Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a high voltage composite insulator for electrical overhead lines and switchgear with a tension rod made of glass fiber reinforced Synthetic resin as an insulator core and with disk-shaped or funnel-shaped insulating shields, with for Attachment of the insulation screens to the insulator core the space between the insulator core and the inner edge of the insulating screens is filled with a castable plastic compound, which forms the inner radial Edge of each insulating screen encloses claw-like and at least one cladding layer from the pourable plastic mass over the entire length of the tension rod between the connection fittings and partly over the latter, as well as at least partly over the bottom and top of the insulating shields extends.
Die bevorzugte Dicke dieses Überzuges beträgt etwa 0,6 cm.From GB-PS 11 33 006 an isolator is known in a tension rod made of glass fiber reinforced synthetic resin forms the insulator core. The isolator core is made of a Surrounded by a plurality of discs, which are arranged at a prescribed distance from each other. Every Disc is cemented or glued onto the outer surface of the tension rod and serves as an insulating screen. The insulator core and the insulation screens are made of a closed, watertight, cast cover Resin completely surrounded. The preferred thickness of this coating is about 0.6 cm.
Kittung der Isolierschirme erfolgt sowohl an den Stoßstellen zu den benachbarten Isolierschirmen als hs auch an Berührungsflächen zwischen den rohrförmigen Ansatzstücken und dem /.u(:s'.ib Die Herstellung solcher bekannter Verrmndisoiati on ist aber in hohem Maße unwirtschaftlich, da die mit Ansatzstücken versehenen Isoüerschirme in zeitraubender Weise einzeln auf den Isolatorkern aufgeklebt bzw. aufgefaltetFrom the known German patent applications 10 18 121 and 10 83 372 as well as from US-PS 31 34 164 it is known for high-voltage composite insulators to glue or cement insulating screens on a tension rod serving as an insulator core, the insulating screens having tubular extensions at their inner radial ends have, which abut each other flush and whose inner diameter corresponds to the diameter of the tension rod. The insulation shields are glued or cemented both at the joints with the adjacent insulation shields as well as at the contact surfaces between the tubular extension pieces and the /.u ( : s'.ib However, the production of such known Verrmndisoiati on is highly uneconomical because the insulating screens provided with extensions are individually glued or unfolded onto the insulator core in a time-consuming manner
We AuTder German patent application 12 04 725 a high-voltage composite insulator is known in which the insulating screens are glued directly to the tension rod without tubular extension pieces Also because of the sharp-edged transition from the insulating shields to the insulator core, it is subject to extremely high electrical loads, which leads to an immediate voltage breakdown in the case of glued joints with voids
Another familiar, versus the one before said high-voltage composite insulator provides little modified embodiment to achieve a uniform spacing between the glued-on insulating shields tubular spacers that are glued to both the insulating shields and the insulator core.
The production of such a composite insulator is just as complex and uneconomical as in the first mentioned composite insulator.
It is also known from the laid-open German patent application 15 15 982, tubular Form spacers only with their middle part lying against the insulator core and their upper part and to provide the lower end with a tulip-shaped extension, creating the inner edge of each insulating screen is enclosed on its top and bottom by such a tulip-shaped extension. The gap that remains between the insulator core, the inner edge of the insulating shields and the two tulip-shaped extensions on the top and bottom of each insulating screen comes with a Plastic compound poured out so that knots are created that form the inner edge of each insulating screen enclose claw-like. In this known arrangement, for pouring the plastic compound however, a number of wires are inserted parallel to the Isc'lator core, which serve as casting channels serve and be pulled out after the casting is complete. The manufacture of this composite insulator is therefore tedious and cumbersome. Another disadvantage in manufacturing is that as well as in the aforementioned known arrangement, insulating screens and spacers alternate one after the other Must be lined up on the insulator core and the maximum before the potting of the plastic compound unstable position of the insulating shields must be fixed. The composite insulator itself adheres, as with all other known arrangements the disadvantage of a sharp-edged transition point between the insulator core and insulating screens, whereby the dielectric strength of the insulator is reduced.
The invention is based on the object of creating a high-voltage composite insulator that is better Has mechanical and electrical properties and is more economical to manufacture than the known isolators.

