Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for holding the preferably Plastic-made, parallel, spaced pipes a tube bundle arranged in the housing of a heat exchanger.
Such mounts are known in a variety of designs, wherein each tube relative to at least one of its neighboring tubes by min at least a distance that touches at least part of its circumference holder is secured. These spacers either consist of one another crossing struts or ribbons that are attached to a common frame are steady. These frames are either on the housing of the heat exchanger attached or arranged on the tubes by means of the spacers. Wuh in the first case due to the different heat levels expansion coefficients of the material on the one hand of the pipes and on the other hand of the Heat exchanger housing harmful relative movements between pipes and spacers result in a complex guide in the second case of the frame connected to the pipes relative to the heat transfer rim housing required.
Starting from this known prior art, the invention lies Task based on a mounting device of the type described Kind in such a way that both harmful relative movements between pipes and spacers as well as elaborate guides for the Spacers supporting frames can be avoided.
The solution to this problem by the invention is known records that the tubes of the tube bundle with each other exclusively over each at least two spacers connecting tubes are secured and that the spacers only by at least that Dead weight of each spacer compensating clamping force on the raw ren are attached.
By securing the pipes to one another only via Ab stands which connect at least two pipes to each other, and by attaching these spacers to the pipes only by clamping force, which is at least the weight of each spacer compensated, the use of frames can be dispensed with. It he So there are complex guides for such frames. Furthermore become relative movements between the tubes and the spacers avoided because the spacers are applied by clamping force on the pipes Stigt are, so that the spacers in temperature-related lengths changes in the pipes with these within the heat exchanger housing be because of. With the frames there is also no additional load on the pipes by the weight of the frame. In addition to reduced construction costs finally an easier assembly of the spacers.
According to a further feature of the invention, each spacer comprises at least two clamping points, each bowl-shaped with a wrapping tion angle <180 ° and connected to each other by a web are. This results in a particularly simple construction for the Ab stand and a particularly simple assembly.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the spacers are mainly in the flow direction of the outside of the pipes Genden medium arranged so that the flow resistance of the distance holder is minimized.
In order to ensure a high stability of the against the outside flow against pipes flowed essentially transversely to their longitudinal direction To achieve vibrations, the invention finally proposes at least some pipes in the direction of flow of the inflow medium aligned rows of pipes in pairs by additional spacers connect. These additional spacers lie across the flow direction tion of the medium flowing from the outside of the pipes and are preferred arranged offset in the direction of flow, so that there is as little as possible Obstruction of the flow results.
In the drawing is an embodiment of a heat exchanger with the Bracket device according to the invention shown, namely:

Fig. 5 is a side view of the tubes according to the line VV in Fig. 4.
The heat exchanger shown schematically in FIGS. 1 to 3 consists of a plurality of tubes 1 made of plastic, for example a fluoropolymer, which run parallel and at a distance from one another and are combined to form a tube bundle. In the exemplary embodiment, these tubes 1 are each bent in a U-shape and fastened with their ends in a tube plate 2 . On the upper side of the tube plate 2 , a distribution chamber 3 with two connecting pieces 3 a and a collecting chamber 4 with two connecting pieces 4 a is arranged. Through the distribution chamber 3 , a medium flowing through the tubes is fed to the tube bundle 1 , which is removed from the collecting chamber 4 after the heat transfer. The second medium participating in the heat transfer flows through a housing 5 , which is, for example, part of a flow channel. The perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the tubes 1 aligned flow of this second medium M₂ is indicated by arrows in FIGS. 1 and 3. The supply and discharge of the other medium M₁ is also symbolized in Fig. 1 by arrows. The heat exchanger shown schematically in FIGS. 1 to 3 can be a device for cooling the flue gases of a power plant. The cooling is carried out by flowing cold water as a medium M 1 in the tubes 1 . If the medium to be cooled M₂ is unpurified flue gas, if the acid dew point falls below, condensation of highly concentrated sulfuric acid occurs on the surfaces of the heat exchanger, in particular the pipes 1 , which is why they are made of corrosion-resistant plastic. The housing 5 of the heat exchanger must be made of corrosion-resistant material, such as stainless steel.
In order to avoid the existing plastic pipes 1 securely in the flue gas stream to fixie ren and in particular oscillations of the incident flow at right angles to their longitudinal tube axis tubes 1 of the heat transducer are disposed spacers 6 in several levels. These spacers 6 secure the position of the individual tubes 1 , which for example have a length of 12.5 m and at a speed between 5 and 20 m / sec. be flown to. The spacers 6 prevent relative movements of the tubes 1 to one another and to the housing 5 , which would be generated in particular by turbulence caused by the gas flow.
As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, each spacer 6 consists of at least two clamping points 6 a, each of which is cup-shaped with a wrap angle <180 ° and holds the spacer 6 exclusively by clamping force on the tubes 1 . Among themselves, the clamping Stel len 6 a of each spacer 6 by a web 6 b connected. When exporting approximately example of FIGS. 4 and 5, each spacer includes a total of six clamping units 6 6 a and 6 b five webs.
The spacers 6 are mainly aligned in the direction of flow of the medium M₂ acting on the outside of the tubes 1 , as can be seen in particular from FIG. 4. In order to connect at least some pipes in the flow direction of the medium 2 aligned pipe rows in pairs with each other, further spacers 6 'are provided, which thus run transversely to the flow direction of the medium M₂. In the exemplary embodiment, these additional spacers 6 'comprise only two clamping points 6 a connected by a web 6 b.
Since the spacers 6 and 6 'are fixed exclusively by clamping force on the raw ren 1 , this clamping force at least compensates for the weight of each spacer 6 or 6 ', can be used on a frame for fastening the spacers 6 and 6 ' to be dispensed with. The result is a self-supporting construction of the spacers 6 and 6 ', which connects the tubes 1 of the tube bundle to one another exclusively and thus secures them in their position. As shown in Figure 5, the additional spacers 6 'are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the tubes 1 offset to the spacers 6 on the tubes 1 ; in addition, there is an offset of these additional spacers 6 'in the flow direction of the medium M₂, in order to reduce the resistance produced by them.
The spacers 6 and 6 'are preferably made as injection molded parts made of plastic, so that there is an inexpensive manufacture and simple assembly. By eliminating previously required frames, not only is the weight of the entire heat exchanger reduced, it also eliminates constructions for compensating for different expansions due to different thermal expansion coefficients between plastic and metal.
