Device for waveband switching with diodes It is known
in receivers to use diodes as electronic switches, which are operated by a direct voltage
as switching voltage can either be made active or blocked (magazine "Electronic
Rundschau "1959, pages 39 - 45). In this way, a waveband switching
which are carried out automatically at the end of a wave range, for example
can be. The diode is then alternating in parallel with the one to be short-circuited
Part of the resonant circuit coil placed. In precircles of overlay receivers can
the required direct current easily via the part of the resonant circuit coil that is to be short-circuited
be guided. In the oscillator circuit, however, this is not possible because there is also a
Part of the shortening capacitance, i.e. one of two shortening capacitors connected in series,
which are required for the parallel running of the pre-circuit and the oscillator circuit, short-circuited
must become. Therefore the direct current to this diode has to be via a high frequency choke
are fed.
Dann wird also derselbe Gleichstrom
erforderlich. The invention shows how this throttle can be made dispensable
can. According to the invention, the two diodes mentioned are direct current as a result
in series that the base point of the diode for the pre-circuit instead of the direct current source
connected to the diode of the oscillator circuit. So then it becomes the same direct current
for both diodes supplied via the part of the pre-circuit coil to be short-circuited, see above
that this coil part does not have a
the diodes but about the
Series connection of the two diodes is short-circuited during the oscillator circuit
only one of the two diodes is assigned. A throttle is no longer there
necessary.
umgekehrter Polung gesperrt waren.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention. The pre-circle
consists of the two coils 1 and 2 and the variable capacitor 3 and the oscillator circuit
consists of the coils 4 and 5 and the variable capacitor 6 and the two shortening capacitors
7 and 8. For medium wave reception mSissen coils 2 and 5 and the shortening capacitor
p be short-circuited. For this purpose the two diodes 9 and 10 are through
a switching voltage made conductive while it was previously by a switching voltage
reverse polarity were blocked. With the diode 10, the coils 5 and the
Capacitor s short-circuited. In contrast, the series circuit is used to short-circuit the coil 2
of the diodes 9 and 10. The two capacitors 11 and 12 have such a large capacity,
that they have practically no influence on the natural frequency of the oscillation circuits.
One could get the idea, deviating from the invention
Diode 9 only to be assigned to the pre-circuit and diode 10 only to the oscillator circuit and
the switching voltage for the diode 10 is the connection point of coil 5 and capacitor
n feed, but this is practically impossible because the capacitor 8 a
High-frequency voltage leads, so that the supply of the switching voltage via a high-frequency choke
would be necessary.
Der Widerstand 13 dient zur Strombegrenzung. Die beiden gestrichelt
