Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a reinforced interlining (non-woven interlining) for the Garment industry made of thermoplastic polymer fibers, as well as a process its manufacture.
Flat, textile inserts (interlinings) are used in the assembly of Garments used to give the final product the right shape, To give dimensional stability and a comfortable grip, to fix the outer fabric and to bring to bear. Compared to woven or knitted interlinings that must have good dimensional stability due to their construction Insert fleece made of fibers, despite final consolidation with binders, adhesives, Hot melt adhesive fibers or by thermobonding, additional for certain purposes reinforced with multifilaments to achieve high stretch stability.
At the same time, the insert nonwovens are given a higher elasticity and an elasticity good strength.
For example, DE 44 08 813 C1 describes a process and an interlining fleece produced according to it Composite described, which contains a reinforcement made of textured warp threads with a warp knitting machine on the surface of an already consolidated nonwoven will. The nonwoven reinforced in this way then becomes tension loose shrinkage and further processing steps.
The state of the art can also be seen in the Freudenberg company brochure (Carl Freudenberg, D-Weinheim) from 1994 with the title "Vlieseline ® Trends + Technik '94". On pages 38 to 41 of this brochure, reinforced nonwoven inlays are described and shown as samples, which only have a chain reinforcement either lengthways or lengthways and across, which lies on the surface of the nonwovens. Pages 52 and 53 of the brochure contain thread-reinforced, voluminous nonwovens for use in jackets and coats for thermal insulation, in which the reinforcing threads are quilted on the surface of the nonwoven fabric.
It is therefore characteristic of the prior art that with thread-reinforced insert Fleece the reinforcement threads on one surface for clothing assembly the nonwovens are applied, and that for their production two separate operations, namely on the one hand the laying of a fleece and the consolidation into a nonwoven and on the other hand, the subsequent reinforcement with threads in a knitting or quilting machine, are necessary. In the latter operation, the production speed is due to the limited performance of the aggregates low. The product itself has the Disadvantages that the reinforcing threads do not prevent detachment or abrasion by shyness are protected on the surface of the inlay and are also suitable for thin outer fabrics emphasize ugly as a plastic contour. For the latter reason are cited in the Freudenberg company lettering on page 46/47 for fine, sensitive outer fabrics with markie Smooth, smooth surface only interlining nonwovens recommended without thread reinforcement.
The object of the present invention is to provide thread-reinforced interlining webs to provide which do not have the disadvantages of the prior art, and this Vlie to produce it using an economical, simplified process.
The problem is solved in the longitudinal direction by multifilament yarn Reinforced interlining fleece made of fibers from thermoplastic polymers according to claim 1 and the method for producing this interlining fleece according to subsidiary claim 9. In the respective subclaims are advantageous embodiments of the invention contain. Claim 16 protects the use of the reinforced according to the invention Interlining.
The reinforcing multifilament is located in the interlining fleece according to the invention yarn inside a fleece composite, comparable to a reinforced sandwich Construction. The yarn is made with the fibers of the nonwoven layers through thermal consolidation connected. These interlinings can advantageously be in a single continuous processes are made by placing the multifilament yarn between the optionally multi-layer nonwoven webs inserted and the nonwoven composite web thus produced is then thermally solidified immediately.
Dabei zeigen:The invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of sketches. Show:

The nonwoven layers 1 and 3 consist of staple fibers made of thermoplastic polymers.
Fibers which are well suited for the thermal consolidation of such nonwoven layers are often physically and / or chemically modified to make soft products with high strength surrender. For interlinings that do not change temples and tumbler temperatures have to endure, taking into account the qualitative and price Performance prefers the polymer groups polyester, copolyester, polyamide and Copolyamides used. Polyethylene terephthalate, copolyesters based thereon (CoPET), polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 are particularly preferably used.
Fiber mixtures of different types from these polymers are advantageous in titer, stack length, crimp, cross-sectional profile, matting and through the Differentiate finish, used for the nonwoven layers, because of the use of fiber blends certain nonwoven properties can be optimized.
There is also the option of the one intended for solidification Add staple fibers to the binding fibers.
Thanks to the multi-layer construction, it is possible to optimally match the two sides of the interlining fleece to the application-specific requirements by using different fibers or fiber mixtures in preferred variants for the fleece layers 1 and 3 . For example, one side can be trimmed for optimal adhesion for a later hot melt adhesive coating (for ironing), while the other side is optimally adjusted in terms of grip and finish.
Variants of the interlining fleece according to the invention, in which the nonwoven fabric layers have the same composition, are particularly easy to manufacture.
