Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Schmiermittel-Zubereitungen»

dung Schmiermittel-Zubereitungen auf der Grundlage von organischen Carbonsäureestern, die für die Verwendung in
Kraftstoff- und Dieselmotoren und in Fahrzeugmotoren und technischen Gasturbinen geeignet sind.
Ein Nachteil der für die Schmierung von Kraftstoff- und Dieselmotoren nomalerweise angewandten Schmiermittel auf
" Mineralölbasis besteht in deren relativ schlechten Viskositäts/Temperatur-Eigenschaften.
Daher sind öle, welche bei Temperaturen wie z.B. -17,80C (O0P) und darunter freie
Pließbarkeit aufweisen, bei den in der Kolbenring-Zone auftretenden hohen Temperaturen unverhältnismäßig flüchtig
und sind empfindlich gegen thermischen Abbau, wohingegen diejenigen öle, welche bei hohen Temperaturen zufriedenstellend
arbeiten, wiederum bei tiefen Temperaturen dazu
neigen, übermäßig viskos zu sein, wie dies durch die KaItstart-Charakteristika
des Öles angezeigt wird. Diesem Wehler wird durch Zugabe von sogenannten Viskosifcäfcöindes:<"Vei*<besserern

Die Zubereitungen, enthaltend synthetische Schmierstoffe
der vorliegenden Erfindung, oder zumindest die bevorzugt@n

Zubereitungen, haben nicht nur ausgezeichnete Viskositäts/
.Temperatur-Eigenschaften und gute Scher- und thermische Stabilität, sondern haben auch überlegene Oxydationsbeständigkeit
gegenüber den üblicherweise verwendeten Schmiermitteln auf Mineralöl-Basis, selbst wenn die letzteren relativ
große Anteile an Dispergier- und Antioxydations-Additiven enthalten.
Die vorliegende Erfindung schafft eine Schmiermittel-Zubereitung, enthaltend ein synthetisches, organisches
Schmieröl auf Basis von zumindest einem gesättigten organischen Carbonsäureester, wobei das besagte Schmieröl einen
kleineren Anteil von drei Additiven (a), (b) und (c) gelöst enthält, wovon das Additiv (a) ein Phenothiazin-Derivat der
allgemeinen Formel:

gruppe, z.B. eine Benzylgruppe, oder eine Gruppe der Formel -CHpOR2 worin R2 eine Alkyl-, Aryl-, Alkaryl-,
Aralkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkoxyalkyl-, Cycloalkoxyalkyl-
oder Aryloxyalkylgruppe ist, darstellt, das Additiv (b) ein sekundäres aromatisches Amin, enthaltend zwei direkt
am Stickstoff gebundene aromatische Gruppen, und das Additiv (c) ein Metall-dihydrocarbyldithiophosphat ist.
Die in der vorliegenden Erfindung angewandten Ester sind vorzugsweise neutral. Der Ausdruck "neutral", wie er für
die Ester in der ganzen Beschreibung verwendet wird, ist so zu verstehen, daß er sich auf Ester bezieht, welche eine
Acidität von nicht mehr als etwa 0,5 mg KOH/g aufweisen.
Die Ester können einer Esterklasse der nachstehenden allgemeinen Formel

Bevorzugte Diester sind Di-2-äthylhexylazelat, Di-2-äthylhexylsebacat,

Es ist wünschenswert, daß die in den Schmiermittel-Zubereitungen der vorliegenden Erfindung angewandten Ester mit
Mineralöl mischbar sind und insbesondere in allen Verhältnissen mischbar sind.
Die Zubereitungen der vorliegenden Erfindung können zusammengesetzte
Ester einschließen, erhalten durch Veresterung von Dicarbonsäuren mit einer Mischung eines Alkohols und eines
Glykols, wobei man zusammengesetzte Ester der nachstehenden allgemeinen Formel erhält

in welcher R,, R^ und R,- die gleiche Bedeutung wie vorstehend
haben und Rg von einem Glykol oder Polyglykol mit nicht mehr als 12 Kohlenstoffatomen abgeleitet ist und gegebenenfalls
Sauerstoffäther-Bindungen enthalten kann.
Andere für die Verwendung geeignete, zusammengesetzte Ester werden durch Veresterung einer Dicarbonsäure (1 Mol) mit
einem Glykol (12 Mol) und einer Monocarbonsäure (2 Mol) oder mit jeweils 1 Mol eines Glykols, einer Monocarbonsäure und
eines einwertigen Alkohols oder jeweils mit 2 Mol einer

