Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a spinning machine according to the Ober concept of independent claim.
For spinning machines with a drafting system and a pre-machine Tensioning and twisting is becoming more common a thread guide between the drafting system and the fore direction used, which the thread run to a point in the extension of the axis of the winding device concentrated. Such an arrangement is for example in U.S. Patent No. 4,332,059. In this example, the device mentioned consists of a rotating spindle and a ring-rotor combination, which is arranged coaxially with the spindle. If the thread guide with the ring in the axial direction of the spindle can be pushed with a reasonably constant thread tension can be spun because the thread balloon between ring and Thread guide hardly changes.
When increasing the performance of spinning machines of the beginning defined type, it is found that especially in the Production of so-called soft twisted yarns with one relatively low twist coefficient increases thread breaks occur when a certain spindle speed is exceeded becomes.
It is an object of the present invention to use a spinnma seem to create, which also for soft twisted yarns allows a high working speed.
This task is carried out with a spinning machine according to Merk paint the independent claim solved. The dependent types sayings concern advantageous further training.
The invention is based on the knowledge that at An order of a thread guide defining the balloon tip between spindle and drafting system at a greater distance from the twist on the thread guide forced on the yarn is jammed so that in the piece of yarn between drafting and thread guide has a lower twist coefficient than in the thread after the thread guide. This has to Consequence that the tensile force in the yarn between thread guide and The drafting system is close to the strength of the yarn can, causing it to break yarn under unfavorable conditions can come. Reducing the distance between The drafting system and spindle are necessary so that the thread balloon Start of winding the spindle doesn't get too big, which could result in an impermissibly high tractive force.
In the following the invention with reference to the figures in a described individually.

Fig. 3 eine gegenüber Fig. 2 abgewandelte Ausführung. Fig. 3 is a modified version of FIG. 2.
In Fig. 1, the spindle 22 is shown with the axis 21 and a sleeve 24 placed thereon. The yarn 6 wound on the spindle 22 or sleeve 24 forms a yarn winding 7 which extends along a winding zone B. For the winding of the spindle 22 , the device 20 is provided with a ring bench 28 , a ring 281 and a rotor 283 . The spindle 22 and the device 20 are arranged so that the winding zone B extends up to a distance H = 50 to 70 mm to the so-called clamping point P between a roller 33 and an associated roller 33 a on the outlet side of the drafting unit 30 . The stretching unit 30 comprises further rollers, of which only one roller 32 is shown with the opposite roller 32 a. The latter are surrounded by straps 31 for guiding the roving 5 . The straps are brought as close as possible to the roller 33 by guides 35 . On the entry side of the roller 33 or the roller 33 a, a condenser 36 can be provided, which is funnel-shaped and bundles the fiber stream. The axis 21 of the spindle 22 can have a maximum from A = 3 mm from an axis-parallel tangent T to the roller 33 . From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the axis of the roller 33 and the axis 21 of the spindle 22 are transverse to each other. The piece of yarn 6 rotating about the axis 21 forms a so-called thread balloon between the roller 33 and the rotor 283 . The balloon tip is preferably in the thread guide on axis 21 . A balloon limiting ring 29 can be seen to limit the balloon diameter when the ring bench 28 is at a greater distance from the roller 33 .
A thread guide 37 , which is shown in plan in Fig. 1a, is as close as possible to the clamping point P. The thread guide 37 is preferably bent from wire and is in a position from x below the clamping point P and by the dimension y ge compared to the tangent T horizontally shifted. The U-shaped guide section of the thread guide 37 has a clear width z.
The following mass values have proven to be favorable represents:
x = 2 . . . 15 mm, vorzugsweise 10 mm
y = 0.5 . . . 4 mm, vorzugsweise 1 mm
z = 0.2 . . . 2 mm, vorzugsweise 1 mm.x = 2. . . 15 mm, preferably 10 mm
y = 0.5. . . 4 mm, preferably 1 mm
z = 0.2. . . 2 mm, preferably 1 mm.
Through the thread guide 37 , the screwing-in process of the fiber stream behind the clamping point P is favored because the thread balloon below the thread guide 37 can hardly affect the so-called spinning triangle. This fact can be seen schematically from FIG. 1b, which represents a view of the thread path according to arrow F in FIG. 1. The sliver of the roving is stretched to the clamping point P, then the fibers are drawn together in the spinning triangle and twisted. The deflection of the yarn 6 in the thread guide prevents transverse movements of the thread balloon, indicated by dash-dotted lines, from producing deformations in the spinning triangle which could interfere with the twisting process between the clamping point P and the thread guide 37 . The thread guide should sit as close as possible to the clamping point, but so far away that the spinning triangle still has room.
While in conventional spinning with a conventional thread guide, also known as swab tails, for example with carded cotton, 20 tex, it is only possible to spin down to a rotation coefficient of α = 100, in an arrangement according to the invention a rotation coefficient α between 80 and 90 reached. Yarns with a softer twist can thus be spun at higher spindle speeds. For the spinning of short fibers, it is advisable to assign a condenser 36 in front of the roller 33 according to FIG. 1, with which better strength values and a higher uniformity in the spun yarn can be achieved.
