Abstract
Description
Conveyor belt, especially for systems for the production of chipboard, Fiberboard and the like.
The invention relates to a conveyor belt made of a belt frame and Conveyor belt made of thermoplastic material with fabric insert, which is inclined along a to the conveying direction extending overlap seam is continuously welded. Both known conveyor belts of this type is the lap seam, which is to be recorded after the Tensile stresses on the conveyor belt is wide, more or less stiff, which bothers, when the conveyor belt for equipment for the production of chipboard, fiberboard and the like is to be used in which the conveyor belt has a lay-down nose is performed with a small radius of curvature (see German patents 1 220 598, 1 166 093). On the one hand, the stiffening point affects the laying process.
The sensitive fleece made of chips and / or fibers from which chipboard, Fibreboard and the like are pressed, because of the stiffening during the laying process more or less badly damaged. On the other hand, the stiffening affects because of the small radius of curvature at the support nose, the service life of the welded Lap seam.
The invention is based on the object of a conveyor belt of the initially mentioned to improve the type described, in such a way that it is particularly suitable for systems for Production of chipboard, fiberboard and the like is suitable for which the conveyor belt has a long service life despite the small radius of curvature and does not affect the discarding process.
The invention relates to a conveyor belt comprising a belt frame and a conveyor belt Made of thermoplastic material with a fabric insert, which runs along an incline to the conveying direction running overlap seam is endlessly welded, especially for systems for Manufacture of chipboard, fiberboard and the like. Where the conveyor belt is over a deposit nose with a small radius of curvature is performed. The invention consists in that the fabric insert of the conveyor belt is also made of thermoplastic material exists, is exposed as an edge strip in the area of the overlap seam and there the edge strips are welded together. According to a preferred embodiment the invention, the arrangement is made so that the fabric * lay of the conveyor belt made of drawn threads made of plastic monofilament (e.g. made of polyamide or polyester threads).
While in the professional world there is the opinion that stretched Plastic cannot be welded without that achieved by the stretching mechanical properties as lost are impaired in the case of the invention Structure of the conveyor belt the welded connection in the overlap seam the strength not. This is particularly the case when the welded connection of the fabric inserts is carried out as a spot weld in the overlap seam. Such a spot weld can be easily achieved if the fabric inlays are in the overlap seam placed on top of one another and with the application of heat and not too much pressure be welded. Without further ado, there is the possibility to go to the verscfmeißten Edge strips of the overlap seam also have a thermoplastic overlay To apply plastic again, preferably from the plastic from which the conveyor belt is built in the rest. Particularly high tensile strength also in the area of the overlap seam is achieved in that from the exposed fabric insert of one edge strip Tissue threads are woven into the associated edge strips of the overlap seam - while in the manner described, the edge strips also with each other welded sild, In order to avoid any stiffening with high tensile strength, can.
nen im Bereich der Uberlappungsnaht aus den freigelegten Gewebeeinlagen auch Fäden entfernt werden, vorzugeweise so, daß nach Uberlappung die Zahl der Fäden des Gewebes wieder übereinstimmt mit den Fäden des Gewebes der unveränderten Gewebeeinlage.nen in the area of the overlap seam from the exposed fabric inlays threads are also removed, preferably in such a way that, after the overlap, the number of threads of the fabric again coincides with the threads of the fabric of the unchanged fabric insert.
The advantages achieved by the invention are summarized in that the conveyor belt according to the invention is particularly suitable for production plants of chipboard, fiberboard and the like is suitable where the conveyor belt is guided over a support lug with a small radius of curvature. The discarding process also of very sensitive conveyed goods, especially sensitive fleece for the production of chipboard, fiberboard and the like is not disturbed, since there is no longer any noticeable stiffening in the area of the overlap seam. Thereby karai at the drop nose an extremely small radius of curvature of only a few millimeters can be achieved without affecting the service life of the Conveyor belt or the welded overlap seam is impaired. That should can also be attributed to the fact that in the conveyor belt according to the invention the sweat landings in the overlap seam no longer outside, as in known embodiments the neutral zone of the conveyor belt, but in the neutral zone, so that the actual weld seam hardly has to absorb shear loads. Furthermore According to a preferred embodiment, the welded connection is distributed as it were on a multitude of welding points created by the intersections of the threads of the fabric inlays lying on top of one another in the overlap area are defined, whereby Any stiffening is avoided. Surprisingly, however, the strength is also the fabric insert is not affected, even if these threads consist of scattered plastic monofilament.
In the following the invention is based on only one embodiment Illustrative drawing explained in more detail; it show in a schematic representation Fig. 1 is a side view of a conveyor belt according to the invention in detail, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the object according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows the enlarged detail A from the object according to FIG. 1, FIG. 4 shows the enlarged section B from the The object according to FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 shows a section in the direction C-C through the object according to Figure 4.
Der Krümmungsradius R beträgt beispielsweise nur 2 bis 3 mm.The conveyor belt shown in the figures initially consists of one Belt frame 1 and the conveyor belt 2, the conveyor belt 2 made of thermoplastic Plastic is constructed with fabric insert 3 and along an oblique to the conveying direction extending overlap seam 4 is continuously welded. The fabric insert 3 can be made single-layer or multi-layer, with the multi-layer embodiment individual layers are pushed into one another, as it were. It is a conveyor belt, which is particularly suitable for systems for the production of chipboard, fiberboard and the like is used, so in which the conveyor belt 2 over a deposit lug 5 with a small radius of curvature R is performed. This lug 5 drives in plants for the production of chipboard, fiberboard and the like mostly in the direction of the arrow 6 shown in Figure 1 back and forth, wherein the tape loop 7 moves accordingly to move back and forth in this Movement on the conveyor belt 2 material, namely fleece for the production of Chipboard, fiberboard or the like on a base underneath to discard. This transfer layer can be a press of a plate press act for the production of chipboard, fiberboard and the like, but also to another conveyor belt, a belt tray or the like. Even the conveyor belt itself can be a tape tray. In any case, the radius of curvature R is proportional small, as indicated in FIG. The radius of curvature R is for example only 2 to 3 mm.
The fabric insert 3, which can be seen in particular in FIGS is, the conveyor belt of the conveyor belt according to the invention also consists of thermoplastic plastic.
In the area of the overlap seam 4, this fabric seam is striped as an edge 8, 9 exposed and there are these exposed edge strips 8, 9 of the fabric insert 3 welded together.
These are generally fabric inserts 3 made of stretched Plastic monofilament, for example polyester filament or polyamide threads. Since in Area of the overlap seam 4, the fabric inlays 3 are placed on top of one another the actual welded joint in rigor from a multitude of point welds in the crossover area of the threads of the fabric inserts 3 in the overlap seam 4. Only is indicated in the upper part of Figure 4 that on the welded edge strips 8, 9 of the overlap seam 4 also has a support 10 made of thermoplastic material may be upset again. In addition, Figures 4 and 5 make it clear that from the exposed fabric insert 3 of one edge strip 8 fabric threads 11 in the associated edge strips 9 of the overlap seam 4 can be braided in, The removal of tissue threads is also possible, if a particularly soft one Overlap seam 4 is required. In addition, the overlap seam 4 is described in FIG Way welded.
