Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of power plant technology. she relates to a method and an apparatus for measuring Solution of the blade vibrations of gas turbines.
The blades are particularly static in turbomachinery heavily loaded. Vibrations create an additional bela stung.
Lueger, Lexikon der Technik, Band 7, Deutsche Verlagsanstalt Stuttgart, 1965, S. 256).Blade vibrations on turbo machines can either be mechanically excited or beitsmittel in the machine caused by the flow of Ar, z. B. by the impact caused by partial loading, by the dents behind the blades of the previous row of blades or by the vortex detachments on the blade as a result of the secondary flow (see Lueger, Lexikon der Technik, Volume 7 , Deutsche Verlagsanstalt Stuttgart, 1965, p. 256 ).
If the blade vibrations are very large and not around going countermeasures such. B. a load reduction fen, the blade vibrations can lead to the fact that the shovel breaks. Bucket breaks, however, must be possible can be prevented since the Un balance the machine can be damaged.
To be able to control the blade vibrations, it is necessary to this by means of a suitable measuring technique average.
Bekannt sind Meßmethoden, mit denen die Schwingungen von Laufschaufeln entweder auf dem Rotor oder vom Gehäuse aus ge messen werden (H. Ziegler: Die Messung von Schaufelschwingun gen, ABB Technik, 1994, 9, S. 31-34).Measuring methods are known with which the vibrations of Rotor blades either on the rotor or from the housing will be measured (H. Ziegler: The measurement of blade vibration gen, ABB Technik, 1994, 9, pp. 31-34).
The vibrations on the rotor are also measured With the help of strain gauges attached to the blades are brought. The transmission of the signals from the rotor to the fixed standing measuring device is z. B. in steam and gas turbines with radio transmitters (telemetry) attached to the rotor manufactured. The disadvantages of this method exist on the one hand in the high effort caused by attaching the strain gauge strips and lines on each blade and through the installation against the lines on the rotor, on the other hand this is Method only for a short time, e.g. B. for experimental systems, use bar. It is not for a long continuous Suitable for measurement.
When measuring blade vibrations from the housing the optical blade vibration measurement method is used. It practically enables the simultaneous determination of the Vibrations of all blades in a row. A disadvantage of that State of the art is that the method is relatively expensive is because the meter is operated only by a specialist and that this method can only be used for a short time is settable because the lenses of the optical probes quickly pollute. In addition, there are no statements about the causes of vibration excitation possible.
The invention tries to avoid all of these disadvantages. It is based on the task of a simple procedure and a simple device for blade vibration measurement of creating gas turbines with which over a long Period reliably the blade vibrations during loading drive the gas turbine measured and at the same time statements about the causes of the vibration excitation can be made.
According to the invention this is achieved in that one Method for measuring the blade vibrations of Gas turbines, in which a suitable Si gnal is measured, this signal in a data processing transmitted device and compared there with a reference signal is, the reference signal on the rotor using known Me method with strain gauges and telemetry is determined Reference signal is only determined at the start of the measurement and serves as a calibration quantity that said suitable signal is close the rear edge of the blade is measured and a measure is for dynamic pressure, and that said signal is measured during the entire operation of the gas turbine.
According to the invention for the device for performing the Procedure is a pressure sensor on the housing of the gas turbine brings, which as close as possible to the rear edge of the Blade stage, the vibrations of which are to be determined len, protruding without it in the operating state of the gas turbine to a touch between the pressure sensor and the barrel shovel can come, and which over a line with one Data processing device is connected. Preferably the pressure sensor near the rear edge of the last run row of rows arranged because the vibrations of the last show level are the most dangerous.
The advantages of the invention are that they are a fold measuring technique for determining the blade vibrations provides. The blade vibrations can easily measured during the entire operation of the gas turbine the. It can quickly react to excessive vibrations the so that ge due to blade vibrations dangerous situations never arise. Besides, is it is possible not only to make the blade vibrations visible make, but also the fluctuations in the flow, so that the causes of the blade vibrations, i.e. the excitation conditions can be determined.
