Description
Die vorliegend® Erfindung betrifft Olefinsulfonat* enthaltende
Wasehmittelmisehungen.
Es 1st bekannt, Olefinsulfonat© dureh kontinuierliche Umsetzung
von langkettlgen ö6-Olefinen in flüssiges» gustand mit'stark
mit einem Inertgas verdünnten gasförmigen SO« herzustellen,
wobei man mit einem Molverhältnis von SQ, au Olefin von etwa
1:1 bis 1,3*1· arbeitet. Hierbei erhält man ein viskoses saures
Produkt, von welchem man annimmt« daß es Alkenylsulfonsäuren
und Sultone enthält. Bei der weiteren Behandlung-, d.h. bei
der Hydrolyse.und Neutralisation mit beispielsweise starkem
wässrigen Alkali, werden Im Produkt enthaltene Sultone-in .die
entsprechenden Oxyalkansulfonsäuren überführt« Das langke't t ige Alkenylsulfonsäure
und Oxyalkansulfonsfture enthaltende Produkt
kann dann zur Entfernung von wasserunlöslichen unwirksamen Stoffen wie SuItonen extrahiert ("entölt") werden, um die Waschkraft
der Mischung mx erhöhen. Nach dem Verfahren gemäß Patent • ... ;.. · CAnmeldung C 39 730 -XVb/12o). behandelt man das SuIfpnierungsproäukt
zur Erhöhung der Ausbeute an Waschaktivstoff und
Verringerung des Öehaltes an "freiem öl" vor dem Neutralisieren
mit starker Schwefelsäure.

Die auf diese Weise hergestellten Olefinsulfonate kennen noch
geringe Mengen Disulfonate enthalten», welche sich vermutlich
der Sulfonierung durch Umsetzung von überschussigem SO5 !Bit .
dem während der Sulfonierung entstehenden Alken^ulfonat bilden.
Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wurde nun gefunden» daß man sehr ...
wirksame Waschmittel mit vorteilhaftem Schaumvermögen erhält,
wenn man die nach dem Hauptpatent mit Schwefelsäure behandelten
Produkte aus der kontinuierlichen Sulfonierung von°^~Olefinen
mit anderen Wa.schaktivstoffeß wie beispielsweise höheren Fettalkoholsulfaten oder höheren Alkylbenzolsulfonaten vernischfc.
Das Olefinsialfonat wird dabei vorzugsweise in Form eines natrium--•
salzes verwendet, jedoch kann es im Rahmsn der grfinäung-auch.in
Form.anderer wasserlöslicher1 Salze wie beispielsweise als Kalium*=,,
Ammonium- oder Triättsanolammoinilumsalz oder dergleichen verwendet .

Als Seifen eignen sich FettsUureseifen wie Salze der Laurin-,
Myr-istin-, Stearin-, öl-, El&tain-, Isostearin-, Palniitin-,
Undeeylen-, Tridecylen- und Pentadecylensäwre oder anderer
gesättigter oder ungesättigter Fettsäuren mit 11 bis 18
Kohlenstoffatomen. Es können auch Seifen von Dicarbonsäuren
wie beispielsweise der dimeri&ierten LinoJlsMure verwendet werden.
Ebenso sind Sei feil anderer höhermolekularer Säuren wie der
Harz- oder TallölsSuren, z.B. der Abietinsäure, geeignet.
Weitere geeignete anionische oberflächenaktive Stoffe sixid
die carboxylhaltigen Amide von Fettsäuren mit Aminosäuren wie
beispielsweise das LaurinsMureamid von Aminosäuren wie Sareosin,
ß~Ämlnoprqpiönsäure, durch Hydrolyse von Proteinen erhaltenen
Polypeptiden* IsäthlonsMure oder N-Methyltaurinsäure sowie
lösliche Saise derartiger carboxylhaltiger Amide.
Die zugesetzten anionischen Waschaktivstoffe weisen vorEiigeweise
Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit mindestens etwa 10, z.B. 10-20,
Kohlenstoff atomen auf, wobei langkettige- "lydrophobe aliphatische
Reste mit etwa 11-18 Kohlenstoffatomen besonders geeignet find,
und die Kationen dieser Verbindungen sind zweckmäßig so beschaffen,
daß sie den Säureteil des f4oleküls wasserlöslich machen oder
dessen Wasserlöslichkeit nicht beeinträchtigen, d.h. sie bestehen
beispielsweise aus Natrium, Kalium, Triäthanolammonium, Diiithanolammonium
oder anderem Alkanolatnmonium, Magnesium (-wenn die oberflächenaktive
Substanz ein wasserlösliches Magnesiumsalz; bildet) oder Ammonium.

