Description
The invention relates to a heat-insulating housing for a thermally insulating use space arranged in a device such as a household refrigerator or freezer, a house holding oven or the like with a housing outer wall, a spaced apart Housing inner wall, which together enclose an intermediate space, which at least least can be evacuated via a connection point and which with an evacuable heat solations material to support the walls surrounding the space is filled.
It is known, in the case of heat-insulating housings based on vacuum insulation technology, those to be evacuated for the purpose of insulation, hermetically sealed from the housing outer walls to fill enclosed spaces with heat insulation material. This serves alongside an additional heat insulation, especially the cavity to be evacuated shell-like enclosing housing walls against the due to the pressure drop in pressure difference to the outside atmosphere resulting within the cavity support. However, the thermal insulation material brought in for support entails that required to create a vacuum sufficient for thermal insulation purposes evacuation times are significantly increased.
The invention has for its object in a housing according to the preamble of Claim 1 to propose measures on the basis of which in a simple manner the Parts of the prior art are avoided.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that within the intermediate area mes an at least partially within the heat insulation material Channel system are provided, which at least largely the space area-wide and which flows with the evacuation nozzle connected is.
The introduction of a sewer or piping system according to the invention evacuating space caused by the significant shortening of the evacuation routes a targeted, largely unhindered air discharge and thus pressure reduction, the material filled with thermal insulation material. By improving the air discharge there is a drastic reduction in the evacuation time of an evacuated person Gap, resulting in the manufacturing time of a vacuum insulation based delivered housing significantly reduced and thus the production output for such Housing is increased to the same extent. Such canals or pipelines can also be used systems are particularly simple and targeted in their coherent structure position within the cavity to be evacuated. They can also be used for effective evacuation of air to be discharged in a simple manner through the Target channel dimensions.
According to a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, that we for the fluidic connection of the channel system to the evacuation nozzle at least one collection point is provided, in which the evacuation nozzle-side ends of the channel system.
With such a measure, the evacuation nozzle can be dimensioned design especially small and inconspicuous. At the same time this also results a significant simplification of the fluidic connection to the evacuation nozzle, so that potential leakage opportunities and resulting steering losses drastically re are reduced.
A collection point for the ends of the evacuation nozzle is particularly useful Channel system formed if according to a next advantageous embodiment of the The object of the invention is that the collection point as an at least Atrium arranged in the vicinity of the evacuation nozzle is formed.
In terms of flow technology, this is a particularly favorable connection for the person trained as a collection point ten atrium on the evacuation nozzle results if after a next advantageous Embodiment of the subject of the invention is provided that the atrium the evacu surrounds it in a ring. Such a solution is also particularly simple Way significantly reduces the risk of potential paintwork.
An evacuation process with heat insulation can be particularly effective and time-saving perform onsmaterial-filled space of a heat-insulating housing, if according to a next preferred embodiment of the subject of the invention it is provided that the channel system is at least partially in the heat insulation material is introduced.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention manure is provided that the heat insulation material from open-cell, plate-shaped Foam materials is formed, in which the channel system is machined.
Through such a measure, the provision of an additional, within of the space to be evacuated to be positioned and thereby the manufacturing duct or pipe system that inhibits running. Furthermore, there is such a Lö the possibility of training inexpensive, production-related on its outer surfaces to be able to use plate-shaped foam materials, which through the targeted Machining which drastically reduces the evacuation time leading positions are designed with open cells. In addition, the design of the Thermal insulation material with open air channels achieved that due to this achieved surface enlargement of the thermal insulation material wrinkling on the Housing outer wall and on the housing inner wall after the evacuation of the war insulating housing is avoided.
In addition, with polystyrene, it is possible to chipless the duct system by deformation to produce its surface.
According to an alternative embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, it is provided hen that the heat insulation material is formed from plate-shaped glass fiber materials, in which the channel system is molded.
Such a configuration of the glass fiber mats makes one unnecessary drastic reduction in evacuation time, the introduction of additional, within the evacuating space due to manufacturing still expensive to bring from stand between the glass fiber mats. By enlarging the surface of the Glass fiber mats of the open-edged air channels formed without cutting result in a Wrinkle-free application of the thin-walled housing inside and outside of the housing to the Surface of the thermal insulation material.
According to a further alternative embodiment of the subject of the invention provided that the heat insulation material is designed as an evacuable bulk material, within which a prefabricated duct system is embedded.
This makes it necessary for bulk materials such as airgels or diatomaceous earth Evacuation time of an interstice firmly filled with this bulk material heat-insulating housing greatly reduced.
A particularly significant reduction in the evacuation time due to a particularly strong one The evacuation routes are shortened if after a last preferred execution Rungsform the object of the invention is provided that the prefabricated Kanalsy stem with at least part of its length and scope Breakthroughs is provided.