Monohydroxymonocarbonsäure und eines einwertigen Alkohols hergestellt.
Jedoch können andere zusammengesetzte Ester durch Verestern eines Glykols (1 Mol) mit einer Monohydroxymonocarbonsäure
(2 Mol) und einer Monocarbonsäure (2 Mol) hergestellt werden.
Andere Ester, welche unter gewissen Bedingungen geeignet sind, können durch Verestern eines Glykols oder Polyglykols
(1 Mol) mit 2 Mol einer Moncarbonsäure hergestellt werden.
Die zusammengesetzten Ester, welche verwendet werden können, sind vorzugsweise durch Verestern von 2 Mol Dicarbonsäure,
2 Mol des verzweigtkettigen aliphatischen oder alkylsubstituierten alicyclischen Alkohols und nicht mehr als 1 Mol
Glykol hergestellt.
Die ein-, zwei- und mehrwertigen Alkohole, und die für die Herstellung der zusammengesetzten Ester verwendeten Monocarbonsäuren
können ferner noch Äthersauerstoff-Bindungen enthalten. Die Ester sollten jedoch frei von anderen Elementen
als Kohlenstoff, Wasserstoff und Sauerstoff sein.
Obwohl es unter gewissen Umständen möglich sein kann, einen oder mehrere der vorerwähnten zusammengesetzten Ester als

synthetische Schmiermittel-Basis zu verwenden, werden sie jedoch im allgemeinen in Mischung mit einem oder mehreren
einfachen Estern, insbesondern den Diestern der bereits be.-schriebenen
Klasse, angewandt.
Derartige zusammengesetzte Ester können in einer Menge von 5 bis 15 % (z.B. 10 %) bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der
Zubereitung, zugegen sein.
Beispiele von Glykolen, welche für die Herstellung der vorerwähnten
zusammengesetzten Ester angewandt werden können, sind Äthylen-, Propylen- und Hexylen-Glykole, 2-Äthyl-l,3~
hexandiol und Polyglykole, z.B. Diäthylen-, Triäthylen- und Tetraäthylenglykol.
Wenn eine Monocarbonsäure für die Herstellung eines zusammengesetzten
Esters verwendet wird, sollte diese eine gerad- oder verzweigtkettige, aliphatische Säure sein mit von 2 bis
10 Kohlenstoffatomen einschließlich.
Spezifische Beispiele von geeigneten zusammengesetzten Estern, welche in Übereinstimmung mit der vorliegenden Erfindung
angewandt werden, sind:
Ester, hergestellt aus Äthylenglykol (1 Mol), Adipinsäure (2 Mol) und 2-Äthylhexanol, (2 Mol).

Ester, hergestellt aus Tetraäthylenglykol (1 Mol), Sebacinsäure (2 Mol) und 2-Äthylhexanol (2 Mol).
Ester, hergestellt aus 2-Äthyl-l,3-hexandiol (1 Mol), Sebacinsäure
(2 Mol) und 2-Äthylhexanol (2 Mol). Ester, hergestellt aus Diäthylenglykol (1 Mol), Adipinsäure
(2 Mol) und n-Butanol (2 Mol).
Ester, hergestellt aus Polyäthylenglykol von einem Molekulargewicht
von etwa 200 (1 Mol), Sebacinsäure (2 Mol) und Äthylenglykolmono-(2-äthylbutyl)-äther
(2 Mol). Ester, hergestellt aus Sebacinsäure (1 KoI), Tetraäthylenglykol
(2 Mol) und Capronsäure (2 Mol).
Ester, hergestellt aus Triäthylenglykol (1 Mol), Adipinsäure (1 Mol), n-Capronsäure (1 Mol) und 2-Äthylhexanol (1 Mol).
Ester, hergestellt aus Sebacinsäure (1 Mol), Milchsäure (2 Mol) und n-Butanol (2 Mol).
Ester, hergestellt aus Tetraäthylenglykol (1 Mol)s Milchsäure
(2 Mol), und Buttersäure (2 Mol).
Beispiele von geeignetem Glykol und polywertigen Alkoholestern von Monocarbonsäuren, welche verwendet werden können,
sind:
Triäthylenglykoldi-2-äthylhexanoat.
Hexandiol-1,6-di-2-äthylhexanoat.
Dipropylenglykoldipelargonat.

