Means for controlling the acceleration or deceleration of electrically driven vehicles, the Hauptpatentanmehdung relates to a device for controlling the acceleration or deceleration of electrically powered vehicles, an engine is dissipated in the electric power in starting or a resistor braking circuit and to patent application S 108 011 VIIIb / 20 1 (PLA 67/1035 ) at least one of the resistors is dependent on the magnetic field and these-magnetic field-dependent.igeyn resistors are arranged in a magnetic field that is excited by at least part of the starting or braking current. InSb can be used as the material for the magnetic field-dependent resistors, in particular with inclusions of a highly conductive second phase, such as NiSb. Compared to the above-mentioned controls, in which resistors are only switched in stages during starting or braking, the starting and braking current can be kept largely constant and thus smooth, smooth acceleration or braking can be achieved with a few resistance levels . The for jerk-free acceleration; required number of stages. the switchable or switchable low resistance, the smaller the greater the power that can be absorbed by the magnetic field-dependent resistance. The aim of the present invention is to keep the number of stepwise switchable resistors as small as possible without a correspondingly high power having to be implemented in the magnetic field-dependent resistor. The solution is that the magnet field dependent resistors are connected to the exciter circuit of the Votor.

Fig. 1 shows an arrangement for the stepless control of a DC motor for a rail vehicle, Fig. a braking circuit of a separately excited DC machine and FIG. 3 a circuit arrangement with shunt resistors parallel to the series connection, field winding and magnetic field- dependent resistors. In Fir ,. 1, 1 denotes a motor of an electrically powered vehicle, the armature of which is connected in series with its field winding 22. By closing the switches 7 and 8, the resistors 4 and 5 can be included in this series connection. In the starting or braking circuit of the motor 1, magnetic field resistors 2 are arranged in a pressure field which is excited as a function of the starting or braking current. In the device according to the invention, the resistors 2 which are dependent on the magnetic field are connected in the excitation circuit of the motor 1. The magnetic field-dependent resistors 2 can lie parallel to the excitation winding 22 and be arranged in the field of an electromagnet, the control winding 3 of which is connected to a control device 23, whose value input? the output of a measuring device 27 for detecting the pulling or braking force is connected. In the present case, a Hall generator 28 is used to measure the pulling or braking force, the control current of which is connected to a device 38 for recording the starting or braking currents, the control winding 22a of which is in series with the excitation winding 22 of the motor 1 and whose magnetization characteristic ° is adapted to that of the motor. When driving, the motor 1 receives its energy from a voltage source 12. To start up, the changeover contact 1 is connected to the voltage source 12 and the switch 7 is initially closed. The travel switch 25 is provided with a setpoint generator which is set, for example, to full traction . The setpoint is expediently -proven by the attenuator R ',' .in its rise; delayed. In response to this, the regulating device 23 controls via the amplifier 30 an excitation in the control winding 3 that rises up to a maximum value, so that after the initial field weakening due to the magnetic field-dependent resistance, the full motor field and thus also the full tractive force becomes effective . The starting current is determined by the total resistance. of resistors 4 and 5 are limited. As the motor speed increases, the EMF of the motor increases and the .rr., Starting current begins to decrease. A decrease in the motor current is detected by the measuring device 27 and results in a signal at the output of the cone device 23 which, as the motor speed increases, causes the field of the control coil 3 to become increasingly weak. As a result, the '-' contradiction value of the magnetic field-dependent resistors 2 and thus the field of the excitation winding 22 is increasingly reduced with increasing engine speed: The. The motor armature current increases, the tensile force specified by the travel switch 25 being retained as the product of the armature current I motor field. The braking device according to the invention can easily be provided with a device for controlling the starting or braking resistors 4 and 3. A device 31 is preferably provided for controlling the switches 7 to 9, which can be controlled via the converter circuit 38 as a function of the driving or braking current and via the connecting line 32 in dependence on the output signal of the controller 23. If the control range of the magnetic field-dependent resistor 2 is passed during start-up and the slightest possible excitation of the motor 1 is achieved, a control signal is generated in the device 31 as a function of the manipulated variable at the output of the control device 23, which causes the switch 8 to close . The control device 23 then immediately limits the current rise in the driving circuit by rapidly increasing the excitation of the magnetic field-dependent resistors 2 via the control winding 3 . As the speed of the motor 1 increases further, the excitation current is again reduced by the control device 23 in such a way that the full tensile force is maintained.
