Description
The The invention relates to a method and a device for cleaning also weakly loaded air quantities, e.g. in tunnels, street canyons, traffic structures and rooms.
The in the operation of internal combustion engines released gaseous and particulate pollutants pollute the air considerably, so that measures to reduce pollutants required are. For the most part Part, this object is achieved by supplying fresh air and contaminated air, e.g. above Fireplaces or similar is delivered to the environment. On the one hand will be with great energetic Effort (fan system) Fresh air for dilution the e.g. charged tunnel air supplied; On the other hand leads the selective emission of pollutants at tunnel exits and / or exhaust fumes especially in cities et al environmentally sensitive areas to a significant deterioration the air quality.

For large-volume and low-load air streams, such as those found in tunnels and other traffic systems, the mentioned methods are not or only partially effective for various reasons. On the one hand, high capital and operating costs are incurred in the case of large quantities of air, and / or the volumes of the filters are so great that the structural complexity and the operating costs of an air-cleaning system are too high, for example in the case of a biological fixed bed filter.
Are known for large-volume and low-burdened air streams central cleaning systems (PS 44 09 806 and PS 42 35 951), for example, operate on the principle of the air scrubber, the wash water is also performed on a biological cleaning system. The construction of the central cleaning systems takes place at the points of highest pollutant concentration. This solution has the fundamental disadvantage that both the air flow over the tunnel area as well as for cleaning a lot of effort (structurally and energetically) is required.
One Another disadvantage is that the long way the polluted air between the cleaning systems the exhaust air comes in contact with the tunnel wall (pollutant deposits) and in the tunnel sections with a high and those with a low Alternate pollutant concentration. The pollutant deposits on the tunnel walls to lead to increased Cleaning costs and reduce the life of the tunnel wall (e.g. through promotion the concrete corrosion). A forced ventilation is in this system constantly necessary.
(Vgl.
(See.
The inventive method and the device according to the invention for cleaning big and low-load air quantities is characterized in that modular deconstructed air purification elements over the whole or one Part of the tunnel circumference and the tunnel length installed one behind the other are and remove particles and harmful gases from the tunnel air.
Durch die strömungstechnische Gestaltung der Reinigungselemente an der Tunnelwand (Lufteintritt und Luftaustritt) ist eine Zirkulation der Luft durch die Module ohne Zwangsbelüftung möglich (durch die natürliche Strömung im Tunnel und durch die Eigenzirkulation aufgrund Kolbenwirkung der Kraftfahrzeuge und z.T. bedingt durch meteorologische Verhältnisse).Due to the fluidic design of the cleaning elements on the tunnel wall (air inlet and air outlet) is a circulation of air through the modules without forced ventilation possible (by the natural flow in the tunnel and by the natural circulation due to the piston effect of motor vehicles and partly due to meteorological conditions).
Jedes Reinigungsmodul wird bzgl. der Größe und der Strömungstechnik entsprechend einer "mittleren Fahrzeuglänge" und einem "mittleren Fahrzeugabstand" dimensioniert ("endloser Kolben" mit Überströmkanälen).each Cleaning module becomes regarding the size and the flow technique according to a "middle Vehicle length "and a" mean vehicle spacing "dimensioned (" endless piston "with overflow channels).
Eine Zwangsbelüftung der Reinigungsmodule ist bei Bedarf (z.B. Stau) oder im Brandfall möglich.A forced ventilation The cleaning module is on demand (for example, jam) or in case of fire possible.
The Filter elements are combined in this order: coarse filter, Controlled electrostatic filter, mechanical filter with switchable Washer, Bio-filter with specially designed surface as a carrier system with a switchable Gas filter (e.g., activated carbon) and a switchable fan. These Combination secures for all operating states in the tunnel a high degree of cleaning and low operating costs. The connection of the individual filter stages takes place according to the pollutant load through an electronic control.
For the case of fire secure the scrubbers in the mechanical filter and the controlled electrostatic filter, that the visibility reduced and the degradation of part of the resulting toxic in the fire Harmful gases and cooling the fire gases for one for eviction the tunnel is guaranteed sufficient period of time.
The Cleaning modules form for the tunnel wall itself a fire resistance. The tunnel walls can be easier accomplished become.
In case of a traffic accident, the modules form elastic obstacles, which can absorb some of the kinetic energy; for the tunnel wall the load is reduced.
In Tunnels with the decentralized according to the invention Cleaning modules reduce the cleaning effort for the tunnel wall (now cleaning module surface) due to the low pollutant content of the tunnel air throughout Area to a minimum.
According to the invention electrostatic filters depending controlled by the particle concentration (on-line, ionization current), whereby longer Service life is reached and the operating costs (energy) are reduced.
- - the humidity is too low,
- - the agglomeration of the particles is not sufficient,
- - in case of fire and
- - For forced flushing of the cleaning elements.
Of the Bio-filter is according to the invention by the shape and the surface of the carrier system designed so that the one over the nutrient ice run stable bio-film for the degradation of noxious gases with minimal pressure losses in the nutrient and possible in the air circulation and on the other hand self-cleaning of the carrier system can take place. In case of fire can be increased by a Nutrient and / or Water cycle increases the effectiveness of the cleaning module and the Filter be briefly protected from high temperatures.
Of the Fire is inventively by the On-line particle concentration measurement and particle size distribution measurement, which for the control of the electrostatic filter is used, signaled early (Smoke in the cleaning element).
The Fan for the forced ventilation the cleaning modules according to the invention in critical operating conditions of the Tunnels and switched on in case of fire.