Auch Mischungen von Estern, hergestellt aus gesättigten?
aliphatischen zweibasischen Säuren und einer technischen Mischung von Alkoholen wie z.B. einer Mischung von Alkohol
nach dem Oxo-Verfahren können als synthetisches öl oder als Komponente einer Mischung von synthetischen ölen verwendet
werden.
Ester, welche höheren Temperaturen als die vorerwähnten Diester standhalten, sind Ester von polywertigen Alkoholen mit
"sterischer Hinderung", welche die Ueopentyl-Struktur besitzen.
Beispiele von Estern dieser Klasse sind:
(A) Ester von Trimethylolpropan (1 Mol) mit Monocarbonsäuren (3 Mol), (z.B. Trimethylolpropantri-n-octanoat).
(B) Ester von Pentaerythrit (1 Mol) mit Monocarbonsäuren (4 Mol).
(C) Ester von Di- oder Tripentaerythrit ( 1 Mol ) mit Monocarbonsäuren
(6 oder 8 Mol).
(D) Zusammengesetzte Ester, hergestellt aus Neopentylglykol (2 Mol), Dicarbonsäuren (1 Mol) und Monocarbonsäuren (2 Mol).
(E) Zuaammengesetzte Ester, hergestellt aus Neopentylglykol
(1 Mol), Dicarbonsäuren (2 Mol) und einwertige Neoalkohole, z.B. 2,2,4-Trimethylpentanol (2 Mol).
Die Zubereitungen der vorliegenden Erfindung umfassen syn-

thetische Schmieröle,-basierend auf synthetischen Garbonsäureestern,
und haben als Verdickungsmittel von 1 bis 50 Sew.■>, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Zubereitung, einen
im wesentlichen wasserunlöslichen Polyoxyaikylenglykolather oder Mischungen solcher Äther, welche eine Viskosität von
10 bis 70 centistokes bei 98,9°G (2100F) aufweisen, inkorporiert.
Diese Polyoxyaikylenglykolather haben die allgemeine Formel

in welcher RQ eine Alkylgruppe, R10 eine Alkylengruppe darstellt,
R11 Viasserstoff oder eine andere Alkylgruppe und
ρ eine ganze Zahl ist. Vorzugsweise stellt R10 eine Propy-.
len-Gruppe, oder eine Mischung von Propylen- und Äthylen-Gruppen
dar, wobei geeignete Produkte durch Umsatz von Propylenoxyd oder einer Mischung von Propylen- und Äthylenoxyden
mit einem aliphatischen, einwertigen Alkohol oder mit einem Monoäther von einem Glykol erhalten werden. Die Polyoxyalkylenkette
kann daher aus Alkylengruppen R10 von mehr
als einer Art bestehen. In den bevorzugten Äthern, in welchen R11 Wasserstoff ist, wird es im allgemeinen erforderlich
sein, zumindest einen Anteil an Fropylengruppen in der Polyoxyalkylenkette gegenwärtig fcu haben, um im wesentlichen
wasserunlösliche Produkte zu erhalten.

