flow lines of the downflow are in Fig. 1 with 13, the flow lines of the carrier gas stream with 19, the flow lines of combined downflow and carrier gas stream with 25 and typical trajectories of separated particles with 24.
In the area of the meeting of the different Rohrleitun conditions or channels accordingly forms a windsighting loading area or an air classifying chamber 5 , and in the area of this air classifying chamber an adjustable separating and guiding surface 6 is provided which acts as a cutting edge with respect to the air flows and thus also specifies which portion of the combined case stream and carrier gas stream as the outlet flow into the Abführlei device 11 and which portion is sent together with the different impurities in the lower discharge duct.
Die Einstellung des freien Strömungsquerschnitts geschieht vorzugsweise über eine ver stellbare Begrenzungswand 14.At the area of the wind-viewing chamber 5 is preferably in the transition to the discharge line 11 an acceleration area 15 , which is obtained by reducing the free flow cross-section. The setting of the free flow cross section is preferably via a ver adjustable boundary wall 14th
Opposite the mouth of the feed channel 3 for the fiber air stream loaded with particles to be separated, there is preferably an impact surface 16 on which the heavier particles can meet, which traverse the carrier gas stream 18 without a substantial deflection. The other particles excreted by the centrifugal force force pass together with a residual fiber portion into the downward discharge channel, preferably after vision areas 20 , 21 in the form of vortex zones in this discharge channel. Together with a counter-air flow directed from the lower discharge end 10 , it is possible in this way to achieve an effective indulgence, that is to say to separate undesired particles from the residual fiber components and to guide these residual fiber components freed from the impurities upwards, so that they enter the carrier gas stream enter and can be carried out together with the main fiber stream free of impurities.
In the receiving the disturbing particles, downward-facing channel guide vanes 8 can still be provided, which allow the air flow supplied to the indulgence areas to be influenced.
The flow volumes and the flow velocities of auxiliary gas stream 1 , carrier gas stream 18 and fresh air stream supplied from below can be variably set relative to one another in order to optimize the respective optimal viewing result depending on the separation problem at hand.
It is important that in each case as uniform and swirl-free flows are achieved and that fiber The best possible resolution of fiber on the material input side agglomerates occurs.
Fig. 2 shows an example of a possible embodiment of a specific apparatus for carrying out the method according to the invention.
The schematic drawing shows the feed point 1 at which the fiber material loaded with pollutant particles is fed to a funnel. In the feed device 2 , for example by means of suitable rollers, the best possible dissolving of the fiber material takes place, so that in this area part of the disruptive particles are already released from the fibers together with an auxiliary gas stream. In the subsequent funnel area 3 , the auxiliary gas flow causes the fibers and the particulate contaminants to be taken down in the form of a uniform and, as far as possible, swirl-free flow in the direction of an air classifier 5 . In the air separation chamber 5 se opens a feed line 4 for a carrier gas stream, which comes at an angle to the vertical coming from above, the fibers and the impurities with the resulting auxiliary gas stream. The auxiliary gas stream deflected by more than 90 ° passes together with the carrier gas stream into the discharge line 11 , which continues upwards.
In the area of the flow deflection projecting into the wind view chamber 5 , a guide surface arrangement 6 is provided, which is adjustable in its height and angular position. Beneath the wind sifting chamber 5, and preferably in the direction of Abführlei tung 11 laterally located slightly offset in a vertically downwardly extending channel for receiving the starting divorced contaminant particles a indulgence region 7 below which a Leitklappenanordnung 8 is provided around one of the discharge opening 10 here About the funnel region 9 introduced and rising auxiliary air flow to be directed in the desired manner and to bring about a flow calming in the viewing section.
The air flow introduced into three partial flows flows in the direction of the discharge line 11 from the area of the classifier 5 . Due to the reduction in cross section, the air is accelerated up to the cutting edge 6 installed in the classifying chamber 5 . The cross section in the classifier increases behind the cutting edge 6 and the flow is decelerated.
In the upper area of the viewing section 7 , the high velocity of the carrier gas flow creates a large-scale vortex, the downward expansion of which is restricted by the installed guide plates. Below the guide plates 8 , there is only a vertical upward flow of air in the direction of the viewing section 7 .
The surprisingly good separation effect of the device after the Invention is a consequence of the fact that for a wood fiber Relationship between inertial forces and the effective counter stability is low and therefore the wood fiber of the sharp Redirection of the air flow can follow what is rejected impurities does not apply.
One suitable for realizing the method according to the invention Nete device is characterized by simple and com compact system structure, unusually high separation efficiency, safe re and defined mode of operation in both recirculation and in exhaust air operation, due to low maintenance, high Adaptability to different operating conditions and a low investment and energy expenditure.