Es kann auoh ein nichtionogener oder amphoterer Waschaktivstoff
zugesetzt werden. Geeignete nlchtionogene Waschaktivstoffe
sind beispielsweise die Kondensationsprodukte von niederen Alkylenoxyden mit hydrophoben Verbindungen, welche vorzugsweise
10-30 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten« z.B. die Äthylenoxydkondensationsprodukte
von höheren Fettsäuren, höheren PettsSureamiden,
höheren Pettalkoholen und Alkylarylkohlenwasserstoffen» welche
mindestens 5 und im allgemeinen etwa 5 bis JQ Oxyäthylengruppen
im HolekUi enthalten. Es können auch die entsprechenden höheren
Alky!mercaptane oder - thioalkohole oder mit einer ausreichenden
Anzahl Kthylenoxydgruppen kondensierte Polyoxypropylenglykole
mit einem Molekulargewicht von mindestens 900 verwendet werden,
welche ebenfalls bekannt sind. Weitere geeignete nichtionogene Stoffe sind die Alkylolaminkondensate höherer Fettsäuren und
deren ilthylenoxydfcondensationsprodukte, z.B. LaürlnsSure- und
Myristinsäurediäthanolamid, Kokosfettsäurediäthanolamid und
dergleichen. Geeignete amphotere Waschaktivstoffe, welche im allgemeinen eine Alkylgruppe mit 10-18 Kohlenstoffatomen enthalten,
sind die Pettalkylimidazoline wie beispielsweise das als
"Miranol CM* bekannte l-Kokos-5-hydroxyäthyl-5-carboxy-methylisidazolin
und die N-Alkyl-ß-alanine wie Dodecyl-ß-alanin oder
N-Dodeoyliminodipropionsäure, z.B. die als Beriphate bekannten
Produkte; die Carboxylgruppe des amphoteren Waschaktivstoffes
kann dabei in der S&ureform oder in der Form eines wasserlöslichen
Salzes„ z.B. als Matriumsalz, vorliegen. Weitere geeignete Waschaktivstoffe sind das Dinatriumsalz der l-Lauryl-cycloimidiutn-S-Mth03cy-äthionsäUF®«>2>äthionsMure
und das entsprechende 2-Laurylsul-

Der zusätzliche Waschaktivstoff wird vorzugsweise in höchstens
etwa der doppelten Menge des Olefinsulfonats verwendet, z.B.' In einer Menge von etwa 5 bis 125 Qew.# des Olefinsulfonats,
jedoch können im Rahmen der Erfindung gegebenenfalls auch größere
Mengen verwendet werden. Im allgemeinen beträgt das Verhältnis von zusätzlichem Waschaktivstoff zu Olefinsulformt etwa 9GiIO bis
und vorzugsweise etwa 85:10 bis 4θ:6θ.
Die vorliegende Erfindung schließt auch dis Herstellung einer wässrigen Aufschlämmung mit einem üesamtfeststoffgehalt von etwa
30 bis 80 Gew.# und vorzugsweise ho bis 75 Gew.J?! ein, in welcher
das sulfonierte Olefin und der zusätzliche Waschaktivstoff in
Lösung oder Dispersion im Gemisch mit einer größeren Menge
wasserlöslicher Buildersalze vorliegen und das Verhältnis von organischem Waschaktivstoff zu wasserlöslichen Buildersalzen etwa
1:1 bis lj20 und vorzugsweise 2:5 bis Is10 beträgt. Bas Gemisch
wird in einer geeigneten Mischvorrichtimg bei erhöhter Temperatur auf die beschriebene Weise zu einer weitgehend homogenen
fließ- und pumpfähigen Mischung vermischt. Eine besonders vorteilhafte, die Verarbeitung erleichternde Eigenschaft ist
die durch die Anwesenheit des sulfonierten Olefins bewirkte
Entschäumung oder weltgehende Hemmung oder' Verhütung einer »unerwünschten
Schaumbildung während des Misehvorganges. Die Mischung
kann gegebenenfalls in einen Auffangbehälter abgelassen und dann getrocknet werden.

in geeigneten Mettgen zugesetst .we*Men-, jedoch werden die
Natrium- und Kaliumsalze oder ähnliche Salze im allgemeinen
bevorzugt. Als Beispiele kiSnnesi die wasserlöslichen
und Kaliumphosphate, °silikatet -carbons, .e, -biearfe
-borate, -sulfate und -chloride genannt 'lerden. Die..-S

alkalischen Bulldersalze ',vie die Polyptiosphate, FyroDhosphata,
Silikate, Borate usw. Ifatriumtrtpolyphosphst der Forsa X und
der Form II sowie Kombinationen beider F^rnisn körmen mit
Erfolg in den erf indungsgemäßsn ^isohungein eingesetzt .-werden«.
Das handelsübliche Tripolyphosphat enthSit vorwiegend die
Verbindung der Form II und besteht im weiientlichen mxs Tripolyphosphat,
z.B.. su 87-95^* Mit geringen Beimischungen, .B.
^-13/^, anderer Phosphate wie beispieisvielse Pyrcphosphat und
Orthophosphat. Es kann auch Katriunitrlpolyphosphat in der
Hydratform verwendet werden. "Weitere gesignete Phosphat sisid
lietranatriunipyrophosphat, Nätriumhexamstap1iosphatx Katriumtrimetaphosphat
und dergleichen sowie Mischungen derselben. Geeignete Silikate sind iiatriurasilikate mit einem IJa2OiSlOg-Verhältnis
von 1.2,35,, 1:2.5, ls.^,2.'usw. Ebenso können auch