Besonders bevorzugt sind die sogenannten "LB Serien" von synthetischen Schmiermitteln, welche unter der eingetragenen
Schutzmarke "UconK im Handel sind, wobei diese, wie
sich versteht, aus gemischten Polyoxypropylenglykoläthern, enthaltend eine freie Hydroxylgruppe pro Molekül, bestehen.
Spezifische Beispiele von geeigneten "Ucons" sind LB-285,
LB-385, LB-525, LB-625, LB-1145, LB-1715 und "Lubricant 202",
wobei die Viskositäten dieser Materialien bei 98,9°C (2100P)
im Bereich von 11,0 bis 55^3 centistokes liegen. Es können
als Alternative "Ucon"-Flüssigkeiten der sogenannten "D!!-
Serien verwendet werden, z.B. "Ucon" DLB'220-E, wobei diese
Materialien Diäther sind, in welchen sowohl Rq als auch R11
Alkylgruppen sind.
In einer Ausfuhrungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist das
Additiv (a) ein Phenothiazinderivat mit der folgenden Formel:
in welcher die Benzolringe des Derivates zumindest einen

zusätzlichen ankondensierten Benzolring besitzen können und worin R12 J ^-i ν Rl4 unc* ^15 Alkylgruppen oder Wasserstoff,
oder Alkoxygruppen sind, wobei zumindest eine Alkyl-
oder Alkoxygruppe in dem Molekül ist und die gesamte Zahl der Kohlenstoff atome von R _, H1^s R., η und R1(- zumindest
8 beträgt.
Der oder die Alkylgruppen-Substituenten dieses Additivs können sehr verschiedene Kettenlängen besitzen und so variiert
werden, daß die gesamte Zahl der Kohlenstoffatome von 8 bis l6 oder höher, z.B. 20 ist. Die substituierenden Alkyl-Gruppen
sollten im allgemeinen nicht zu groß sein oder eine unangemessen hohe Menge des Additives verwendet werden, obwohl
sie in einigen besonderen Zubereitungen zur Verhütung der Schlammbildung wünschenswerterweise genügend groß sind.
Wenn dieses Additiv einen zusätzlichen Benzolring am Phenothiazin-Kern
kondensiert hat, ist es im allgemeinen wünschenswert, eine Phenothiazin-Verbindung zu verwenden, welche
in der bzw. in den Alkyl- oder Alkoxysubstituenten-Gruppen zumindest 12 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist, um die
Schlammbildung zu verhüten.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Additiv ein Dialkylphenothiazin, das in den Alkylgruppen
von 8 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome besitzt und es ist bevorzugter-

Vieise ein Dioctylphenötihiazin, z.B. 3,7-Dioctylphenothia-
zin. Wahlweise ist das Additiv ein i-ionoalkoxyphenothiazin

Zubereitungen der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet werden können, sind in der britischen Patentschrift 1 023 380 beschrieben.
Das Additiv (b) kann ein N-Phenylnaphthylamin oder ein

Es wurde gefunden, daß die Kombination der Additive (a)3
(b) und (c) überraschen wirksam ist und und typischen
Schmiermitteln der vorliegenden Erfindung eine höhere Oxydationsbeständigkeit
verleiht als die einzelnen Additive oder deren paarweise Anwendung.
Besonders wirksam ist e5.ne Mischung von (a) 3,7-Dioctylphenothiazin
mit (b) einer Zubereitung von pp'-Dioctyldiphenylamin
und 3-Mono-tert .-octylphenyl-oi-naphthylamin, die
so beschaffen ist, daß die zwei letzteren Additive in annähernd gleichen Anteilen vorhanden sind, und etwa das Vierfache
der Menge betragen an Additiv (a) und (c) ein Zinkdialkyldithiophosphat ist.

Die Additive (a), (b) und (c) werden in einem kleineren Anteil bezogen auf die Zubereitung, angewandt. Das Additiv
(a) kann beispielsweise in einem Anteil von 0,1 bis 2 %,
vorzugsweise in einem Anteil von 0,2 bis 1,5 % angewandt werden. Das Additiv (b) kann in einem Anteil von 0,2 bis 3 %,
vorzugsweise von 0,3 bis 1,5 % und das Additive (c) kann in einem Anteil von 0,2 bis 5 %, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 3 %
angewandt werden.
Um Motoröle zu erhalten, welche anerkannten Spezifikationen entsprechen, kann es notwendig sein, daß die Schmiermittel-Zubereitungen
kleinere Mengen an Verdickungsmitteln ent τ halten. Besonders bevorzugt in diesem Zusammenhang ist Polyisobutylen
mit einem Molekulargewicht von 1000 bis 3000, jedoch können gewisse Mineralöle ebenfalls verwendet werden.
Es wird ferner bevorzugt, in Schmiermittel-Zubereitungen, welche für eine Verwendung in Kraftstoff- und Dieselmotoren
vorgesehen sind, kleinere Anteile an Reinigungs-(Detergent) und Dispergier-Additive einzusetzen, insbesondere ein aschefreies
Dispergiermittel.
Das aschefreie Dispergiermittel kann eine Verbindung sein, welche wenigstens eine lange gesättigte oder ungesättigte
Alky!kette enthält, welche durch eine Ester-, eine Amid-

