Oberwellenquarz-Oszillatorschaltung mit Ziehkondensator zur
Frequenzeinstellung Die Erfindung betrifft eine Oberwellenquarz-Oszillatorschaltung
mit Ziehkondensator zur Frequenzeinstellung, insbesondere für
Geräte
und Anlagen der Nachrichtentechnik. Eine derartige Schal-
tung besteht
aus einem über denwQuarz rÜckgekoppelten, selektiven
Verstärker, der
mindestens einen Schwingkreis enthält. Da sich
ein Quarz nur mit einer
bestimmten Toleranz, d.h. mit einer ge-
wissen Abweichung Von der Sollfrequenz
herstellen läßt, wird
die Schwingfrequenz des Oszillators bekanntlich
mittels eines in
Serie zum Quarz geschalteten Ziehkondensators
so geändert, daß
sie gleich der gewünschten Sollfrequenz wird.Harmonics quartz oscillator circuit with pull capacitor for frequency setting The invention relates to a harmonic quartz oscillator circuit with pull capacitor for frequency setting, in particular for devices and systems in communications engineering. Such a circuit consists of a selective amplifier that is fed back via the quartz and contains at least one resonant circuit. Since a quartz allows only a certain tolerance, establish that with a certain know deviation from the nominal frequency, the oscillation frequency of the oscillator is known to change by means of a series-connected with the crystal pulling capacitor so that it is equal to the desired nominal frequency.
her keine unerwünschte Frequenzverwerfung eintritt.
So
kannt,
die Gitter-Kathoden-Kapazität der Röhre als Ziehkondensator
zu verwenden (Telefunken-Laborbuch I, Ausgabe 19$8, Seite
336,
Bild 13).
schoben,
was nachteilig ist.
spielsweise dem Telefunken-Laborbuch I, Ausgabe 1958,
Seite 336,
Bild 1'i, zu entnehmen ist. Der dargestellte Transistoroszillator
enthält einen zweistufigen, selektiven Verstärker. Die erste
Stufe
beitspunkteinstellung
aufweist._Vom Emitter als Ausgangselektro-
de dieser Stufe vrird
über einen auf seiner Serienresonanz be-
triebenen Oberwellenauarm
Quarz Q be-
stimmt. Um die Frequenz mittels eines Ziehvorganges in
einem be-
lich vom eigentlichen Oszillator
angedeu-
teten Koppelkondensator C'i, also kapazitiv
transformiert an den
Selektionskreis C, L angekoppelt werden.
Der
Ziehkondensator C3 kann schließlich auch über einen gestri-
chelt gezeichneten
lange Steuerleitung nachatimmen. Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das dargestellte
Ausführungsbeispiel
beschränkt, sie kann vielmehr auch bei anderen
als der Butler-Schaltung Anwendung finden. The known arrangement has several drawbacks: Neither the Sta hinged gate nor the rotor of the pulling capacitor can be connected to ground. If the pull-in capacitor is also to be easily accessible from the outside , as is usually desirable, this results in a disruptive influence of the extended connecting line between
Quartz and pull capacitor. Of particularly unfavorable influence
is the inductance of the connecting line and the temperature
temperature coefficient of harmful capacity between them
Line and the shield or ground. In addition, the axis of the
Rotor to be isolated from this, so that from the operator
no unwanted frequency distortion occurs. Thus loading known in a tube equipped with a quartz oscillator, the grid-cathode capacity of the tube as the pulling capacitor to be used (Telefunken laboratory Book I, Issue 19 $ 8, page 336, Figure 13). In doing so, however, the operating point of the tube is shifted , which is disadvantageous . The disadvantages of the known arrangements according to the invention be avoided in that the pulling capacitor is designed as a part of the capacity of the or of a selection circuit of the oscillator results. The change in the frequency of the oscillator drawn in this way is proportional to the change in the circuit capacitance. The drawing range of the circle transforms itself with the ratio of the circular poisons to the quartz quality and results in the range of change of the oscillator frequency. The particular advantage of the circuit is that the draw capacitor with an electrode, z.8. the rotor, can be put to ground , so that the interfering input. The flow of the tuning tool, e.g. a screwdriver, is not available. An embodiment of the invention is based on the figure
described. This shows a transistor oscillator that is on
the well-known Butler circuit, as it is done with tubes
for example, the Telefunken laboratory book I, edition 1958, page 336, Fig. 1'i can be found. The illustrated transistor oscillator contains a two-stage, selective amplifier. The first stage of this amplifier with the transistor TI is operated in a common base circuit . The resistors R1, R2, R3 are used to set the operating point of this transistor, and the capacitor C1 to produce an alternating current short circuit between the base and ground. In the collector circuit of the transistor TI, the effective than S-.lektionskreis parallel resonance circuit CL is located. Via a coupling capacitor C? the base of transistor T2 is driven the second stage of Varstärkers that EIRD operated in collector circuit and resistors; -: nde R '# .-, R5, R6 to the emitter Ar- beitspunkteinstellung aufweist._Vom as Ausgangselektro- de this stage over a vrird The harmonic alarm Q operated on its series resonance is fed back to the input, ie the emitter electrode of the first stage. If the gain is sufficient , the circuit works as an oscillator, with the useful AC voltage being tapped at resistor R7 . The frequency stability of the oscillator is overruled by the quartz Q loading. In order to change the frequency by means of a pulling process in a certain range without having to accept the disadvantages of the known arrangements mentioned at the beginning, part of the S-alektionskreiscapacitance C is designed as a variable pulling capacitor C3. This drawing capacitor, which is connected in parallel with the circular capacitance C, is connected to ground with an electrode, expediently the rotor. Diher is a disruptive influence of the tool tools (screwdriver 2.B.) for adjusting the pulling capacitor not exist. Another advantage of the circuit is that the pull-up capacitor C3, as part of the circuit capacitance , can be accommodated spatially remote from the actual oscillator. The influence of the inductance and the temperature coefficient of the connecting line required in this case between the pull capacitor and the oscillator on the oscillator frequency is reduced by the ratio of the quartz quality to the selection circuit quality. The step- up capacitor C3 can also be coupled to the selection circuit C, L via a coupling capacitor C'i indicated by dashed lines, that is to say in a capacitive manner. The pull-in capacitor C3 can finally also be connected to a tap of the circular coil L via a capacitor C $ shown in broken lines and thus coupled to the selection circuit in an inductively transformed manner. A capacitance varying diode can be used instead of the pull capacitor. In this case , the oscillator frequency can also be tuned using a control line of any length. The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, they can instead of the Butler circuit found in different application.
