Abstract

Die entstehenden extrem hohen Kräfte führen zu einem erhöhten Leistungsbedarf, häufig zum Stillstand oder sogar zu Beschädigungen an Förderspiralen 3 bis hin zum Verbiegen der Mischschnecken 2. Je höher der Stoß 6 zwischen den Bodenwannen 5 ausgeführt ist, um so weniger aggressiv lösen die Messer 4 und Förderspiralen 3 Futter von den Futterballen ab. Die Restentleerung des Mischraumes 11 im Bereich der, der Auslaßöffnung 13 gegenüberliegenden Mischschnecken 2, wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung des Trennschiebers 8 im Mittelsteg, bzw. dem Stoß 6 der Bodenwannen 5 ermöglicht. Vorzugsweise im Bereich der Auslaßöffnung 13 wird der Stoß 6 unterbrochen und mit Führungen 7 versehen, in welchen der Trennschieber 8 vertikal geführt wird.
