Description
The invention relates to a method for treating waste water, ins particular from municipal or similarly composed wastewater, which has a high proportion of colloidal and high molecular weight organic Have ingredients.
The method is preferred for use in decentralized wastewater disposal and enables wastewater treatment with a high efficiency in a compact system. For building com Compact systems that are used for decentralized wastewater disposal biological processes are at a disadvantage since they are only minor Material sales are achievable and thus devices with large designs require dimensions. Another disadvantage of biological treatment is the large volume of biomass (excess activated sludge), which in a number of process stages, such as. B. Sedimenta tion, mechanical drainage, drying, incineration, further processing must be delt.
From JP 81 60691, presentation from Chemical Abstracts, Vol. 95, 1981, p. 338, Ref. No. 95: 138048q is a device for waste water treatment ent acceptable when using biologically pre-purified water Stainless steel anode is treated electrolytically. Then the water filtered, with a membrane filter and then an activated carbon filter is set.
From DE 41 11 706-A1 a method is known, according to which to be cleaned Waste water suspension as close as possible to the entrance stage of the Reini system using a microfiltration treatment stage is filtered blank, the wastewater in an advantageous embodiment suspension before entering the microfiltration treatment stage Elimination or conversion of undesirable substances can be added.
Larger material sales are achieved with physico-chemical processes aims. As a result, the constructions for these methods have lower con structural dimensions. For the preparation of municipal or similar So far, composite wastewater has been physico-chemical Process not used due to high operating costs.
It is the object of the invention, a physico-chemical process to create wastewater treatment that has an improved effectiveness degree and thus has low operating costs. The share should continue of the resulting solids can be minimized.
According to the invention the object is achieved with a method according to Patentan spell 1 solved. With the combination of the method according to the invention highly effective wastewater treatment is possible. Because with that Process according to the invention compared to biological processes only The process can generate very small amounts of solid waste be carried out with systems which, in comparison to biological ab water purification systems have very small structural dimensions. The method is therefore particularly suitable for realizing com Compact systems intended for decentralized wastewater treatment are. The stainless steel electrode used causes an electrochemical reaction in which atomic oxygen is released high efficiency in flocculation colloidal solids and partially oxidized dissolved wastewater ingredients. Since the stainless steel electrode does not dissolve, none is created additional sludge to be disposed of.
In an advantageous embodiment of the method, the concentration is tread volume 1/20 to 1/30 of the amount of wastewater to be treated. An he Increased efficiency is achieved when the water to be treated 10 to 50 times, preferably 20 to 30 times over the stainless steel electrode is tested. Crosslinked materials are preferred as water-storing materials organic polymers such as B. acrylamide / acrylic acid copolymers or Suitable materials with comparable properties as these materials have a very high water absorption capacity, the up taken water by evaporation or evaporation from the water-storing materials is removable, so that a multiple Bela the materials. The filter method is preferably egg Suitable for membrane cross-flow filtration. However, it can be dependent other filter processes depending on the respective process conditions are used. If the between the stainless steel anode and one Applied cathode voltage is not greater than 24 V, the cost security measures are kept low, since only the safe safety regulations for low voltage are to be observed.
Further measures and advantages of the invention result from the ver permanent subclaims and the following description of the Aus example in connection with the attached schematic drawing tion, with the invention referring to all the new notes which can be derived therefrom male or combinations of features, even if they are not aligned should be expressly stated in the claims.
Fig. 1 shows the schematic sequence of a preferred embodiment of the method according to claim 1.
Municipal wastewater 1 is fed with a cutting wheel pump 2 into a coarse filter 3 and separated from solids there by gravity filtration according to the Beu tel filter principle. However, other comparable material separation techniques can also be used. The resulting sludge 4 is drawn off and placed in the local disposal 5 .
The pre-clarified wastewater 6 is passed into a reaction chamber 7 for the oxidative electrochemical treatment. The reaction chamber 7 is designed so that the waste water 6 flows intensely past the large surface of a stainless steel electrode 8 connected as an anode. The operating voltage in this case is 24 V. The geometrical dimensions of the cathode (not shown) and the stainless steel anode 8 are to be selected such that a sufficient amount of reactive, ie atomic oxygen is generated as a function of the water throughput. The water is then filtered using an ultra-membrane filter system 9 in such a way that the water is circulated several times by means of a pump 10 via the reaction chamber 7 and the ultra-membrane filter system 9 , the clear water 11 being withdrawn from the ultra-membrane filter system 9 and can be placed in the receiving water.
The solid, ie the filtered ingredients 12 have a volume fraction of approximately 1/20 of the total volume of the pre-clarified wastewater 6 and are passed into a reaction column 13 filled with acrylamide / acrylic acid copolymer (fixative). If the reaction column 13 can no longer accommodate ingredients 12 , the loaded reaction column 13 is exchanged for a new or a regenerated one. The loaded reaction column is dried in an air stream, ie regenerated. If regeneration is no longer possible, the fixative is disposed of.
