Abstract
Description
The invention relates to sunscreens containing oil bodies, selected emulsifiers and UV Sun protection filters and the use of emulsifier mixtures for the production of sun protection average.
Kosm. 76, 432 (1995) und S.Schauder in Parf.Kosm. 76, 490 (1995).The pigmentation of normal skin leads to the formation of mela under the influence of solar radiation ninen. Irradiation with long-wave UV-A light causes the darkening of the epidermis already existing melanin body without recognizing damaging consequences, while the Short-wave UV-B radiation causes the formation of new melanins. Before the protective pigment, however can be formed, the skin is subject to exposure to unfiltered radiation, which depends on Duration of exposure to reddened skin (erythema), skin inflammation (sunburn) or even fire blow can lead. The stress on the organism associated with such skin lesions for example in connection with the release of histamines, can in addition to headache zen, weariness, fever, cardiovascular disorders and the like. For the consumer who to protect itself from the harmful aspects of solar radiation, the market offers a variety of products that are predominantly oils and milky emulsions that in addition to some care substances, especially contain UV light protection filters. There are overviews of this for example by P.Finkel in Parf.Kosm. 76, 432 (1995) and S.Schauder in Parf.Kosm. 76, 490 (1995).
However, there is still a need in the market for products with improved performance spectrum. Of particular interest is preparations that incorporate larger quantities Allow UV light protection filters without phase separation or Se during storage dimentation takes place. A formulation made by the phase inversion temperature method, as described, for example, in European patent application EP-A1 0 667 144 (L'Oreal), tends to excrete the disper very quickly when incorporating larger amounts of titanium dioxide gated solid. Another problem is that many UV filters with the others Components of the formulation can interact, leading to a chemical reaction and also leads to a decrease in shelf life. After all, the consumer wants trans Parent formulations that have a high skin cosmetic ver have inertness. The complex object of the invention was thus to sunbathe to provide protective agents that are simultaneously characterized by special phase stability, bearings Characterize resistance and tolerance to sensitive skin.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Sonnenschutzmittel, enthaltend Ölkörper, Emulgatoren und UV- Lichtschutzfilter, die sich dadurch auszeichnen, daß der Emulgator eine Mischung darstellt, bestehend ausThe invention relates to sunscreens containing oil bodies, emulsifiers and UV Light protection filters, which are characterized in that the emulsifier is a mixture out

Stellvertretend für das umfang reiche Schrifttum sei hier auf die Schriften EP-A1 0 301 298 und WO 90/03977 verwiesen.in the R¹ for an alkyl and / or alkenyl radical having 4 to 22 carbon atoms, G for a sugar radical with 5 or 6 carbon atoms and p represents numbers from 1 to 10. According to the incl current methods of preparative organic chemistry can be obtained. Representing the scope rich literature is referred to the documents EP-A1 0 301 298 and WO 90/03977.
The alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycosides can differ from aldoses or ketoses with 5 or 6 carbons derived atoms, preferably glucose. The preferred alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycosides are thus alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglucosides. The index number p in the general formula (I) gives the degree of oligomerization (DP), d. H. the distribution of mono- and oligoglycosides and stands for a number between 1 and 10. While p must always be an integer in a given connection and here can assume the values p = 1 to 6, the value p is for a certain one Alkyl oligoglycoside is an analytically calculated value, usually a fraction represents. Alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycosides with a medium oligo are preferred Degree of merit p used from 1.1 to 3.0. From an application point of view, these are alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycosides are preferred, the degree of oligomerization of which is less than 1.7 and in particular is in particular between 1.2 and 1.4.
The alkyl or alkenyl radical R 1 can be derived from primary alcohols having 4 to 11, preferably 8 to 10, carbon atoms. Typical examples are butanol, capro alcohol, caprylic alcohol, capric alcohol and undecyl alcohol and their technical mixtures, such as those obtained in the hydrogenation of technical fatty acid methyl esters or in the course of the hydrogenation of aldehydes from Roelen's oxosynthesis. Alkyl oligoglucosides of the chain length C₈- C₁₀ (DP = 1 to 3) are preferred, which occur as a preliminary in the distillative separation of technical C₈-C₁₈ coconut oil alcohol and can be contaminated with a proportion of less than 6% by weight of C₁₂ alcohol and alkyl oligoglucosides based on technical C 9/11 oxo alcohols (DP = 1 to 3).