,jeweilige Motordrehzahl abgestimmter Widerstandswert eingeschaltet.
Motoren anwenden. With increasing speed. Finally, the resistor 5 is bridged by the switch 9 in the manner already described. Up to now it was left to the skill of the driver to ensure an average constant starting current (sawtooth shape) by actuating the switches 7 to 9 in good time and, on the other hand, to avoid an excessive motor current. With the control device according to the invention, a practically constant motor current and an automatic limitation of the maximum value of the motor current are continuously achieved. In addition, the temperature variation of the motor fields and the field of the manet field-dependent resistances is compensated for without additional means. As an amplifier 30, an actuator with a low power resistance depending on the magnetic field can be connected between the regulating device 23 and the control winding 3. For braking, the switch 11 is connected to the line 13 and a resistance value matched to the respective engine speed is switched on by the device 31. The machine 1 then works as a self-excited generator. For self-excitation, the regulating device 23 controls such a strong field in the control winding 3 that the machine 1 operates without field weakening. As the current increases, the control device weakens the field of the machine 1 via the control winding 3 and the magnetic field-dependent resistors 2 in such a way that a braking force given by the drive switch as a So: l value is maintained. As the braking starts, the speed of the machine and thus also the braking current begin to decrease. The flow change is detected by the measuring device 27 in the manner already described and reported to the control device 23 . The magnetic field-dependent resistors 2 are then increased by the control device 23 in the sense of an enlargement. of the resistance value, which increases the machine field and the braking force remains constant despite the falling speed. If the magnetic field-dependent resistors 2 have reached their greatest resistance value and the braking force threatens to be too small, the next lower braking level is switched on via the device 31 by bridging the resistor 4 or 5 (with the control device 23 keeping the braking force constant) until after passing through Both resistance levels of the switch 9 are closed and the machine 1 comes to a standstill in controlled short-circuit braking. The control according to the invention can also be used in vehicle drives with several motors.
RC. '(Fig. 1) anstehende Sollwertspannung bei Ansprechen einer Schleuder- unld Gleitschutzeinrichtung
vorübergehend auf einen ungefährlichen Wert herabzusetzen. Hierzu kann das Dämpfungsglied
RC z.B.
As Fig. 2 shows, the control winding 3 of the magnetic field-dependent resistors 2 can also be controlled directly by the drive switch 25 if the magnetic-field-dependent resistors 2 are arranged in series with the field winding of a machine 1, for example from a battery 34, separately excited machine 1 and the braking force is regulated when separately excited Resistance braking is carried out by other means, for example by a composite resistor 36. It is useful to compensate for the temperature response of the magnetic field-dependent resistors by means of an additional control winding 33. Instead of a tension control, a current control can also be used, in which the setpoint and actual value are compared and the control winding of the field plate actuator is excited in such a way that the setpoint and actual value are in equilibrium. The control according to the invention makes it possible to sensitively and quickly adjust the pulling or braking force with the aid of the drive switch. to change - and thus to counter skidding and sliding processes. It is particularly advantageous that the attenuator RC. '(Fig. 1) to temporarily reduce the setpoint voltage present when a skid and wheel slide protection device responds to a harmless value. For this purpose, the attenuator RC can be connected to reference potential M via a switch 40 which can be actuated by the anti-skid and anti-skid device S and a reducing element 39 (voltage divider or Zener diode). Fig. 3 shows a circuit in which the excitation winding 22 of the motor 1 and the magnetic field-dependent resistors are connected in series and a further resistor 37 (ohmic and / or inductive resistor, diode or a combination of these components) is arranged in parallel with this series connection . Such a design can, for example, bring particular advantages in niche power operation or also with regard to the scope of control areas.