oder eine Imid-Gruppierung mit einer Gruppierung verbunden
ist j welche wenigstens ein basisches Stickstoffatom besitzt,
wobei das Molekulargewicht der langen Alkylkette nicht weniger als 700 beträgt.
Das aschefreie Dispergiermittel stammt vorzugsweise von einem Polyolefin, insbesondere von Polyisobutylen mit einem
Molekulargewicht von 700 bis 3000 und vorzugsweise von 750 bis 2000 ab.
In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Dispergiermittel
ein Polyisobutenylsuccinimid, welches durch Umsetzen von Polyisobutylen mit Maleinsäureanhydrid und Kondensieren
des so erhaltenen Polyisobutenylbernsteinsäureanhydrids mit einer Verbindung, welche wenigstens zwei basische Stickstoffatome
besitzt, hergestellt werden kann.
Beispiele von Dispergiermitteln dieses Typs können in der britischen Patentschrift 1 121 641 gefunden werden; jeder
der Vorläufer von den dort beschriebenen Suiton-Reaktionsprodukten
wird geeignet sein, sodaß dies einen Bereich von verschiedenen Succinimiden umfaßt. Typen von anderen Succinimiden,
welche von langkettigen, substituierten Monocarbonsäuren abstammen, die als Alternative verwendet werden können,
sind gleichfalls dort beschrieben. Einige typische

Suecinimid-Dispergiermittel sind ferner in der britischen Patentschrift 1 O85 903 vor der Bildung der Chromat- oder
Molybdat-Salze beschrieben.
Zusätzlich zu den oben erwähnten Vorläufern kann jede der in der schwebenden britischen Patentanmeldung !Ir. 29050/66
oder in den britischen Patentschriften 1 05't 370, 1 O68
und 1 121 6kl der Anmelderin beschriebenen und beanspruchten
Verbindungen verwendet werden.
Diese Dispergiermittel können in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-5
und vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 5 Gew.-^, bezogen auf das
Gewicht der fertiggestellten Zubereitung, angewandt werden.
Das Reinigungsmittel kann ein neutrales oder leicht überbasisches Barium- oder Calcium-Mineralöl- oder Alkylbenzolsulfonat,
ein iMetallphenat oder geschwefeltes Phenat oder ein Derivat eines phosphorgeschwefelten Kohlenwasserstoffes,
wie z.B. Polyisobutylen sein. Die bevorzugten Reinigungsmittel werden durch Reaktion von Polyisobutylen mit Phosphorpentasulfid
und weiterer Reaktion mit Bariumhydroxyd in Gegenwart eines alkylierten Phenols, gefolgt von einer Sättigung
mit Kohlendioxyd, hergestellt. Variierende Anteile von Barium-, Calcium- oder Magnesium-sulfonaten oder -phenaten
können in diese Additive inkorporiert werden. Das Reinigungsmittel wird normalerweise in Mengen von 0,5 bis*
8 % und vorzugsweise von 1 bis 5 % zugegen sein.

Die vorliegende Erfindung schafft ferner ein Schmierverfahren für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen, wie z.B. Kraftstoff-
und Dieselmotoren und Pahrzeugmotoren und technischen Gasturbinen,
wobei dieses Verfahren die Schmierung von in Priktionseingriff stehenden Oberflächen in Verbrennungskraftmaschinen mit einer Schmiermittel-Zubereitung in Übereinstimmung
mit der vorliegenden Erfindung umfaßt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung wird nun unter Bezugnahme auf die folgenden Beispiele erläutert.