Der erfindungsgemäße Hochspannungs- Verbundisolator .st anhand der Zeichnung dargestellt und im folgenden näher erläutert Es zeigtThe high-voltage composite insulator according to the invention .st shown with reference to the drawing and in The following is explained in more detail It shows
F i g. I einen Querschnitt durch einen Hocrtspannungs-Verbundisolator mit scheibenförmigen Isolierschirmen,F i g. I a cross-section through a high-voltage composite insulator with disk-shaped insulating shields,
Fig.2 einen Querschnitt durch einen weiteren Hochspannungs-Verbundisolator mit scheibenförmigen Isolierschirmen-2 shows a cross section through another High-voltage composite insulator with disk-shaped insulating shield
In the drawings, 1 denotes a tension rod made of glass fiber reinforced synthetic resin, 2 are both ends of which, 3 are connection fittings, 4 a The first cladding layer has radial protuberances 5, 6 are coaxial insulating shields with groove-shaped depressions 7, 8 a second cladding layer 9 is are further groove-shaped recesses in the connection fittings 3 and 10 are passage channels.
Zur besseren Haftung der Mantelschicht 4 an den Isolierschirmen 6 besitzen diese an ihrem inneren Rand rillenförmige Vertiefungen As shown in FIG. 1, a tension rod 1 made of glass fiber reinforced synthetic resin forms the core of the high-voltage composite insulator according to the invention. A connection fitting 3 is attached to each of the two ends 2 of the tension rod 1. The part of the tension rod 1 lying between the two connection fittings 3 is surrounded by a first cladding layer 4, which has claw-like, ring-shaped radial protuberances 5 at certain axial intervals for holding coaxial insulating shields 6 in both the radial and axial directions. The bore of each insulating screen 6 has a larger diameter than the tension rod 1, so that the space between the inner edge of the insulating screen 6 and the tension rod 1 is filled by the cladding layer 4. For better adhesion of the cladding layer 4 to the insulating shields 6, these have groove-shaped depressions on their inner edge
Über der ersten Mantelschicht 4 befindet sich eine zweite Mantelschicht7, into which the relevant radial protuberances 5 of the cladding layer 4 engage. Above the first Cladding layer 4 is a second cladding layer
8, die den gesamten Verbundisolator nahtlos überzieht,8, which seamlessly covers the entire composite insulator,
As another A measure to reduce the electrical stress is the overlapping of the lower ends the connection fittings 3 by axial protuberances of the jacket layers 4 and 8, in turn for better adhesion of the first cladding layer 4 to the connection fittings 3 groove-shaped depressions 9 the lower ends of which are present.
The material used for the metal layers 4 and 8 is a castable, electrically highly insulating plastic compound, preferably silicone rubber. This material can also be used for the insulating screens 6, as well like other plastics, such as polytetrafluoroethylene.
Instead of the two jacket layers 4 and 8, <λ as shown in a further exemplary embodiment in FIG. 2, only a single jacket layer 4 'can be provided, which seamlessly covers the tension rod I and the insulating screens 6'. The insulating shields 6 ' are not held radially but only fixed in their axial position on the tension rod 1. The holding of the insulating shields 6' in the radial direction is effected by a sliding fit of the insulating shields 6 'on the tension rod 1 4 'between the top and bottom of the part near the core of each insulating screen 6', a number of passage channels 10 are provided in the insulating screens 6 'in the area of the inner edge, into which the pourable plastic compound of the cladding layer 4' can penetrate.
6' Verwendung finden. In the F i g. 1 and 2 were two embodiments of the invention with disk-shaped insulating screens 6 and 6 , respectively; shown; but funnel-shaped insulating screens 6 or 6 'can also be used in the same way.
In the production of the in FIG. 1 illustrated embodiment of a high-voltage composite insulator according to the invention, the insulating screens 6 Jose are pushed over the tension rod 1 in a first process step and then the connection fittings 3 are pressed or glued onto the ends 2 of the tension rod 1. The insulator is then placed in this half-finished state in a two-part, rotationally symmetrical casting mold which has recesses for the cladding layer 4 to be cast on. Following this process step, the mold is closed and the plastic compound is poured out under vacuum.
After the plastic mass has solidified and the intermediate product has been opened and removed the sheath layer 8 is cast on in a second process step. The intermediate product is for this purpose in Another two-part rotationally symmetrical casting mold hung concentrically, the recesses for the Coating layer 8 has. After closing the second casting mold, this is under vacuum with the Plastic compound poured out.
In a method for producing the in FIG. 2 illustrated embodiment of an inventive High-voltage composite insulator, the insulating screens 6 'on the tension rod 1 at marked points pushed. The insulating screens 6 'can only be displaced axially with respect to the tension rod 1, not against it radial. Then the connection fittings 3 are pressed or glued onto the tension rod 1 and the half-finished insulator hung concentrically in a rotationally symmetrical casting mold. The mold will then closed and poured under vacuum with the plastic compound.
With the help of these processes, high-voltage composite insulators can be manufactured in an economical manner, which provide a seamless transition between the insulator core, the insulating shields and the connection terminals have, so that a significantly higher electrical and mechanical stress is possible than with the well-known high-voltage composite insulators.
