The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for the selective evaluation of pulses with a longer line duration and a first polarity and pulses with a shorter duration and a second polarity with the help of two receiving circuits responding to pulses of one polarity each, which at a common pulse transmission path are switched on, in particular for evaluating the number of charges and identification pulses via a common pilot wire of the speech path of a private branch exchange.
To save additional transmission paths these pulses are often distinguished by their polarity for the transmission of different pulses, and polarized switching means arranged at the receiving points then enable selective recording the different impulses. In these arrangements, it is difficult if the pulses a have different duration, since then when a pulse coincides with a certain Polarity and a shorter period of time with a pulse of the other polarity of a longer period of time the receiving organs for these last-mentioned impulses often respond twice, because through an intermediate pulse of a different polarity and shorter duration takes up the pulse of the longer period of time and a different polarity temporarily ended and only again when the shorter impulse is set in motion. This then has the effect that instead of one pulse, two pulses be recorded and registered. On the other hand, it is also possible that a subsequent pulse is shorter Duration and different polarity shorten the longer pulse so that the time needed to record it is longer The receiving organs provided for the impulses are not properly advanced.
The invention eliminates these disadvantages of already known arrangements in that when running in of a pulse with the longer duration and the first polarity becomes effective switching means in Reception circuit for these pulses to pulses of the second polarity responsive switching means this Receiving circuit act so that when a pulse of the second polarity arrives during the run-in of a pulse of the first polarity is the switching state of the one responding to the pulses of the first polarity Switching means is not changed. This is expediently done in such a way that the emitter one with his Base connected to the transmission path, only when there is a corresponding emitter potential through the transmission path incoming pulses of the second polarity controllable first transistor to the with the Reception organ for pulses of the second polarity lying in series through a through this Pulses controllable second transistor is switched on and that by each during the connection of the second transistor taking place one of the first-mentioned pulses through the in this case as Inverse stage acting first transistor maintaining the switching of the second transistor will.
According to a further characteristic of the invention, this can be done in a particularly expedient manner take place that the base of a responsive to pulses of the first polarity and thereby the second The transistor through-switching third transistor both to the transmission path for pulses and to the The emitter-collector path of the first transistor is coupled, this coupling expediently via a voltage divider takes place.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.

During the scanning of the trunk transmissions AUe , identification pulses are formed which are fed to the base of the transistor Tf and are denoted by jdcnt in the drawing. Each time such an identification pulse is switched on, a corresponding pulse with the potential + Ub is transmitted via the ο wire. The duration of these identification impulses is less than the duration of the shortest fee impulse, so that it happens that the transmission of a fee impulse also includes the transmission of such a diagnostic run impulse.