It is particularly useful if the postponement Running position is measured in the circumferential direction. The on the Deflection of the blade due to vibrations is present in connection with the trailing position.
It is also advantageous if the turbulence level between the wakes in the area of the natural frequency of the blades will measure. This has the advantage that the primary source of the Blade excitation can be detected. The source signal is essentially a pressure field that depends on the natural frequency of the Bucket is filtered. This signal can be used as a simple Protection concept to be used for shovels.
Finally, the size of the secondary flow is advantageous measured. With partial load, the relatively low stimulate the blade to vibrate against the secondary flow.

The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments and FIGS. 1 to 5.
Fig. 1 shows a partial longitudinal section of an axially flowing gas turbine. It consists essentially of a rotor 2 which rotates about an axis 1 and is surrounded by a housing 3 . Several rows of blades 4 are inserted with their blade feet 5 into circumferential grooves in the rotor 2 and locked there. In the fixed housing 3 or in a blade carrier, not shown, guide vanes 6 are hung. A pressure sensor 7 is attached to the housing 3 and projects as close as possible to the rear edge of the last moving blade 4 . Of course, in another embodiment, the pressure sensor 7 can also be arranged behind another row of blades. The distance of the pressure sensor 7 from the blade 4 must be large enough to prevent contact or damage to the pressure sensor 7 by vibrations of the blade 4 during operation. With the pressure sensor 7 , which works for example with a piezo crystal, the dynamic pressure of the flow is measured. This is proportional to the square of the speed. The pressure sensor 7 then provides a corresponding Si signal 8 .
The signal 8 must be calibrated at the beginning of the vibration measurement according to the invention using the measuring method known from the prior art with strain gauges and telemetry. Since to be applied to the blades 4 strain gauges 9 with Lei lines 10 , which deliver a reference signal 11 to a radio transmitter 12 attached to the rotor 2 . The transmission of the signals 11 from the rotor 2 to a fixed Meßein direction takes place via the radio transmitter 12 (telemetry). By correlating the signal 8 with the reference signal 11 , it is possible, after the telemetry device has been removed, to use the signal 8 for monitoring functions for the blade vibrations.
Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch die gesamte erfindungsgemäße Meß einrichtung. Fig. 2 shows schematically the entire measuring device according to the invention. The signal 8 generated in the pressure sensor 7 is transmitted via a line 14 to a data processing system 13 , in which the values of the calibration measurement which have to be carried out before the actual vibration measurement are stored, are compared and compared with the reference signals 11 .
There are various possibilities for harnessing and interpreting the signal 8 , which are shown in FIGS . 3 to 5 Darge. In these figures, the size of the signal 8 is plotted as a function of time.
In Fig. 3, the measurement results are shown with respect to the displacement of the tracking position in the circumferential direction. The deflection of the blade due to the vibrations can be found in the trailing position. The larger the time shift Δt, the larger the vibration amplitudes.
This measurement technique can only be used successfully if the Blade vibrations are not dominated by frequencies which are harmonics of the rotational frequency. Buckets are generally designed so that they do not are excited by these harmonics. Hence the Main purpose of the measuring system is the monitoring of stochastic Excitation of the blades.
Fig. 4 shows results of the measurement of the turbulence level between the wakes in the area of the natural frequency of the blades. A filter is placed around the blade natural frequency so that statements about the size of the turbulence in the flow can be obtained. The pressure fluctuations caused by the turbulence can cause blade vibrations. This method makes it possible to monitor the source of excitation instead of just looking at the after effects.
In Fig. 5 the results of measurement of the secondary flow are exemplified. The wider the time interval I in which the signal 8 deviates from its basic value, the greater the secondary flow which excites the blade to vibrate. However, this signal alone is probably not sufficient to consistently demonstrate the height of the blade vibrations, but there is additional information, e.g. B. on the volume flow, necessary.
The examples shown above can also be combined be nated to the resulting information on the To make blade vibrations particularly reliable.
