Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Nagellack zur Bekämpfung der Schuppenflechte im Nagelbereich.
Bekannt ist die Behandlung von Nagelmykosen, insbes. im distalen Bereich, mit "Loceryl"® Nagellack Roche mit einem Befall unter 80% der Nageloberfläche.
Weiter ist die Behandlung von Pilzerkrankungen der Nägel mittels Nagel Batrafen ® (Rp) bekannt.
Im Schrifttum wird weiter über Erfolge lokaler Therapie mit einer 10%igen öligen Cyclosporinlösung sowie gutes Ansprechen schwerer Nagelpsoriasis auf systematische Cyclosporingaben berichtet. Weiter ist Calcipotriol als effektives, topisches Antipsoriatikum dargestellt worden. In einer Kombinationstherapie haben sich Cyclopsorin und Calcipotriol bewährt (NEWS-LETTER 1/1995, Sönnichsen, N.; Friedmann, D.; Schering AG, GB Deutschland, Berlin).
Die Behandlungsmethoden mit den vorliegenden Präparaten haben den Nachteil, daß sie nur bei systematischer Gabe (Cyclosporin) die Nagelveränderungen effektiv behandeln bzw. Calcipotriol den Psoriasisnagel nicht erreicht.
Der im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, einen Nagellack zur Bekämpfung der Schuppenflechte im Nagelbereich bereitzustellen, der einen wirksamen therapeutischen Effekt besitzt und patientenfreundlich verwendet werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäß wird das Problem dadurch gelöst, daß fluorierte Glukokortikoide, Cylcpsorin und Calcipotriol einzeln oder in Kombination in dem in den Patentansprüchen definierbaren Verhältnis in den Nagellack eingearbeitet sind.
Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht in einer patientenfreundlichen Behandlung der Schuppenflechte im Nagelbereich. Ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung besteht in der sauberen und schmerzfreien Anwendung, die auch unter ambulanten Bedingungen einfach durchgeführt werden kann.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von drei Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
Beispiel 1
In 1 g Nagellack sind 0,5 bis 30 mg fluorierte Glukokortikoide eingearbeitet sind.
Beispiel 2
In 1 g Nagellack sind 0,05 bis 1,25 mg Cyclosporin eingearbeitet sind.
Beispiel 3
In 1 g Nagellack sind 0,4 bis 3,2 mg Calcipotriol eingearbeitet sind.

Claims (4)

1. Nagellack zur Bekämpfung der Schuppenflechte im Nagelbereich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß fluorierte Glukokortikoide, Cylcpsorin und Calcipotriol einzeln oder in Kombination in einem definierbaren Verhältnis in den Nagellack eingearbeitet sind.
2. Nagellack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in 1 g Nagellack 0,5 bis 30 mg fluorierte Glukokortikoide eingearbeitet sind.
3. Nagellack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in 1 g Nagellack 0,05 bis 1,25 mg Cyclosporin eingearbeitet sind.
4. Nagellack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in 1 g Nagellack 0,4 bis 3,2 mg Calcipotriol eingearbeitet sind.
