Zweiteilige Sicherungsschraubenmutternt
Die Erfindung betrifft eine zweiteilige Sicherungsmutter solcher
Gattung, die sich selbsttätig durch, mehrfach geschlitzten
Konus-
körper an einem TeUlund entsprechendem Hohlkonus am anderen
Seil
auf den Schrauben-bzw. Gewindebolzen zentrisch nach innen klemmt.
Den bekannten zweiteiligen Sicherungsmuttern dieser Art ist
der
Nachteil gemeinsam, daR eine Featklemmung bereits beim leisesten
Widerstand der autter eintritt was zur Felge hat daß der so
gefährliche Scherenschnitt entsteht wodurch die beiden Werkteile
nicht fest aufeinander aich prassen können und auch der Schrauben-
bolzen nicht unter Vorspannung gerät, eins feste Sehraubenverbin-
dung also nicht zu. erzielen ist. Bie durch den. mangelhaftenFest-
zug entstehende Vibration de : formiert daa Gewinde, wodurch
sich
die Verbindung noch mehr lockerte dadurch die Sicherung entschwin-
det und auch mitunter eine Zerstörung der Mutternteile harbeiführt.
Diese Nachteile der in Rade stehenden Sicherungamuttern, beseitigt
die vorliegende Neuerung. Ihr Hauptmerkmal besteht darint da3
zwischen den beiden Teilen der Sicherungsmutter ein in Achsrich-
tung der Schraube die-vorzeitige Annäherung der beiden Teile
ver-
hindernder Bederring o. dgl. swischengeschaltet und durch entspre-
chendeAusbildungdsKlemmkonBBdafür gesorgt ist, daS dieser
erst in. Aktion trifte nachdem ie Werkteile unter Schraubdruck
stehen und der Schraubenbolzen unter Vorspannung gekommen ist*

Die Sicherungsmutter gemäß Fig -3 hat in ihrem Unterteil 1
ein durch-
gehendes Gewinde und setzt sich nach unten in denbekanaten
geschlitz-
ten Xonuskörper 2 fort. Ihr gewindeloses Unterteil 3 weist
einen etwas
flacheren Hohlkonna auf. In ihrer oberen Ringausnehmung 4-ist
vor dem
Zusammensetzen der Matter ein Faderring eingepreßt. Dieser
hderring 5
ist an seiner Außenfläche oben so ausgebildete daS er beim
Zusammen-
pressen des oberen Notternteils 1 mit dem unteren Nntternteil

Bei diesem Vorgang nimmt der Konus die Stellung ein, wie Fig.

schließen sich dabei ander Innenseite des edorringes, wodurch
die
Federkraft sich bedeutend erhöht. Die Sicherungsmutter gemäß
