The invention supports the joint that they guide when working with the computer mouse
the hand and keeps the hand comfortable and free in all phases of the work
movable at the level of the top of the computer mouse.
Virtually all are used to control input on computer screens
Computer configurations with their own hand positioning device (computer
mouse).
With the computer mouse, so on the screens of the computer configurations
probably a number of general control processes as well as special commands in the
respective applications. The Compu comes accordingly often
on schedule.
"Handgelenk-Belastungs-Syndrom" kommen. These operations performed on the screen with the computer mouse lead to a
increased stress on the joint of the hand guiding the computer mouse. At Län
work, especially when working in professional work, it can therefore lead to
"Wrist Strain Syndrome" are coming.
In order to reduce the overexertion of the wrist and the muscles of the forearm that guide the hand when using the computer mouse, the following requirements, ie tasks of the invention, must be fulfilled:
-
Requirement 1: With every movement of the computer mouse, the entire
leading hand including her wrist up to the arm-side attachment
of the forearm can move freely.
-
Requirement 2: In the resting phase, the leading hand must extend to the hand
can support the side edge of her wrist. This support must
lie at the level of the top edge of the computer mouse.
-
Requirement 3: The wrist must be embedded in relation to the lower part
arm at an anatomically appropriate angle to the outside, at the right
hand to the right, left hand to the left.
-
Handgelenks liegen.Requirement 4: Only the zone directly adjacent to the wrist (5-3
cm) the underside of the forearm must be permanently supported elastically. This
Support must be clearly above the support of the hand edge of the
Wrist.
-
Requirement 5: The unsupported part of the forearm must be used for both in
individual coordination with the leading hand as well as for changing the
Posture remain free to move.
-
Requirement 6: The joint support must be used for the right and lin
ken hand each be mirror-symmetrically different.
-
Requirement 7: The device must be flexible to the most varied
Hand, wrist and forearm shapes can be adjusted and adjusted
its shape directly to functionally correct use.
There are a number of solutions to support work with the computer mouse
in front. They show the current state of the art.
Computermaus in ihrer Beweglichkeit behindert. US 5,340,067 zeigt in Nr. 18 von
Material keine komfortable Einbettung.
dem Arm und Schulter.DP 44 93 807 shows in No. 10 of Fig. 3 a hard support that makes the support of the wrist possible functionally, but does not take into account the arm-side zone of the forearm. Likewise, the wrist can not be relieved when moving the computer mouse. No. 5,165,630 places the leading hand on a flat foam surface that is attached to the back of the computer mouse. At this point, however, the support of the wrist is only required in the resting phase; when moving, the hand lacks the arm support behind the wrist. By attaching the support described there, both the leading hand and the computer mouse are restricted in their mobility. No. 5,340,067 shows in No. 18 of FIG. 4 the functionally correct support of the wrist and its arm side at the bordering zone of the forearm, but then additionally supports the palm and thumb of the leading hand disadvantageously and thus makes the movements of the leading hand and computer mouse impossible . US Pat. No. 5,472,161 can be attached to the arm-side zone behind the wrist for use with the computer mouse, but does not support the hand in the resting phase and does not offer comfortable embedding due to its hard material. US 5,335,888 embeds wrist and the entire forearm in a disadvantageous manner in a rail-like foam structure; This construction prevents the free movement of the forearm and thus leads to the strain on the arm and shoulder as well as the strain on the wrist.
maus zugewandten Seite gebildet.
terarms. In Fig. 1 an embodiment of the joint support according to the invention for use with the right hand is shown, which overcomes the disadvantages of the solutions described and combines the requirements described above for a joint support for working with the computer mouse in an advantageous manner and thus the tasks set ge met overall. The design consists of a block 1 made of foam (hereinafter referred to as "block") with an advantageous spatial density of 30 to 10 kg / m 3 . The greatest length of this block is 160 mm, its greatest width 120 mm and its greatest height 50 mm. Of the 4 horizontal sides of the block, one side faces the arm and one faces the computer mouse. In the flat top 8 of the block is an asymmetrical, wedge-shaped recess with its leading line 2 (hereinafter referred to as "recess"). This recess runs at an angle of 12 degrees to the axis AA 'from the arm side to the computer mouse side, ie from B to B' and has a length of 57 mm. The deepest point of this recess 3 lies on the side facing the computer mouse 22 mm above the contact surface of the block and thus reaches the height of the upper edge of commercially available computer mice. The recess in the block, guided by line 2 , on its left side (seen from the arm side) consists of a surface formed by line 2 and the edge 4 intersecting the top of the block, which is at an angle of 17 degrees to the axis AA ' runs from the arm side to the computer mouse side. The third edge of the left side of the recess is formed by connecting the end points of lines 2 and 4 on the vertical side facing the computer mouse. The right side of the depression consists of a larger trapezoidal and a smaller triangular surface. The larger trapezoidal surface is formed by 2 and the top 5 of the block intersecting edge 5 which extends at an angle of 51 degrees to the axis AA 'from the arm side to the computer mouse side. The third edge of the larger trapezoidal surface of the right side of the recess is formed by the underside of the smaller triangular surface 6 , which runs parallel to the axis AA 'and has a length of 20 mm. The fourth side is formed by connecting the end points of lines 2 and 6 on the vertical side facing the computer mouse. The smaller triangular surface of the right side of the recess is formed from Li never 6 and the edge 7 which intersects the top of the block and which extends from the arm side to the computer mouse side of the block at an angle of 35 degrees to the axis AA '. The third edge of the smaller triangular surface is formed by connecting the end points of lines 6 and 7 on the vertical side of the block facing the computer mouse. Between the edge 5 and the arm-side edge of the block, there is the bearing surface 8 for the arm-side zone of the lower arm.
The effectiveness of the joint support according to the invention was 5 with the user
tested the practice of the computer mouse. These people have with egg
created the floor plan of a house with dimensions using a CAD system. This ar
beit took 1 hour each and was held once with and in separate sessions
performed once without the joint support according to the invention. It turned out that
without using the joint support according to the invention on the wrist
bordering zone of the forearm in 4 of the 5 people pressure sensitivity to
swelling and dull pain occurred. When using the invention
Articular support these phenomena occurred only in one person and in there
on a much smaller scale.