The multifilament yarns 2 are yarns from the same 4 polymer groups that have already been mentioned for the nonwoven fibers. It is advantageous to select the polymer for the multifilament yarns in such a way that it corresponds to the majority of the fibers of the nonwoven layers, because the conditions of thermal consolidation are generally matched to the latter.
Another variant is that the reinforcing yarns from bicomponents filaments exist.
The stretching of the multifilament yarns is preferred for optimal nonwoven reinforcement equal to or less than that of the unreinforced, thermally bonded interlining.
The invention also relates to a method for producing a in the longitudinal direction multifilament-reinforced interlining fleece for clothing assembly from at least two non-woven layers made of thermoplastic, thermally bondable polymer fibers.
To carry out the method according to the example of FIG. 2, a uniform lower non-woven layer 1 is first produced from crimped staple fibers (the procedural details will be described later), onto which multifilament yarns with adjustable pitch (thread spacing) are placed and subsequently with an equally uniform upper non-woven layer 3 of crimped staple fibers is covered so that a multi-layer nonwoven composite web 4 is formed.
All this takes place continuously and the nonwoven composite web 4 then runs through a thermal bonding device 5 , for example through a thermobonding calender, between the heated rollers of which the nonwoven composite web 4 is thermally bonded and under pressure. An alternative thermal Verfestigungsvor direction 5 is, for example, a thermofusion plant.
In particular embodiments, the lower nonwoven layer 1 and / or the upper nonwoven layer 3 is composed of several layers.
The result of this process is an inventive, consolidated, multifilament, yarn-reinforced interlining fleece 6 , which can be produced with particular advantage in a surprisingly simple and economical manner.
The method according to the invention and the machines and devices necessary for carrying it out are described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, but everything is to be understood as an example and the variant shown is only one of different possibilities for the same inventive idea.

Not shown in FIG. 2, but also part of the method according to the invention, are the separate cards (also called cards) with which the nonwoven webs are first of all generated and laid synchronously from the staple fibers provided. Of course, several layers of fleece of the same composition can also be produced by a card with a corresponding fleece distribution.
Verfahrensstufen A, B, C und D gliedern läßt:
In order to obtain non-woven fabrics of the highest level, double carding systems are preferred. The arrangement of these machines is usually set up in a line with the rest of the system, which can be broken down into process steps A, B, C and D to illustrate the process:
A Vlieslagenzuführung von erster Krempel
B Einspeisung des verstärkenden Multifilamentgarns
C Vlieslagenzuführung von zweiter Krempel
D thermische VerfestigungA Fleece layer feed from the first card
B Feeding the reinforcing multifilament yarn
C Non-woven layer feed from second card
D thermal consolidation
The width of the system shown in Fig. 2 depends on the width of the nonwoven composite web.
In preferred process variants, the device for feeding the multifilament yarn consists of a plug-on frame or creel 8 for yarn bobbins 9 , which are attached in a number corresponding to the desired reinforcement. Conical packages are advantageously used to ensure that the multifilament yarn 11 is drawn off smoothly. However, all other forms of coils, for example cylindrical with drainage aids, can also be used. Via suitably designed yarn guides 10 , the multifilament yarn 11 reaches a partial rake 12 which distributes the thread group (yarns) evenly over the width of the nonwoven layer. This detail is shown in the top view in FIG. 3. The division of the part calculation for setting the yarn spacing depends on the given requirements for the finished interlining. It is advantageously in the range between 2 and 10 mm.
In another process variant, the multifilament yarn is fed from the warp beam, as is known from weaving technology. The process sequence of this variant is shown schematically in FIG. 4.

The remaining reference numerals are the same as in FIG. 2 or FIG. 3.
In this variant of the method, multifilament yarns lie side by side on a warp beam 19 which is inserted into a warp chair 18 . The warp chair 18 and in particular the warp beam 19 preferably have the width of the production system or the nonwoven layers and are provided with the usual additional devices necessary for trouble-free yarn drainage, such as thread tension measurement and warp tension controlled warp beam drive, since the yarns cannot be drawn off automatically due to the high warp beam weight . It is also possible to subdivide the warp beam 19 into partial warp beams.
This process variant allows a very compact system design, especially if the warp beam 18 can be integrated into the carding system and in particular in variants with nonwoven division, in which the nonwoven layers are produced with only one card and are identical in their composition.
In principle, the preferred nonwoven strength can be selected through the choice of thread thickness and / or Yarn spacing in the fleece can be achieved.
The dividing rake is preferably interchangeable, so that different yarn spacings can be set by simply replacing dividing rakes with different pitches. The thread guide during part raking can be removed to simplify loading the machine, threading the multifilament thread at the start of production. The dividing rake 12 is advantageously mounted as close as possible to the hold-down and stabilizing roller 13 , through which the multifilament yarn is deposited on the first fleece layer 7 coming from the first card, because this avoids displacement or swirling of the yarn after the partial raking.
