Description
Solar absorbers or solar are used to convert solar radiation energy into thermal energy collectors used. So-called hybrid collectors have also become known, in which the solar radiation is converted into both heat and electrical energy.
With the described collector types there is a need that these individually Have to tap heat transfer medium to cool it from a pipe system which it then warms up a neighboring collector or the pipe system again pass on. This results in a large number of herme at the installation site of the collectors table connections to be made tight, which often still have to be detachable in order to To be able to replace collectors later.
In particular, if a larger number of collectors is to be used, it will decrease Reliability and economy of the overall system, since the tightness problems then are difficult or difficult to control.
To avoid these problems, vacuum tube collectors have already been built the one with a so-called "dry connection". Here, the collectors are so-called named heat pipes connected to the heat transfer line and then the heat by Transfer line and thus without leakage problems. However, here the rivers require liquid-filled and hermetically sealed heat pipes already during their manufacture great effort.
Weiterhin sind die bekannten Solarkollektoren so aufgebaut, daß zwischen den einzelnen Kollektoren Regenwasser eindrin gen kann, so daß zur Vermeidung des Eindringens von Regenwasser Dichtungen notwendig sind.FR 24 20 099 shows another option for the "dry connection" of solar col lecturers: the collectors are placed on a heat transfer line using a U-profile plugged. The legs of the U-profile are perpendicular to the absorbers of the solar collectors. This ensures a secure attachment to the heat transfer line, so that possibly further fastenings must be provided. Furthermore, the known ones Solar collectors constructed so that rainwater penetrates between the individual collectors gene can, so that seals to avoid the ingress of rain water necessary are.
The invention is based on the object, the dry connection for solar collectors with little technical effort to realize the mass use of solar collectors e.g. B. as facade elements or as a tile replacement reliably and without leaks problems. Because the modular use is in the foreground and there ne ben the generation of heat is also possible solar power generation, the invention should generally be referred to as a "solar module".
The object is achieved by the features of claims 1 and 4.
By placing the heat directly at its point of origin, on the transducer surface, directly in the underground Profile flows and from there is also forwarded directly into the heat transfer line on the one hand is the shortest heat transport path from the transducer surface to the heat transfer medium dium, on the other hand there is a complete and hermetic separation between the solar module and Heat transfer medium before, so that no sealing problems arise. Even the assembly work is simplified as much as possible: the simplest solar modules need according to the invention In this case, it can only be hooked into the heat transfer line - like pictures on the Wall - done.
This makes installation almost as easy and reliable as laying roof tiles. The solar modules according to the invention are therefore also particularly suitable as small units especially for facade cladding or as a replacement for original roof tiles. "Solar bricks" have already become known. But there was always the flow of the Heat transfer medium from one solar brick to another that is ultimately not satisfactorily solvable re connection and sealing problem, which not at all in the proposed invention occurs.
Further refinements of the invention initially relate to the position and shape of the U-profile. It is advantageous according to the invention to flank the flanks of the U-profile in the direction of the profile opening to let something converge, because then the heat transfer line snaps at the inventor plugging according to the invention into the base of the profile. Run the flanks of the U- Profile perpendicular to the heat exchanger surface, so the solar module can transfer heat cable can be easily pushed on. If, however, they run parallel according to the invention, then the solar modules can also be suspended from the heat transfer line.
If the U-profiles run on the side of the transducer surface facing away from the sun, it is invented appropriate according to the invention, an insulation layer located there, consisting, for. B. made of rigid foam fabric to be provided with a slot following the course of the U-profile in order to attach it of the solar module.
For better thermal insulation of the slot opening, it is possible according to the invention to be flexible there Elements, e.g. B. bristles, a flexible apron or a flexible bead. This Elements dodge when plugging the solar module onto the heat transfer line, ver however, afterwards close the slot opening in a heat-tight manner.