Neutralisierung des Produktes mit Bariumhydroxyd in Gegenwart eines Alkylphenols und weiterer Reaktion des Produktes
W (50 Gewichtsteile) mit einem sulfurisierten, überbasischen
Bariumalkylphenat (1IO Gewichtsteile) und einem basischen
Barium-Mineralöl-Sulfonat (10 Gewichtsteile) hergestellt
wurde.
Das Dispergiermittel A war ein kommerziell verfügbares, aschenfreies Dispergiermittel und wurde durch Reaktion eines
Polyisobutenylbersteinsäureanhydrids, abstammend von einem Polyisobutylen mit einem Molekulargewicht von 900 bis 1000

Diese Zubereitung war ähnlich derjenigen von Beispiel 4, mit der Ausnahme, daß der Basisester aus 73,7 % Di-(2-äthylhexyl)-1,12-dodecandioat
bestand.
Die Beispiele 8 und 9 waren ebenso 1OW/3O-Ö1.
Um die verbesserten Oxydations-Charakteristika und die thermische Stabilität von typischen Schmiermittel-Zubereitungen
gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung zu demonstrieren, wurden verschiedene Zubereitungen dem "Papock"-Test unterworfen.
Dieser Test wird in der Russian Government Specification GOST 9352-60 beschrieben. Der Apparat bestand aus
einem Ofen, mit einer oben befindlichen Abzugsöffnung, in welchem die Hitzequelle eine heiße Platte war. Die Temperatur
dieser heißen Platte wurdeauf innerhalb -3°C bei Temperaturen zwischen 100° und 5000C geregelt.
Eine Menge von 0,198 bis 0,202 g der Testflüssigkeit wurde
auf 1 mg genau in jeweils einen von 8 Behältenn mit flachen
Boden aus Aluminium-Legierung mit einem Inhalt von einer Pinte (0,568 Liter) eingewogen. Die 8 Behälter wurden auf die
heiße Platte placiert, deren Temperatur bei 25O°C gehalten wurde, über 40 Minuten wurde nun alle 5 Minuten 1 Behälter
entfernt und nach Abkühlen in einem Exsikkator zurückgewogen
und der prozentuale Gewichtsverlust bestimmt. 909848/1060

Die Ergenisse dieses Testes zeigen klar die synergistische
■REaktion zwischen den drei Additiven in den Zubereitungen
der vorliegenden Erfindung. Es wird angenommen, daß dieser Test in Beziehung steht mit Untersuchungen, Vielehe unter
Verwendung der Petter Wl-Maschine nach der Institute of Petroleum
Standard Method I.P. 176/64, durchgeführt wurden.
Diese Petter VJl-Teste wurden durchgeführt bei Beispiel 1J,
Mischung D3 welche Mischung ähnlich wie die in Beispiel l\
war mit der Ausnahme, daß 75,7 % des Esters verwendet wurden
und das Diocty!diphenylamine das 3~Mono-tert.-octylphenyl-*-
naphthylamin und 3,7-Dioctylphenothiazin weggelassen wurden,
und an Beispiel 9·

da angenommen wurde, daß die Maschinenlager den Test nicht aushalten würden. Der Unterschied zwischen dem
prozentualen Anstieg in der Viskosität der Beispiele 4 und 9 war voraussagbar aus den "Papock"-Ergebnissen.