In Fig. 2, the most important parts of a spinning machine are shown in the same view as in Fig. 1 in the longitudinal direction of the machine. The spinning machine 1 carries, by means of a frame 10 on feet 12, a creel 4 in which the sliver is accommodated. In the present case roving 5 is wound on roving bobbins 3 , which is drawn off by means of the drafting device 30 . The upper part of the drafting unit 30 forms the so-called loading device 34 , with which the rollers 32 a, 33 a according to FIG. 1 are pressed against the rollers 32 , 33 below. The roving 5 is preferably in the area of the drafting device at an angle β = 30 °. . . 50 ° to the vertical, that is, to the axis 21 of the spindle 22 . A suction tube 62 , which opens into a channel 64 , is arranged below the drafting unit 30 for each spinning station. According to FIGS . 2 and 3, the device 20 for imparting rotation and for winding comprises a ring bench 28 with a carrier 28 a, furthermore the spindle 22 with a sleeve 24 , the spindle being mounted in the spindle bench 23 . It is pivotally attached to frame 10 in the bearing 25 . A lifting device 27 , according to FIG. 2, consists of a cylinder with a piston rod for the pivoting, the lifting device being articulated at one end on the frame 10 and at the other end on the spindle bench 23 . A conventional spindle drive 26 , consisting of a pulley 261 , a belt 262 and a tensioner 263 , can be provided for driving the spindle 22 . The belt 262 loops around the foot of the spindle 22 just above the spin delbank 23rd The tensioner 263 is biased by a spring and holds the belt taut. When the spindle bench 23 is pivoted by means of the lifting device 27 , the tensioner 263 compensates for the displacement of the belt 262 . The pivotability of the spindle rail 23 is necessary in view of the removal of the bewic kelten sleeves 23 of the spindles 22, since the distance between the upper edge of the sleeve 24 and the drafting device 30 would be too small otherwise. After the spindle bank 23 has been pivoted so that the spindles 22 lie on the axis 21 a, the lifting device 50 can come into operation. It consists essentially of several arms 56 which can be pivoted several times along the spinning machine, at the end of which grippers 54 for the sleeves 24 are mounted. By pivoting the lifting device from the bearing 52 and transversely thereto, the wound sleeves 24 can be lowered down to the transport device 40 . The comprises a web 42 with sliding pin carriages 44 thereon, which are moved by a conveyor 46 in the longitudinal direction of the spinning machine 1 . With the transport device 40 empty tubes 24 are brought under the spindles 22 and wound tubes 24 transported away. Since the ring bench 28 moves along the spindle axis 21 , a guide or guide rod 232 is necessary, which sits on the carrier 231 , which is connected to the spindle bench 23 . A balloon limiting ring 29 can also be displaced on the same guide 232 by means of the carrier 29 a. This is advantageous if the upper region of the winding zone B of the sleeve 24 is wound with yarn 6 . The carrier 28 a and the carrier 29 a are to be designed so that the latter is raised by the former when the winding zone B is spun in the upper region. A drive 233 with a traction means 234 ensures a program-based lifting of the ring bench 28 in the pilgrim step method during the winding process. To keep the thread tension constant, especially in the upper area of the winding zone B, it is advisable to increase the speed of the spindle, since the thread balloon becomes smaller and smaller at this stage.
Die Vorteile rechtfertigen den Mehraufwand für die je nach Ausführungs form zusätzlich nötigen Hubvorrichtungen 27.An alternative to the concept according to FIG. 2 is shown in FIG. 3. Here, the carrier 28 a for the ring bench 28 and the carrier 29 a for the balloon limiting ring 29 are firmly mounted on the frame 10 of the spinning machine 1 . The Relativbe movement between spindle 22 and ring seat 28 provides a lifting device 27 according to FIG. 3, indicated with a shaft 271 with a pair of worm wheels, the worm wheel sitting on a vertically arranged spindle 272 . The spindle 272 has a thread, with which sleeves 273 vertically move the spindle drive 26 with the spindle 22 according to FIG. 3. The lifting device 27 and the spindle 272 are fixed to the frame 10 as shown in FIG. 3. In the embodiment variant according to FIG. 3, it is expedient to equip the spindle drive 26, for example, with individual motors or with a tangential belt. If the spindle bank 23 is moved from the spinning position to a position as far away as possible from the drafting device 30 , a conventional doffer or a conventional lifting device 50 according to FIG. 2 can be arranged for removing the wound sleeves 24 from the spindles 22 . With a spinning machine according to the invention, in addition to the textile technological advantages mentioned, combined with a relatively small thread balloon and the associated better spinning stability, there are further advantages such as higher performance of the machine and a low overall height. The advantages justify the additional outlay for the additional lifting devices 27 required depending on the design.
