Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formteilen aus Kunststoff durch Spritzgießen, bei dem Kunststoff in einer Plastifiziereinrichtung (1) plastifiziert wird und der plastifizierte Kunststoff in ein mindestens zweiteiliges Spritzgießwerkzeug (2, 3) eingespritzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Teile der Spritzgießmaschine, mindestens das Spritzgießwerkzeug (2, 3) und die Plastifiziereinrichtung (I), zumindest während des Spritzgießprozesses, unter einem Vakuum (V) gehalten werden.1.
