Such devices generally consist of a number of
Coils which can be rotated in a basket arranged concentrically with the molding strand

The rotation of the basket is wound on this. The coils are optionally with brakes

Not suitable for unwinding tapes from molded strands because the tape reels do not have a '
Have a drive and therefore cannot be rotated in the opposite direction. That

herrschenden Zugspannung hervorgerufenen Gegenmoment.
In cable manufacture, there is often a need to remove sheaths, insulation and plating in order to repair any electrical faults or leaks: it is ready, known, the material applied by wrapping. cut open with two diametrically opposed knives, which are attached to a guide nipple. The depth of the cuts is adjustable and is generally carried out in such a way that, taking into account the undamaged layers underneath, the layer to be cut is not cut through, and the last layers are then unwound by hand . - However, this process is slow and laborious, especially if the molding strand has to be unwound over many meters. The object of the present invention is therefore to create a device with which it is possible to wind or unwind as required. The present invention relates to a device for winding and unwinding supports of shaped strands, which consist of bands, preferably metal bands, which are applied in the form of an end, which differs from the previously known ones in that each band is concentric with the Molded basket is assigned to rotatably mounted roller, the axis of which is perpendicular to the molded strand, so that by the drive of the basket, a roller on the. Gear wheel arranged on the roll axis a stationary gear wheel arranged concentrically with the shaped strand: rotates and finally that a torque is transmitted via the slipping clutch of the roll: While during a winding process the tapes are pulled from the spools and wound onto the shaped strand at a speed that is the desired Formstrangsbedeckuxg depends and which can only narrow.-sets by changing the basket speed, the unwinding speed must be coordinated with the take-off speed of the form strand during an unwinding process, the different diameters of the tape layers require different speeds of the bobbins. For example, with one rotation of the basket, the length of tape wound onto the roll is approximately equal to the length of lay divided by the sine of the angle of inclination. If the basket speed is set permanently, the increase in the diameter of the roll core is not taken into account: the tension on the hand increases steadily until the belt breaks: the slip clutch on the roll axis eliminates this disadvantage. At the same time, a compensation of the different layer diameters is achieved, because the use of your slip clutch stops the. The speeds of the rollers are no longer in a fixed ratio to the basket speed, but their speeds can now differ from each other and from the basket speed. At a certain take-off speed of the molding strand, regardless of the diameter of its core, a length corresponding to the lay is wound onto a roll. Of course, it is assumed here that the tapes are wound with the same lay as is generally customary in cable technology for plating, insulation or reinforcement purposes. The slip clutch is used in winding processes, ie when winding the tapes onto a shaped strand, as a tape brake to achieve an even flow of the elements from the supply reels, in particular to avoid advancements and thus loosening and shifting the tape layers. The resulting speed of the rollers is the result of a dynamic comparison between the drive torque of the slip clutch and that of the am prevailing tensile stress caused counter-torque. In this way, the difference in length of the belts occurring with several superimposed layers would be absorbed due to the different tensile stresses due to the different rotational speeds of the rollers. In order to achieve an even distribution of tensile stress over the entire width of the tape, which is particularly important with paper tapes, since the notch effect is greatest here = a tape guide is provided. It consists of. a number of rods arranged concentrically with the molding strand -. and attached to the basket.
