Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and device for Refractive heat exchange according to the preamble of claim 1.
There are already processes and devices for heat exchange known between a process fluid (PF) and a cooling fluid (KF), in which the cooling fluid through direct or indirect contact with the process fluid delivers energy to or from the process fluid Absorbs energy. The process fluid can e.g. B. from a mixture humid air and solvent vapors exist and the cooling fluid cold gaseous nitrogen.
When filling storage tanks with solvents, those in the Vapors in the tank are displaced. You provide a process fluid is usually made up of air or gaseous nitrogen as well as from solvent vapors and often also from water vapor composed. So that the solvent vapors not the one hand Pollute the environment and, on the other hand, recover the solvents process fluid in a recovery plant cooled so far that a large part of the solvent vapors as Condensate fails and can be used again as a solvent can, while the cleaned process fluid with a residual load Solvent vapors below that of the environmental protection directive lines set limit is released into the atmosphere becomes. The known methods for indirect Exchange of energy between the process fluid and the cooling fluid need devices in which the cooling fluid through lines is carried out with large-area heat exchange surfaces such that the Process fluid flows around these lines and is thereby cooled. This liquefies the solvent vapors or other substances components of the process fluid to be recovered and thus precipitate out as condensate. This condensate can drained appropriate places of the device and thereby again be recovered.
The disadvantage of the previous procedure is the fact that that it cools down the process fluid to, for example, about -100 ° C to solidify such solvent particles or other components of the process fluid comes, their solidification temperature above the temperature between the process fluid and the heat exchange surface located cooling fluid. These particles attach themselves to the heat exchange surfaces and impair them through the heat exchange or increase the pressure loss of the process fluids. As the particle formation progresses, the heat exchange and thus the cooling achieved less and the rest charge of the released purified process fluid exceeds finally the permissible limit. The throughput can also of the process fluid may be blocked. In both cases the condensation process must either be interrupted or on one second asset train will be redirected during the first asset train and housing warmed up, defrosted and then back on Be drive temperature is cooled.
In addition, devices for heat exchange are known which larger heat transfer area are equipped, so a System train as long as possible without interruption can fill.
A 41 35 887 describes a device for defrosting cold drying below 0 ° C known, in addition to one Main gas supply system provided another gas supply system which has a de-icing device consisting of three de-icers, which parallel with warmer refrigerant from the main gas duct system. Two of the three Auseiser are each used for cooling while the third de-icer is being defrosted.
The object of the invention is to show measures through which the solidification effects on heat exchange surfaces at Cooling of a fluid that tends to solidify, such as ver be reduced that a continuous operation with a single system train is possible and through which the process fluid a temperature can be cooled at which it is ready is cleaned that a prescribed maximum residual load with environmentally harmful components in long-term operation is exceeded.
The invention is characterized in claims 1 and 6, and in Subclaims are further improvements to the invention Principle claimed.
The method according to the invention is based on the idea that Process fluid through a cooling fluid by means of a device cool down, which the cooling fluid and / or the process fluid in from separable areas leads, at least one of these Areas has a higher temperature than the other areas and thereby the process fluid on the one hand through the cold areas is cooled sufficiently and on the other hand the warmer areas are freed from fixed particles in that the Temperature of these warmer areas above the solidification temperature of the process fluid or the components of the process fluid lies.
For this, a device for heat exchange is used, the inner half of the housing is divided into sections and each for some of them, the coolants temporarily and alternately exposure is reduced or by exposure to a similar but significantly less cold cooling fluid is set. The affected heat exchange surfaces will turn out to be As a result of the reduced exposure to the cold cooling fluid adapt more closely to the temperature of the process fluid or at Actuation by a less cold cooling fluid whose temperature adjust ratur. This makes it possible for some of the heat temporarily bring exchange surfaces to a temperature that above the benchmark of inventory in the process fluid share lies.
This will restore existing solidified particles liquefied or evaporated and the heat exchange surface can be there by getting rid of these particles without reducing the throughput of the fluid to be cooled (process fluid) are interrupted got to.
This can also be achieved by the fact that the Cooling fluids within the individual areas of the device is high that the temperature of these areas in the entrance area of the still warm process fluid above the solidification temperature of the Process fluid or the components of the process fluid is during the cooling areas in the outlet area of the process fluid by a flow around the already cooled process fluid, are cool enough, to clean the process fluid sufficiently. One changes now alternating the inlet or the outlet area of the process fluid and at the same time you keep the exposure to the individual Areas with the cooling fluid constant, the one or the other area alternately from the solidified particles the heat exchange surfaces are freed.
By following the procedure on all affected areas is used, the entire system can always be in one Condition can be set, which is largely trouble-free Operation guaranteed and a second system train superfluous. There this results in considerable savings in plant expenditure and Cooling capacity, in addition, there is a more stable process flow.
A temperature increase in the area of the solidify Particles to be freed can also be taken by other measures be made such. B. heating coil in the lines or Use of different types of cooling fluids.
There are also different embodiments and areas lungs possible within the heat exchange device, each a different assignment of process fluid and cooling fluid or their lines and flow directions enable. Both that Process fluid as well as the cooling fluid can be in individual lines or pipes or chambers, which are designed in this way are that the areas with different temperature are separated from each other that any thermal expansion of the Lines can be compensated.
Also, the lines that are either the process fluid or Conduct cooling fluid through the cooling fluid or the process fluid flow around in divisions, so that each desired Form areas with higher and lower temperatures.