In a preferred embodiment, the surface of the roller 13 , e.g. B. by grooves, orange peel structure or antistatic coating, so that the winding of fibers and filaments is prevented. The roller 13 has no external drive, but is driven by its contact with the first nonwoven layer 7 and must accordingly be designed to be smooth-running. After the hold-down roller 13 , the second nonwoven layer 14 coming from the second card is fed in and placed on.
The conveyor belts of the two nonwoven layer feeders A and C and the feed B of the multifilament yarn 11 must be arranged in such a way that the yarn feed is easily accessible for maintenance and, if necessary, can be installed and removed without affecting the rest of the system. In industrial practice with a possibly very high number of yarn spools, the slip gate 8 preferably has the shape of a push-on wall for reasons of space, and access is via a service bridge which spans the first nonwoven layer 7 , which may be several meters wide. The procedure for starting the production operation is to first fix the beginning of the thread sheet after the parts rake on a paper strip provided with double-sided adhesive tape and let it run with the nonwoven layers so that the multifilament yarn 11 is drawn in and pulled along.
This paper strip is removed again after solidification, whereupon the continuous operation can begin. The multifilament yarn 11 is then pulled along by the static friction in the nonwoven composite web, ie indirectly through the conveyor belt.
For thermal bonding (D), for example, the Thermobond-Ver are suitable drive and thermofusion.
The still unconsolidated nonwoven composite web is thus fed to the directly subsequent thermal consolidation D by means of the collective conveyor belt 15 and is there, for example, by thermal bonding in an embossing calender, which is equipped with a smooth 16 and an engraved 17 roller, by line pressure and temperature to form a sandwich-like, in the longitudinal direction multifilament yarn-reinforced interlining fleece pressed and thermally bonded and then wound up.
In order to optimally integrate everyone in the method and interlining fleece according to the invention To ensure reinforcing multifilament yarns, engraving rollers are used with advantage offset bonding points are used, and in turn for the bonding points themselves different geometries are possible.
The geometry of the bonding surface is dependent on the requirements for the interlining dependent. A share of the embossing area of about 9% of the total area is advantageous the Vliesverbundbahn.
The particular advantage of the method according to the invention is its high level Economics. This is not only due to the fact that with the new process Production of multi-filament yarn-reinforced interlining in one Operation is possible, but it is also based on the much higher Production speed of the systems, because the bottleneck of the knitting machine is eliminated and the speed depends solely on the performance of the card and device thermal solidification is determined. Such systems are running today Production speeds up to 120 m / min.
The following experimental example is intended to illustrate the invention in more detail without to limit them in any way.
Made of a polyamide 6 fiber blend, consisting of 50% PA 6 fibers of the brand Grilon ® from EMS CHEMIE AG (Switzerland) of the type M25 with titer 1.7 dtex and 38 mm stack length as well as 50% PA 6 fibers Grilon ® from EMS CHEMIE AG (Switzerland) type MC1 (silicone-coated) with titer 1.7 dtex and 38 mm stack length, the first fleece layer (corresponding to No. 7 in FIG. 2) was produced on the first card. The second card was made from a different fiber mixture consisting of 50% PA 6 fibers Grilon ® type MC1 (silicone-coated) with titer 1.7 dtex and 38 mm stack length as well as 50% polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers from the Grilene ® brand EMS CHEMIE AG (Switzerland) of the type TB EP 430 (thermobondeable) with titer 1.7 dtex and 51 mm stack length, the second nonwoven layer (corresponding to No. 14 in FIG. 2) was produced. A PA 6 multifilament yarn of type FDY (= fully drawn yarn), matted, with titer dtex 50 f 48 (ie total titer 50 dtex, consisting of 48 individual fibrils) served as reinforcement. This multifilament yarn was run in a 6 mm division (from multifilament to multifilament) between the nonwoven layers, which were then consolidated in a thermal bonding calender at a temperature of 195 ° C and a line pressure of 40 daN. The production speed (of cards and calenders) was set to 30 m / min. In this test example, the weight per unit area of the finished interlining fleece was approximately 35 g / m 2 , which can be controlled via the amount of fibers used in relation to the fleece surface.
The invention leaves a very large scope for variation to the person skilled in the art and is not restricted to any particular values. Depending on the requirements of the finished fleece construction, the fibers or fiber blends used, their textile characteristics, the type of multifilament yarn, the fleece weight per m 2 (basis weight), the spacing of the yarn reinforcement, etc. can be chosen practically freely. The same also applies to the manufacturing process, in which the structure of the system and the devices used can be chosen in a wide range.
