Etui
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Etui mit in diesem angeordneten,
entnehmbaren Gegenständen. Derartige Etuis sind insbesondere für die Aufbewahrung
von Schreibutensilien, wie Bleistiften, Farbstiften und dergleichen sowie für die
Aufbewahrung von Geräten zur Körper- und Schönheitspflege wie Nagelscheren, Nagelfeilen
und dergleichen bekannt. Um zu verhindern, daß diese Gegenstände durcheinanderfallen,
sind
sie in der Regel in Schlaufen eingesteckt, die mit der Boden- bzw. Deckfläche des
Etuis verbunden sind. Meist sind die Etuis um eine Kante aufklappbar und an den
übrigen Seiten durch einen Reißverschluß verschlossen. Der Nachteil derartiger Etuis
besteht darin, daß die in ihnen aufbewahrten Gegenstände nur schwer entnehmbar sind,
da sie an der Boden- bzw. Deckfläche des Etuis anliegen und daher mit den Fingern
nur schwer zu erfassen sind und da sie sich ferner beim Herausziehen leicht in dem
das Etui verschließenden Reißverschluß verfangen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe
zugrunde, diese Nachteile zu vermeiden und die leichte Entnehmbarkeit der Gegenstände
zu gewährleisten. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß mindestens eine Vorrichtung
vorgesehen ist, die bei Öffnung des Etuis die Gegenstände mindestens an einer Seite
anhebt. Gemäß einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausbildung der Erfindung sind die Gegenstände
durch ein federndes Element anhebbar. Gemäß einer besonders einfachen und zweckmäßigen
Ausbildung der Erfindung besteht das federnde Element aus einem Streifen elastisehen
Materials, der unter den Gegenständen angeordnet ist. Dieser Streifen elastischenMaterials
kann aus Schaumstoff oder Schaumgummi bestehen. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform
der Erfindung sind die Gegenstände lösbar auf einer Platte befestigt, die an einer
Kante
drehbar gehaltert ist und parallel und mit Abstand zu dieser an
der Unterseite
einen Schaumgummi- bzw. Schaumstoffstreifen trägt. Anhand des in der
Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels soll
der Gegenstand
der Erfindung noch näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen:

durch dieses Etui längs der Linie U-II. Das erfindungsgemäße
Etui besteht aus einem Boden 1 sowie einem
Deckel 2 und ist um die beiden
gemeinsame Kante 3 aufklappbar. Drei
Seiten des Etuis sind mit einem
Reißverschluß 4 verschließbar. Eine
aus Pappe, Leder, Kunstleder oder
dergleichen bestehende Platte 5 ist
an einer Kante mit einer
Naht 6 am Boden 1 des Etuis befestigt. Auf
ihr sind mittels Schlaufen ?
Bleistifte 8 gehaltert. Auf der Unterseite
der Platte ist in Höhe der
Schlaufen 7 ein Schaumgummistreifen 9 be-
festigt, vorzugsweise
aufgeklebt. Bei geschlossenem Etui wird die Platte 5 mit den Bleistiften 8 gegen
den
Boden 1 des Etuis gedrückt. Beim Öffnen des Etuis wird die Plat-
te
5 infolge der Elastizität des Streifens 9 an einer Seite angehoben.
Dadurch
werden die Bleistifte an einer Seite über den Boden des Etuis und über den Rand
des Reißverschlusses angehoben und sind damit außer ordentlich leicht zugänglich.
Der Einfachheit halber ist in der Zeichnung nur ein Bleistiftetui dargestellt worden,
das eine Lage Bleistifte enthält. Es ist klar, daß auch die Deckfläche mit einer
entsprechenden Haltevorrichtung versehen werden kann und daß beide Flächen mehrere
Lagen von Bleistiften bzw. anderen Geräten aufnehmen können, die auf entsprechend
angeordneten Platten befestigt sind. Case The invention relates to a case with removable objects arranged in it. This object is achieved in that at least one device is provided which, when the case is opened, lifts the objects at least on one side. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the objects can be raised by a resilient element. According to a particularly simple and expedient embodiment of the invention, the resilient element consists of a strip of elastic material which is arranged under the objects. This strip of elastic material can be made of foam or foam rubber. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the objects are releasably attached to a plate which is rotatably supported on one edge and carries a foam rubber or foam strip parallel to and at a distance from this on the underside. The object of the invention is to be explained in more detail with reference to the shown in the drawings embodiment. In the drawings: Figure 1 is a pencil case according to the present invention. 2 shows a section through this case along the line U-II. The case according to the invention consists of a base 1 and a cover 2 and can be opened around the two common edge 3 . Three sides of the case can be closed with a zipper 4 . A plate 5 made of cardboard, leather, synthetic leather or the like is attached to one edge with a seam 6 on the bottom 1 of the case. On it are using loops? 8 pencils held. On the underside of the plate at the level of the loops 7, a foam rubber strip 9 is fastened, preferably glued on. When the case is closed, the plate 5 is pressed with the pencils 8 against the bottom 1 of the case. When the case is opened, the plate 5 is raised on one side due to the elasticity of the strip 9. This lifts the pencils on one side above the bottom of the case and over the edge of the zipper, making them easy to access. For the sake of simplicity, only a pencil case has been shown in the drawing, which contains a layer of pencils. It is clear that the top surface can also be provided with a corresponding holding device and that both surfaces can accommodate several layers of pencils or other devices which are fastened on correspondingly arranged plates.