Referring to FIG. 1, a household refrigerator 10 is shown with a thermally insulating housing 11, 11 lining the inner metal panel 13 the same material thickness is formed a thin-walled sheet-like metal outer casing 12 and a spaced to the interior of the housing. This is connected at its free edges to the free edges of the metal outer jacket 12 in a vacuum-tight manner via a connecting frame 14 , as a result of which a hermetically sealed vacuum-tight space 15 is formed between the metal outer jacket 12 and the metal inner lining 13 . This is filled with open-cell heat insulation material 16 , which is formed, for example, from open-cell polyurethane foam or polyisocyanurate foam, polystyrene foam or other open-cell polymer foams and which is shaped into plate bodies, one of which serves as a ceiling insulation body 17 , one as a rear wall insulation body 18 , another as a floor insulation body 19 , while two mirror-image insulating plates are provided as side wall insulating body 20 . The insulating bodies 17 to 20 are matched in terms of their plate thickness to the distance between the metal outer jacket 12 and the metal inner cladding 13 and adapted in terms of their body surface and body geometry to the surface and geometry of the corresponding housing wall. The insulating bodies for the individual wall sections of the heat-insulating casing 11 are manufactured at their metal inner panel 13 side facing by cutting processing method, such as milling, sawing or the like, to the metal inner panel 13 towards an open edge formed channels 21 provided.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the channels 21 are arranged at approximately the same distance across the surface via the insulating bodies 17 to 20 and are connected via the rear wall insulating body 18 to form a coherent channel system. To this end, the channels 21 are created on the net-like Rückwandisolierkörper 18, wherein the free ends of the reticulated channels 21 on Rückwandisolierkörper 18 adjacent the connection points 22 for the Rückwandisolierkörper 18 disposed further insulating body 17, serving 19 and 20th The network-like channels 21 on the rear wall insulating body 18 are brought together in a ring-shaped collection point designed as an atrium 23 , in the center of which an evacuation nozzle 24 provided on the outside of the rear wall section of the metal outer jacket 12 opens, which serves as a central connection point for an evacuation pump (not shown) for evacuating the Intermediate space 15 is used. Opposite the evacuating stub 24 provided with the rear wall portion of the thermally insulating housing 11 is provided with a depressed this it also thermally insulating formed through a circumferentially spaced magnetic seal 25 on the housing edge rests elastically door 26th Like the heat-insulating housing 11, this is formed from a thin-walled metallic envelope 27 (e.g. stainless steel), which hermetically encloses an intermediate space 28 , which is provided with plate-shaped insulation material 29 for heat insulation of the door 26 on the basis of the heat insulation of the housing 11 Thermal insulation material 16 is completely filled. The plate-shaped heat insulation material 29 for heat insulation of the door 26 , like the insulating bodies used in the heat-insulating housing 11, is covered with a net-like covering with channels 30 introduced by machining, which, like the channels 21 provided on the rear wall insulating body 18 , are brought together in a collection point (not shown) and flow-wise with one not shown evacuation are connected.
Instead of the plate body formed from open-cell rigid foams for heat insulation of the housing 11 , glass fiber mats can also be used, which, like the foamed plate body, are provided with channels, the arrangement and configuration of which corresponds to that of the plate-shaped insulating body.
As an alternative to the exemplary embodiment described, it is also possible that, for the thermal insulation of the housing 11, instead of the plate-shaped insulation materials, heat-insulating bulk material, such as diatomaceous earth or aerogels, to be compressed during the filling process of the intermediate space 15 or 28 is used, the latter having a density of 80 to 120 kg / m 3 and a surface area of 7 × 10 5 m 2 / kg. In order to achieve a significant reduction in the evacuation time even with this type of heat insulation material, provision is made for embedding channels in this bulk material, which, as shown under FIG. 3, are designed as pipelines 35 which, like the channels 21, on the ceiling, on the floor and on the two side walls of the heat-insulating housing run in one direction, while they are applied to the rear wall of the heat-insulating housing 11 and on the door 26 in a net-like manner. The pipes 35 , like the channels 21, are brought together in a collection point and are formed in the region of the rear wall of the housing to produce the network-like structure from short pipe sections connected to one another. For the purpose of improved air throughput, the pipes 35 are provided on their pipe wall 36 with openings 37 arranged approximately uniformly over their wall circumference and over their wall length. The pipes 35 in the individual housing wall sections of the heat-insulating housing 11 are connected at their interface to the network-like piping arrangement provided in the rear wall of the housing 11 with elastic or correspondingly shaped connecting elements to form a coherent duct or piping system, which is connected centrally via an evacuation connection opening into the collection point is extractable. The openings 37 in the tube walls 36 are dimensioned such that their cross section is less than the cross section of the bulk material. For the pipelines 35 , it is conceivable that they are manufactured as prefabricated units from different metals or from plastics with little diffusion and before the housing 11 or the door 26 is filled with the thermal insulation material designed as bulk material into the intermediate space 15 or 28 inserted and then positioned to optimize evacuation time. Furthermore, it is conceivable that 15 or 28 getter materials are inserted to compensate for the diffusion processes in order to compensate for diffusion processes.
