For screwing or drilling iceeianetes transmission The invention relates to a motor-driven, suitable for optionally drilling or screw gear for insert, comprising a group consisting of a treibenden'und a driven part over Läst clutch.
The purpose of such a drive is to use a motor-driven hand. To make tool bows or machine tools usable both for tightening or loosening screws and for bobbing bolts. »The overload clutch provided in such gears has the task of limiting the torque exerted on the screw when tightening. In drilling, on the other hand, this overload coupling is not only superfluous but its presence can have a so-called negative effect if it limits the maximum torque that can be given off by the machine To keep the driving and the driven part of the overload clutch constantly in EIrift, so that the torque-limiting effect of the overload clutch cannot interfere with drilling operation Switching off the effectiveness of the overload clutch during drilling operation. It is also to be regarded as disadvantageous that the operator has to actuate the components mentioned to disengage the overload clutch every time the operator changes from drilling to screwing work and vice versa. The most serious disadvantage of the known Transmission is however d ie there is a considerable risk of accidents. If the worker pours the gear to switch to visual operation and still starts to work with animals, the entire machine is torn around in the opposite direction to the screwing direction as soon as the hearing hood is defective. and if the machine is more powerful, it can turn off the crawler's hand anyway, or the machine is thrown away and can endanger other people. The invention is based on the object, in a transmission of the type described above, to provide both. to simplify the cancellation of the effect of the overload clutch as well as to facilitate the handling of the transmission for the operator.

Inserted Bohitwerkzeug, however, with the trelbenden part of the over. load clutch is positively connected . For example, the visual insertion tools can ventilate a short shaft extending into the driven part of the overload clutch, and the drilling insertion tools can ventilate a long shaft extending into the driving part of the same. According to a further embodiment of the invention can. the 'caub® insert tools with short shafts have a large polygon and the drill and insert tools with long shafts have a small polygon on the outside. In an analogous manner, the driven part of the overload clutch could have an internal polygon with a large diameter and the driving part of the same could have an internal polygon with a small diameter . As will be provided in the drilling higher demands on the z precise concentricity than the screws, the drilling Einateckwerkzeug is additionally centered on the driven part of the overload clutch expediently. Ausführungsbeisplele, the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and will be described in more detail below. It shows-Fig. 1 ziem hängsschnitt by a suitable gear to the screw and drilling a motor-driven hand tool, j Fig. 2 is a INängascänitt through the elements essential for .the invention, parts of the transmission with an inserted drill bit, IFIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the same gear parts essential to the invention with an inserted screwing tool, _Fig. 4 cine ° i Vingssahnitt through a screw-drilling gear in a modified gegenübe.c Fig. 1 Fig. 5 a pluggable Soli foliage tool for itself, Fig. 6 pure pluggable Bonrtuttereuhaft. As can be seen from FIG. 1, a drive spindle 3 and an output spindle 2 are mounted in a gear box 1 by means of ball bearings 9i.9 '. The drive spindle 3 is set in rotation by the drive motor, not shown, via gear wheels, also not shown . On the side opposite the motor end face has the drive spindle 3 which is embodied here as a driving part of an overload clutch, äupplungsklauen 5. Corresponding coupling jaws 11 are on the side facing the drive motor end face of the Äbtriebeepindel 2 attached. which is designed here as the driven part of an overload clutch. The coupling claws 5 and 11 are held out of engagement by a helical compression spring 7 when the output spindle 2 is axially unloaded. In Fig. 3 the essential parts of the invention are shown for screwdriving operation. A screwdriver blade 14 with a cutting edge 15 is inserted into the driven part 2 of the overload clutch. wherein the Drehmomentix'bertraguag of the tiber overload clutch to the screw-pull explanation position by means of a screwing tool mounted on the shaft of the hexagon 16 is effected, which fits in a corresponding hexagonal socket of the part. 2 The wdale fastening of the screwdriver blade 14 is brought about by a groove 17 located in its shaft , into which balls, which are under spring pressure and located in radial bores of the part 2, snap. As soon as the tightening torque of the tightened screw has reached a certain value , the coupling claws 5 jump over the coupling claw 11 so that: the driven part 2; 11 of the overload clutch is stationary while the driving part 3; 5 the overload clutch continues to rotate.
beim Schrauben, hier jedoch unerwiinaeht, drehsomentbegrensend
bemerkbar machen.
die Kupplungsklauen völlig auBer.Eingriff kommen, was
Kupplungsklauen dauernd in Eingriff
halten lassen.
Die Erfindung geht einen zweckmäßigeren
weg, welcher aus Pig. 2 deutlich wird,. Die Getriebeteile sind
hierbei'völlig unverändert gegenüber denjenigen, die in fig.
1 und 3 dargestellt
sind. So ist-lediglich anstelle
Teil 2
der überlaetkupplung aufgesteckt ist. Das Bohrfutter
20 wird
auf einen Gewindeansatz 19' des Bohrfutterschaftes
18 aufge-
schraubt.
If one were to use the Schraubenzieherklinge.n intended for drilling in tools in the same way as the transmission # nen Part 2 of Überlaatkupplung force fit, so the effect of the Überlaetkupplung in the same manner as the screws, however, would make here unerwiinaeht, drehsomentbegrensend noticeable. Also would during decreasing drilling pressure or when the drill is to be pulled back onto the hole, the coupling claws auBer.Eingriff come completely what is extremely disadvantageous effect in various aspects of drilling. In order to prevent this, means are provided in the aforementioned known transmission , by means of which the two halves of the overload clutch axially press together and thus keep the clutch claws permanently engaged. The invention goes away for a more convenient one , that of Pig. 2 becomes clear. The gear parts are completely unchanged compared to those shown in fig. 1 and 3 are shown . Thus , instead of a screwdriver blade, a drill chuck shaft 18 is now inserted into the gear. The drill chuck shank is longer than that of the screwdriver blade, so that it protrudes with a hexagon 16 'formed at its end into a matching hexagon socket in the driving part 3 of the overload clutch and is thus positively connected to this part of the overload clutch . The axial fixing of the drill chuck shaft 18 takes place in the same way by means of locking balls 13 as the fixing of the drill screwdriver blade. Zvrausätzlichen centering, which is important during drilling than the screws, a bushing 21 is provided, which is on the one hand on the other hand attached to a collar the Bohrfutterschaftes 18 on the driven part 2 of the überlaetkupplung. The drill chuck 20 is screwed onto a threaded shoulder 19 ′ of the drill chuck shank 18. When Einetedken of Bohrfuttersohaftee- 18 in the gearbox, the overload clutch is automatically rendered ineffective because the äraftiibertragung grouped by Motor ago via gears and the drive spindle 3 on nevertheless Hohrfutterschaft 18th The complex components for the two Zuaasmenpressen Kupplungehälften and the switching part of the operator is avoided, the transmission is immediately ßchraubenzieherhlinge after the insertion or is ready for the Bohrfutterschaftee for the particular application.

While the drive spindle 3 and with it the gear 4, which also represents the driving '.Geil of the overload clutch, is mounted in a plain bearing and at the same time a bruoklager 9' to absorb the drilling pressure , another ball bearing 9 serves to support the Abtriebs®pindel 2, which hit with äupplunge- attached to their engine-side end face. claws 11 represents the driven part of the overlap coupling.