In another embodiment, the slot can be plugged onto the solar module Heat transport line a closing lid can be applied. This can e.g. B. with Means friction, snap or Velcro fastener can be releasably attached. The lid can also be a Have spring piece or consist only of a spring piece and protrude into the slot. This improves the thermal insulation on the one hand, and the heat transfer on the other port line prevented from slipping out. The latter is also possible if the Spring piece runs past the open side of the lying U-profile, this closes and This prevents the heat transfer line previously inserted in the U-profile from becoming unavailable can clearly get out.
The design of the solar modules is particularly advantageous according to the invention if converter surface che and profile form a material unit and z. B. by extrusion in the extrusion process be manufactured. Not only can the transducer surface and profile be optimally designed the best possible heat conduction is achieved, furthermore there is suitability for mass production.
It can be advantageous for easier assembly and disassembly as well as for better thermal contact be adherent, the profile running across the transducer surface according to the invention at several Make z. B. interrupt by milling, so that several aligned profile segments arise. Trapped dirt particles can then e.g. B. the thermal contact between Reduce the profile and heat transfer pipe only in the profile segment in which it occurs The plugging or removing a solar module is also easier because, for. B. not the frictional resistance of the entire U-profile can be overcome at once, but because one profile segment resistance after the other is to be processed like a zipper is.
The solar module is also particularly suitable for the expansion according to the invention as a hybrid Module by coating its transducer surfaces so that they do not emit radiant energy convert only into heat but also into electrical energy, e.g. B. in that on the sun side of the converter surfaces are glued on photovoltaic cells. Since the solar module invented is physically completely separated from the circuit of the heat transfer fluid otherwise leakages that can never be ruled out during assembly and operation here of the photovoltaic and do not harm their associated electrics.
The solar module works particularly effectively when, according to the invention, it is on the sunny side the transducer surface and this closes a glazed cavity and if the cavity flanks are transparent. In this case, one becomes effective Thermal insulation achieved, on the other hand penetrates even with tightly arranged solar modules and oblique sun still radiation through to the transducer surfaces when the Flanks of the cavity are also designed transparently according to the invention. This is special useful if the transducer surface according to the invention also generates electrical energy and part shading would bring electricity generation to a standstill.
For the cavity glazing according to the invention, it is also possible to use plastics with low to use rem melting point, such as. B. acrylic glass. Touch the cavity flanks directly Transducer surface or if they are attached to it, it is advantageous to reach the maximum in this area stere temperature according to the invention transparent plastic higher melting point hen, e.g. B. polycarbonate and or silicone rubber to use the z. B. the other Vergla Solution parts isolated from excessive temperature.
In practical applications, it may be necessary to place an Ab between the solar modules provide a seal against rainwater ingress, e.g. B. when used as facade cladding or as a replacement for roof tiles. Sealing between the modules would have two disadvantages: he First, thermal expansion would be hindered, secondly, the cavity flanks would no longer be transparent, so that partial shading would occur in the event of oblique radiation. Both after Parts are avoided if, according to the invention, the glazed Abdec tion side of the cavity protrudes beyond the cavity flanks, because then over rags are sealed against rain according to the roof tile principle with simultaneous approval individual thermal expansion and without partial optical shading.
In particular, it is thus possible, according to the invention, to cover the sun side of the cavity essentially identical to commercially available roof tiles or han the usual corrugated sheet profile material. Then z. B. on a best existing roof existing or intended roof tiles easily by inventive Solar modules are replaced, there is no need for any additional fastening structures that are not oh would already exist. It can be completely in existing roofs or Fas saden integrated solar panels in the easiest possible way in a completely individual design Generate according to.
If several solar modules are used, then the plug according to the invention is used ting or threading the solar modules between the modules from tolerance and tolerance small exposed pieces on the continuous heat transfer pipe. It is advantageous to this by annular insulating pieces, consisting, for. B. made of plastic, foam etc. to cover. You could e.g. B. have already been threaded before module assembly, they could be put around the heat transfer line after module assembly, they can also be integrated into the solar modules as elastic attachments.
