Abstract

Dichtungsanordnung für ein Drehelement, die eine Dichtungslippe (8) aufweist, die an dem einen von einem drehbaren Element (3) und einem feststehenden Element (4) befestigt ist und die in einem relativen Gleitkontakt mit einer Gleitkontakt-Oberfläche (73) des anderen Elementes (3, 4) steht, wobei auf die Gleitkontakt-Oberfläche, mit der die Dichtungslippe (8) in Gleitkontakt steht, ein Schmiermittel (G) aufgebracht ist, das eine kinematische Viskosität des Grundöls von 10 bis 30 mm2/sec bei 40°C aufweist.

Claims (9)

  1. Dichtungsanordnung für ein Drehelement, die eine Dichtungslippe (8) aufweist, die an dem einen von einem drehbaren Element (3) und einem feststehenden Element (4) befestigt ist und die in einem relativen Gleitkontakt mit einer Gleitkontakt-Oberfläche (73) des anderen Elementes (3, 4) steht, wobei auf die Gleitkontakt-Oberfläche, mit der die Dichtungslippe (8) in Gleitkontakt steht, ein Schmiermittel (G) aufgebracht ist, das eine kinematische Viskosität des Grundöls von 10 bis 30 mm2/sec bei 40°C aufweist.
  2. Dichtungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dichtungslippe (8) ein Kernelement (80) und einen Lippenkörper (81) aufweist, der aus einem elastischen Material gebildet ist, das integral mit dem Kernelement (80) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Lippenkörper (81) mit einem Lippenbereich (82) ausgebildet ist, der sich zungenartig erstreckt, und wobei auf die Gleitkontakt-Oberfläche (73), mit der der Lippenbereich (82) in Gleitkontakt steht, das Schmiermittel (G) aufgebracht ist.
  3. Dichtungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das drehbare Element (3) eine Nabe (3) und ein inneres Radelement aufweist, und wobei das drehbare Element (3) und das feststehende Element (4) eine Lagereinheit (4) bilden.
  4. Dichtungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das andere Element das drehbare Element ist, in welchem keine Vertiefungen ausgebildet sind, und wobei die Dichtungslippe (8) mit dem drehbaren Element (3) in Gleitkontakt steht.
  5. Dichtungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das andere Element das drehbare Element (3) ist, das einen metallischen Schleuderring (7) aufweist, in welchem keine Vertiefungen ausgebildet sind, und wobei die Dichtungslippe (8) mit dem metallischen Schleuderring in Gleitkontakt steht.
  6. Dichtungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Schmiermittel (G) eine kinematische Viskosität des Grundöls von 15,3 bis 25,5 mm2/sec bei 40°C besitzt.
  7. Dichtungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Schmiermittel (G) ein synthetisches Schmiermittel auf Kohlenwasserstoffbasis ist.
  8. Dichtungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Schmiermittel (G) ein Schmiermittel auf Esterbasis ist.
  9. Dichtungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Schmiermittel (G) eine Mischung aus einem Schmiermittel auf Esterbasis und einem Mineralöl ist.
