Description
Breitstrahlende Spiegelleuchte.Wide beam mirror luminaire.
The innovation is explained in more detail below using the drawing. 1 shows a schematic cross section through the new lamp. Fig. 2 a cross-section through the right half of the Leuohten on an enlarged scale and Fig. 3 the light distribution of the luminaire.
In Fig. 1, 1a, 1b and 2a, 2b are two in different directions effective gutter reflectors with mirrored inner surface. The cross-section of both Gutter mirror. has-the basic shape of a parabola or a parabola-like shape. F. 1 and F 2 are the two focal lines and 3, 4 are the mirror axes that oppose the Verticals are inclined at a certain equal angle. In each of the two Mirror is a rod-shaped light source, preferably a low-voltage fluorescent lamp 5.6 arranged parallel to the focal lines F 1 and F 2. Those at the back of each other facing apex zones between points 7.9 and 8.10 are cut out, d. H. you are missing. As can be seen from the beam path shown, illuminated thus each of the two light sources 5, 6 has its associated mirror reflector. Besides that a part occurs through the cutout between points 7 and 8 or 9 and 10 of the light emanating from the light sources into the neighboring reflector. The two light sources are advantageously arranged so that at least one part of the luminous flux entering the adjacent reflector, the upper zones 1a or 2a of the two reflectors meets and is deflected outward by it. For this reason, the two light sources 5 and 6 are not arranged in the focal lines, but on the one passing through the focal lines F 1 and F 2, to the mirror axes 3.4 vertical planes shifted downwards by a certain amount.
The focal length of the two mirror reflectors should be after Possibility of not exceeding the 0.5 to simple diameter of fluorescent lamps 5.6. With larger focal lengths, there would be greater distances between the light sources 5 and 6 result from each other and flatter mirror shapes and this would prevent that both lamps the upper zones 1a and 2a of the opposing reflectors. illuminate. For shifting the light sources in the areas indicated by the focal point F 1 and F 2, planes perpendicular to the mirror axes 3, 4 apply downwards the following: The light emission of fluorescent lamps takes place on the circumference of the cylindrical Glass tube, d. H. rays of light emanate from every point of the shining surface the end. Thereby a strong at least approximately parallel one of the mirror reflectors Reflection is achieved, it is therefore advantageous if the shifting of the light source z-au the focal lines only to the extent that all of the focal lines go through the Associated reflector, straight lines or planes hitting the luminous dumbbell surface cut the fluorescent tubes.
In the arrangement of Fig. 1 is located vertically under the lamp an unlit zone. 16 and 17 are the limits of the direct broadcast of the Lights 5 and 6 down.
In order to illuminate this area as well, the lower one can be used in the Zones 1b and 2b created reflector-like space a third light source 18, preferably again in the form of a low-voltage fluorescent tube. This space is advantageous for the third lamp 18 with reflective or specular ones Lined surfaces. For this purpose, the outer sides of the lower reflector zones 1b. and 2b mirrored or by a suitable, z. B. white paint be formed light-scattering. The upper pointed space between the two reflector zones 1b and 2b can be covered by the arrangement of a small auxiliary reflector 19 Depending on the arrangement of the lamp 18 "in relation to the reflector, one can be more or less wide light distribution can be achieved. For times when there is less need for light, for example at night, the lamp 18 can thus be used alone. be switched on.
From FIG. 3, the light distribution in the arrangement according to FIG. 1 is closed see. The curve 20 represents the light distribution of the luminaire with all three lamps 5, 6 and 18. If one of the two lamps 5, 6 fails, the light distribution shifts a little, but the room on this side is still well lit. The curve As an example, FIG. 21 shows the light distribution when only lamps 5 and 18 are switched on are. The curve 22 illustrates the light distribution with the lamp 18 alone.
The manufacture of the new lamp is very easy because the upper ones Reflector zones 1a and 2a on the one hand and the lower zones 1b and 2b on the other hand can advantageously each consist of one piece, the reflector zones 1a and 2a between points 7 and 9 and the lower zones 1b and 2b connected between points 8 and 10 by a flat middle piece 28, 29 each can be.
It is known that fluorescent lamps are temperature-dependent in terms of their luminous efficacy. To avoid one too. large heat loss, it is therefore advantageous to the Lichtaustrittsö Openings with panes 23,24, 25 made of glass, plexiglass or the like. To cover the same time also serve as dust protection.
Low-voltage fluorescent lamps also have a falling resistance characteristic ; they therefore require a series reactor to limit the current. The operating heat These chokes can be easily heated in the new arrangement use the fluorescent lamps and thus to increase the luminous efficacy of the same, by accommodating the series chokes in the space 26 above the auxiliary reflector 19 and in the middle piece 29 between points 8 and 10 and possibly also 19 heat passage openings are attached in the auxiliary reflector. Except for the throttles If necessary, additional ones required to operate the fluorescent tubes can also be used Devices, such as capacitors, relays and the like, are arranged in this space 26. Another way to store these parts is under the lamp canopy 27 given, in which case advantageously the middle piece 28 between the points 7 and 9 is provided with heat outlet openings.