Claims (11)
- Pat ent.ansprücheSchmiermittel-Zubereitung auf Basis eines synthetischen", organischen Schmieröls, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mindestens einen an sich bekannten gesättigten organischen Carbonsäureester enthält, wobei in dem besagten Ester eine Kombination zu einem kleineren Anteil von drei Additiven (a), (b) und (c) gelöst enthalten sind, wovon das Additiv (a) ein Phenothiazin-Derivat der allgemeinen FormelRlArist, in welcher Ar und Ar' Benzol- oder Naphthalin-Kerne, welche durch ein oder mehrere Alkyl- oder Alkoxy-Gruppen substituiert sein können, sind und FL ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Alkyl-Gruppe, eine Aralkyl-Gruppe oder eine Gruppe der allgemeinen Formel -CH2OR2 ist, in welcher R2 eine Alkyl-, Aryl-, Alkaryl-, Aralkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkoxyalkyl-, Cycloalkoxyalkyl- oder Aryloxyalkyl-Gruppe ist, das Additiv (b) ein sekundäres aromatisches Amin, enthaltend zwei aromatische, direkt am Stickstoff sitzende Gruppen darstellt- 34 909848/ 1060und das Additiv (c) ein Metall-Dihydrocarbyldithiophosphat ist.
- 2. Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gesättigte organische Carbonsäureester die allgemeine Formel hat:RO-C tCHo4r:— C-OR.,6 Il 2 m Il 70 0in welcher Rg und R7 gleich oder verschieden sind und verzweigtkettige Alkyl-Gruppen von 6 bis 18, vorzugsweise von 8 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen enthalten und worin m eine ganze Zahl von 10 bis 20, vorzüglich 12 ist.
- 3. Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gesättigte organische Carbonsäureester Di-2-äthylhexyl-l,12-dodecandioat, Di-3,5,5-trimethylhexyl-l,12-dodecandioat, Di-isodecyl-l,12-dodecandioat, Diisotridecyl-1,12-dodecandioat, Di-2-äthylhexyl-l,17-heptadecandioat oder Di-isobutyl-l,17-heptadecandioat ist.
- 4. Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Additiv (a) ein909848/1060Phenothiazin-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel:ist, in welcher die Benzolringe des Derivates zumindest einen zusätzlichen damit verschmolzenen Benzolring haben können, und in welcher jede der Gruppen R12* R1V **iü unc* R1- ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Alkyl-Gruppe oder eine Alkoxy-Gruppe sein kann, wobei zumindest eine Alkyl- oder Alkoxy-Gruppe in dem Molekül vorhanden ist und die gesamte Anzahl der Kohlenstoff atome in R12* ^i V ^iü unc^ ^i^» zumindest 8, vorzugsweise 8 bis 20, insbesondere 8 bis 16 ist.
- 5. Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach Anspruch 4, in welcher ein zusätzlicher Benzolring an dem Phenothiazin-Kern kondensiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesamtanzahlder Kohlenstoff atome in R ist.12unc* ^i ς zumindest 12909848/1060

Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Additiv (a) ein Phenothiazin-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel:CH2-OR2·'- R17ist, in welcher jedes der beiden Ar und Ar' ein Benzoloder Naphthalin-Kern ist und vorzugsweise beide Benzol-Kerne sind, Rp eine Alkyl-Gruppe, enthaltend von 1 bis 20, vorzugsweise von 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatome oder eine Cycloalkyl-Gruppe, enthaltend von 6 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome, darstellt, R.„ ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Alkyl-Gruppe, R1Q eine Alkyl-Gruppe bedeutet und die Gesamtzahl der Kohlenstoffatome in R17 und R.« von 8 bis 24, vorzugsweise von 8 bis 20 beträgt.
- 7· Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Beide R17 und R.g tertiäre Octyl-Gruppen sind.

Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Additiv (c) ein Zink-, Calcium-, Barium-, Nickel-, Cadmium- oder Chrom-dihydrocarbyldithiophosphat ist.Io. Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach einem.der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Additiv (c) ein Metall-dihydrocarbyldithiophosphat der allgemeinen Formel:\y- 38 -9098 4 8/1060ist, in welcher R21 und R?? Alkyl-Gruppen, vorzugsweise enthaltend von 3 bis
- 10 Kohlenstoffatome oder alkylierte Aryl-Gruppen sind und χ die Wertigkeit des Metalles Ά bedeutet.
- 11. Schmiermittel-Zubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Additiv (a) 3»7-Dioctylphenothiazin , das Additiv (b) eine Mischung von pp'-Dioctyldiphenylamin und 3-Mono-tert.-octylphenyl-o<rnaphthylamin in annähernd gleichen Teilen und das Additiv (c) ein Zink-dialkyldithiophosphat derart ist, daß die Menge an Additiv (b) etwa das Vierfache der Menge von Additiv (a) beträgt .909848/1060