Darüber hinaus können noch verschiedene andere Stoff© in
geeigneten Mengen zugesetzt werden. So können höher© Fettsäureamide
zugesetzt werden, um die Wasehkr&ft zu verbessern und
die Schaumeigenschaften auf gewünschte Weise zu modifizieren. Beispiele hierfür sind die höheren Fettsäurealkanolamide
mit vorzugsweise 2~j5 Kohlenstoffatomen te jeder Alkanolgrupps

oder Cetylalkohol«. Die Verarbeitbarkeit Izaxm durch Zusatz von
hydrotropen Substanzen wie niederen Alkyiarylsulfonsten, z.B.
Natriumtoluol- oder -xylolsulfonaten, verbessert werden» Im
allgemeinen werden diese Zusatzstoffe in geringeren Mengen, gewöhnlich von etwa 0,5 bis 10$ und vorzugsweise von 1 bis
6# der Gesamtfeststoffe, verwendet.
Weiterhin können die erfindungsgeroäßen Mischungen noch optische
Aufheller oder Fluoreszenzfarben in Mengen von beispielsweise etwa 0,05 bis 0,5&. germicide Stoffe wie halogenierte Carbanilide,
z.B. Triehlorearbanilid, halogenierte Salicylanilide, z.B.
Tribromsalioylanilid, halogenierte Bisphenole, z.B. Hexachlorophen«
foalogenierten TrifluormethyldiphenylhartiStoff, das Zinksalz von

Farbstoffe, Bleichmittel
und sonstige Zusätze enthalten.
Das für die Sulfonierung verwendete' oC-Olefin«Ausgangisntäterial
kann beispielsweise Olefine mit 8-25 Kohlenstoffatomen, z.B. 10-22, und vorzugsweise 12-21 Kohlenstoffatomen enthalten.
Darüber hinaus kann das Ausgangsmaterial noch geringe Mengen anderer Bestandteile wie sekundäre Olefine oder Olefins mit
innenständiger Doppelbindung* Diolefine, cyclische Olefine,
Aromaten, naphthene und Alkane enthalten und kann durch Kraeken
von Erdölwachss tet&lytische Polymerisation von -Xthyien*
Dehydratisierung langkettiger Alkohole und dergleichen hergestellt
sein«, Di© besten Ergebnisse wurden bisher'erzielt, wenn
die öC»Qlef jln@ cä®n Hauptanteil# a.B. Über -TOjS und vorzugsweise
mindestens 90$ des Ausgangsmaterials' bilden. Ein besonders bevorzugtes
Ql@fiB-Auggangsmaterial enthält etws 12-21 Kohlenstoffatome
Im Molekül und ergibt -Alkenylsulfonate mit ausgezeichneten
Waeohelg@nsehaft®nfl Besonders- gute Schaum- und Wascheigenschaften
wurden 'fiife @in©sa Ausgangsinaterial erzielt, dessen oc-Oleftoe im

wesentlichen aus Verbindungen mit 15 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen
gestanden. Mit Olefinsulfonafcen, welche aus Ausgangs«
materialien mit einem größeren Geahlt (r.B. über 15$) an
Olefinen mit 19-20 Kohlenstoff atomen hergestellt waren,
wurden nicht so gute Ergebnisse wie mit Olefinsulfonaten aus
einem Cje-CjgSchnitt erzielt.
Die Erfindung wird durch das folgende Beispiel näher erläutert
Es wurde ein Olefinsulfonat durch Umsetzung von SO, mit
einem Olefin-AusganK&material im Molverhältnis von etwa lsi
hergestellt. Das Olefin-Ausgangsmaterial enthielt etwa 88$
geradkettig© Olefine mit endständiger Doppelbindung, einem
durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht von 2j5O und einer durchschnittlichen
KettenlSnge von etwa 15-18" Kohlenstoff atomen (etwa 24$ C15, 29# C16, 30$ G17, VJ% C.g) und hatte einen
Siedebereich bei Atmosphärendruck von etwa 265-30O0C (bei 11$ Bückst and). Die Umsetzung mit ßO, wurde in einem
ummantelten Reaktionsrohr mit einem Innendurchmesser von etwa 2,1 cm und einer LMnge von etwa 6 m nach einem Dünnschicht-SuI
fonierungs verfahr en durohgeföhrti, bei welchem- das Olefin-Ausgangsijateriai
von oben als dünner fallender Film Über die Innenwand des Reaktionsrohres verteilt wurde und ein 4 Vol.%
