in

Roller shutters with profile strips The binding concerns a roller shutter with profile strips
made of thin-walled sheet metal, which by means of a joint head and joint socket
ne gelen @: eat interlocking and with air slits of light
are provided that are too often-
n or to close.
The invention is intended to make known roller shutters of the
designated genus can be improved.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by
the fact that the joint socket of each profile strip by bending back
of the sheet metal in one section than backwards and upwards
curved double-walled hook and in an immersed
section as a backward and downward curved single
walled Fisken is formed, with the single-walled hook in
Transverse direction of the profile strip is longer than the double wall

fil strip is offset inwards that in the offset part the
Air or light slots are arranged, whereby the @ Z'änga-
'edge of the offset section in the form of a joint head
is bent forward, and that the offset section
is mounted with Geleükopf in the joint socket of the next profile strip in the transverse direction of the profile strips.
Herablassen denselben. The main advantage of the invention lies in the favorable shape of the individual profile strips, through which, on the one hand, an efficient production is possible and, on the other hand, the ability of the roller shutter to work better. Due to the design of the joint head and the joint girdle with a double-walled, hook-shaped section, there is the advantage that of two adjacent protruding strips that are pushed into one another, the one in relation to the second profile strip can be pivoted inwards over a maximum of 800 and outwards over at least 45 ° and a maximum of 800, with the blinds open willingly, so see 8. the same when winding and lowering.

According to a further development of the invention, the einwendige portion of the acetabular cup can be provided with a nutenfdrnigen recess into which the joint head of the adjacent profile bar when fully closed roller shutter with small clearance tinechiebt4 Hach another development of the invention is the free band of the single-walled hook the Gelenkptanne by inn * a or outwardly folded, whereby the one hand, strengthens the joint socket and the other part vorhindert scratching of the lacquer of the pan äelenk eingesdhobenen in the second profile bar. is. The joint socket 2 of the profile strip is formed overall by bending back the lower edge of the profile strip, which initially creates a double-walled section 2a which, with its edge, forms a double-walled hook 2b curved inwards and upwards. The bent-back section of the profile bar: is bent round further up to the rear and then downwards as a single-walled section 2c, with which it forms a single-walled hook 2d. The longitudinal edge 6 of the single-walled hook 2d is folded inward. The middle section 5 of the profile strip is curved slightly concave towards the front. The upper edge section 4 of the profile strip is offset to the rear, the transition zone to the central area being shaped as a transition section 4a running obliquely at an angle of 30 °. The upper hand @ of the profile strip is bent forward in the form of a joint copy 3. Below the joint head 3, air and light slots 7 are provided in the offset edge section 4 at regular intervals from one another. In the joint socket, a rubberized band 8 is attached to the inner surface of the single-walled section 2a, which is used in particular for noise insulation.
