Zwangsdurchlauf-Verdampfer, insbesondere für
Kompre s sions-Xälteanlagen
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Zwangsdurchlauf-verdampfers

dessen Durchflußkanal, z.B: Rohr, eine: Einbauwand aufweist.
Derartige Verdampfer haben die Aufgabe, durch Wärmeaufnahme
aus
der Umgebung clie eingeführte Flüssigkeit zu verdampfen. Erstrebt-

Compression sizing systems
The invention relates to a once-through evaporator
whose flow channel, for example: a pipe, has a: built-in wall.
Such evaporators have the task of absorbing heat
to evaporate the liquid introduced into the environment. Aspires to
is the best possible heat transfer. It is known,
heat-conducting, radially standing ribs to be inserted into an evaporator tube
build which are thermally conductive with the duct wall.
This increases the heat exchange surface, at the same time
but the directional resistance increases. This leads to a higher
Pressure loss, i.e. a higher drive power. Others too

in which a corrugated and spiral-shaped wire mesh is inserted into a pipe in order to avoid the turbulence of the hindarchw
flowing refrigerant vapors and ... as a result, as well as through '-
Heat conduction along the wire network to the pipe wall, the WämeübergWW
to increase. Furthermore, the network is able to hold liquid refrigerant by capillary action until it has evaporated. An oolotze An '= .. `order is for a once-through evaporator, in particular ;. .-. for compression refrigeration systems, not suitable because. The installation of the network of both the liquid introduced and the refrigerant vapor flowing at speeds of up to 5 m / s opposes such a high flow resistance that a pressure loss would result which would considerably reduce the efficiency of the system An evaporator for absorption refrigeration systems is known in which a pipe surface is provided with a longitudinal groove and closely spaced circumferential grooves of such a size that liquid can be drawn into it by capillary action. In this way, the evaporator pipe surface should be used evenly, even if the liquid Refrigerant is dripped on only one or a few places without pressure. Such a design of the pipe surface can only be achieved at high costs, especially if the inner wall of the pipe is to have circumferential grooves. The invention is based on the object of a simple to manufacture forced flow = evaporator with good heat exchange "property and still indicate a low pressure loss.
This task is solved according to the invention in that the installation wall is provided with openings, parallel at a small distance. runs to the duct wall and is supported on it, but the majority of the duct cross-section is kept free from the installation edge.
-@
erkauft. Dies liegt zunächst darin, daƒ der überwiegende
Teil des
Kanalquerschnitts von der 'Einbauvand völlig unbeenflußt ist;
Ver-
dampfern: ganz erheblich verkürzt. Hinzukommt, daB eine vorgefertig,
te Einbauwand ohne Schwierigkeiten in den DurchfluAkanal singe-
schoben werden kann. -