If the heat transfer line to the environment, for. B. attached to a wall, so According to the invention, these insulating pieces are also suitable for fastening. It could e.g. B. from annular insulating piece starting from a fastening bolt or a wire in the direction of Run away from the wall. This solution would be important if e.g. B. the solar modules fiction are only hung on the heat transfer line.
In diesem Fall könnten z. The heat transport lines preferably run in horizontally arranged serpentines or rungs, because then arises when using the solar module according to the invention as Roof tile replacement or as a facade element no obstruction by the also horizontal trending structural elements, such as. B. roof battens. After a final design of the Er It is then also possible to find the solar modules directly in the heat transport lines to hang. In this case, e.g. B. horizontally running heat transfer on a wall lines are attached, in which then - without any further work - the invention ical solar modules have to be attached and the complete solar facade is finished.
Typical embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to two figures discussed.
Fig. 1 shows an inventive solar module, plugged onto a continuous heat transport line 1 , in which heat transfer medium 2 flows. The flanks of the U-profile 5 ver run approximately parallel to the transducer surface 3 and they converge slightly towards the opening of the U-profile, so that the heat transport line 1 snaps into the base of the profile when it is plugged on. U-profile 5 and transducer surface 3 are made in the example shown ge from a single material and integrally by extrusion in the extrusion process z. B. made of aluminum. On the side of the transducer surface 3 facing away from the sun, insulating material 6 is fastened, which in the area of the U-section 5 has a slot in which a cover 7 is inserted with its spring attachment. The lid itself is fastened with a Velcro fastener 8 , its spring approach running past the opening of the U-profile positively prevents the heat transmission line 1 from slipping out. On the transducer surface 3 , solar cells 4 are glued, which convert the incident solar radiation not only into heat, but also into electrical energy. Lines for the continuation of the electrical energy are not shown for the sake of simplicity. B. be led out through the transducer surface 3 and the insulating material 6 . On the sunny side of the transducer surface there is a glazed cavity 9 , consisting of transparent flanks 10 which are substantially perpendicular to the transducer surface 3 and a transparent cover 11 which projects beyond the cavity flanks and is designed here as a transparent replacement for roof tiles. The cavity flanks 10 are glued to the transducer surface 10 with a lip L made of silicone rubber. The lip L can withstand the high temperature of the transducer surface and at the same time insulate against it, so that in the area of the other cavity flanks 10 and in the area of the cover side 11 there are lower temperatures, which is why there z. B. plastic also with a low melting point, such as. B. acrylic glass comes into question. The cover side 11 of the cavity 9 protrudes beyond the cavity in such a way that the solar module of FIG. 1 can be used as a replacement for existing roof tiles, there is no need for further support structures or seals. The solar module shown thus supplies heat, electrical current, protects at the same time against rain and weather, does not require any non-existing holding structure and does not cause any connection or leakage problems. This problem-free integration of three otherwise required different technical surfaces, namely absorber surface, solar cell surfaces and roof covering surface into a single surface while saving any additional holding structure establishes a particular value of the invention.
Fig. 2 is an example of the use of the solar module according to the invention as facade cladding. The continuous heat transport line 1 , in which heat transfer medium 2 flows, is designed as a horizontally running serpentine. The heat transfer line 1 is fixed with ringförmi gene insulating pieces 12 via bolts 13 on the facade 14 , at such a distance that the thermally connected with the transducer surface 3 U-profiles 5 between the insulating pieces 12 can be plugged onto the heat transfer line 1 . Also in the example of FIG. 2, the transducer surfaces 3 or their cover sides (not specifically shown) overlap like shingles, so that sealing against rainwater and weather is also achieved here.
As soon as the continuous heat transport line 1 is installed, only the solar modules need to be hooked in and finished, without any further installation or fastening work, is a facade cladding that supplies heated fluid and possibly electricity without leakage problems, which keeps rain out and is able to do so to clad a facade optically pleasing.