The heat exchange device also has various positions facilities on such. B. valves, slides or flaps through each the throughput of cooling fluid in the individual areas can be regulated or by the other cooling fluids or cooling can be introduced fluid with a different temperature.
Each of these different devices also has inputs and outlet openings (esp. Flanges) to the inlet and outlet the cooling fluid or the process fluid and in the warm Be rich condensate are provided.

Fig. 1 shows the schematic section through a device for the heat exchange between a process fluid and a cooling fluid, wherein the process fluid is guided vertically from above through the opening 16 and flows down through the opening 16 together with the condensate 15 . The cooling fluid is introduced horizontally through the opening 17 and divided into two areas 3 , 3 'via the actuating devices 26 , 26 '. The cooling fluid passes into the inlet chambers 42 , 42 'and flows through the inlet openings 41 , 41 ' through the lines 8 , which are divided into two groups 21 , 21 '. An energy transfer takes place between the process fluid and the cooling fluid via the partitions 1 of the lines 8 . The cooling fluid passes through the bundle of lines 13 through the outlet openings 43 , 43 'in the outlet chambers 44 , 44 ' to leave the device from there via the opening 17 . The two areas 3 , 3 'are separated from one another via a connecting element 6 in such a way that the linear expansions due to different temperatures of the bundles 21 , 21 ' of lines 8 can be compensated for. All parts of the device are housed in a housing 14 .
By the actuators 26 , 26 ', the inflow of the cooling fluid KF can be controlled such that each of the loading areas 3 , 3 ' has a higher temperature than the corresponding other area, so that any particles that are due to the cooling from Have process fluids set on the partitions 1 of the lines 8 , become liquid or gaseous. The resulting condensate 15 flows down through the opening 16 . Both the process fluid PF and the cooling fluid KF can consist of a pure substance or a mixture of substances. They can be liquid or gaseous or consist of a mixture of liquid and gas. The process fluid can consist of several components, at least one of which at least partially changes to the liquid state by condensation or to the solid state by sublimation. This is the case, for example, with a mixture of moist air and solvent vapors. As cooling fluid KF comes z. B. cold gaseous nitrogen for use.
Fig. 2 shows the schematic section through a device of the type according to the invention, here the foot of the cooling fluid can be regulated vertically from the bottom up by means of actuators 26 , 26 'such that the groups 21 , 21 ' of lines 8 more or less strong be flowed through. Again, the cooling fluid passes through inlet chambers 31 , 31 'through inlet openings 28 , 28 ' by means of U-shaped tubes through outlet openings 35 , 35 'in outlet chambers 36 , 36 '. The cooling fluid then leaves the device according to the invention via the opening 17 , all devices of the device also being installed inside the housing 14 here. Here, U-shaped curved lines 8 ensure the different linear expansion due to different temperatures of the groups 21 , 21 'of the lines 8 . The U-shaped lines 8 can in particular consist of round, oval or rectangular tubes.
Fig. 3 shows a special embodiment of the device according to Fig. 2, the groups 21 , 21 'of lines 8 by reversing chambers 33 , 33 ' with inlet openings 32 , 32 'and outlet openings 34 , 34 ' in sub-groups 29 , 29 ', 27 , 27 'are divided by lines 8 . A connecting element 6 also ensures the linear expansion of the sub-groups 29 , 29 'and 27 , 27 ' of the lines 8 here .
Fig. 4 shows a modified embodiment of the invention according to Fig. 1, wherein the process fluid flows here through baffles 61 meandering around the bundle of lines 13 , 63 at the deflecting areas 63 swirling devices 64 are provided which swirl the flowing process fluid so that different cooled strands of the process fluid are mixed and thereby the process fluid is cooled uniformly. Also in this embodiment, an external opening 16 'is provided for the condensate 15 , the housing 14 of the device being inclined such that the condensate can exit at the openings 16 , 16 '.
Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of the device of FIG. 4, wherein 8 concentric lines 46 are arranged within the lines, the cooling fluid via the actuating devices 26 , 26 'first through the inlet chambers 42 , 42 ' and the outlet chambers 44 , 44 ' leads into the inlet chambers 42 , 42 ', where they then pass through the inlet openings 41 , 41 ' into the cavity 47 between the lines 46 and 8 and via the outlet openings 43 , 43 'into the outlet chamber 44 , 44 '. From there, the cooling fluid is channeled out of the device via the opening 17 . This device is particularly advantageous because the cooling fluid remains within the housing 14 over a longer period of time and can therefore absorb or absorb more energy. By an actuator 54 , the inlet chambers 42 , 42 'can be connected, whereby a fine adjustment of the throughput of cooling fluid through the groups 21 , 21 ' can be set.
Fig. 6 shows the schematic section through a device in which the process fluid and the cooling fluid flow in opposite directions vertically. Here, the process fluid passes through the opening 16 into the inlet chamber 20 and via the line bundle 71 into the outlet chamber 30 , from where it leaves the device via the opening 16 . The cooling fluid flows here around the line bundle 71 in a meandering manner, it being passed over baffles 72 . Here too, the throughputs of cooling fluid in the individual regions 3 , 3 ', 3 ' can be regulated individually by adjusting devices 26 , 26 ', 26 ''. An external opening 16 'is provided for the drainage of the condensate 15 . It is advisable to incline the housing 14 somewhat against the horizontal so that the condensate formed in the lines 8 of the line bundle 71 can flow into the outlet chamber 30 in order to get out from there via the opening 16 '.
The method according to the invention can be implemented by the devices shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, combinations of these devices or variants also being conceivable.
